I love the minimalistic design of this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The receptionist is very helpful and willing to go extra miles for helping us on booking for the courier service. There is also a supermarket and a Korean fusion restaurant right below the hotel which is very convenience.

Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean. The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable.

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

Advantages: A regular hotel. Good service. Need a sewing kit and it will be delivered immediately. Good view. The high floor overlooks the river. The view is beautiful both during the day and at night. The room is large and convenient. There are also automatic curtains. Convenient location. You can take a taxi anywhere. Disadvantages: The hotel corridor is not well lit and dark. The door of the hotel room is a bit like an office of a government agency. But these are not big problems. Overall, absolutely good reviews.

I was so lucky to stay at Atour X Hotel on this trip to Yanji! The hotel has an excellent location, with small food shops next to each other. It is not far from the hotel to the Internet celebrity check-in place. Whether you want to taste Yanji's special food or visit various scenic spots, the transportation is very convenient. When you walk into the room, the first feeling is that it is clean and tidy. The decoration style is simple but stylish, and the warm atmosphere makes people relax at once. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying on it is like being surrounded by clouds. I sleep until dawn and eliminate my fatigue for the day. The hotel staff also left a deep impression on me. From the warm reception at the front desk to the caring greetings of the cleaning aunt, everyone makes people feel warm. If I have any questions, they can respond quickly, answer patiently, and respond to any requests. The service is really great. What surprised me most was the hotel's breakfast! There are rich and diverse varieties. Not only common meals, but also many local specialties of Yanji, and every bite is full of local flavors. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The price-performance ratio is really high~ And the location is very good, just behind the Internet celebrity wall, it only takes a few minutes to walk out, there are so many things to eat around, the hotel also gave two breakfast coupons, and helped to extend the check-out to 2 o'clock. Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights twin room June 24. We could not fault this place. Super comfortable and quiet. Staff exceptional. Location spot on. 10+ mins walk from Renmin Square subway station on line 1. Cross the road at the lights from the hotel, Chongqing Hu Tong has lots of places to eat. Walk a little further north to Chongqing Lu for a big shopping centre. The best thing about this hotel was the great value. Gets 5 stars for amenities for dyi free laundry. Highly recommend

Booked 2 rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs . Unfortunately 1 of the rooms have a strong smoke smell despite it being a non smoking room. We were not able to change rooms as it was a full house . The staff tried all ways to help remove the smoke smell through a perfume spray and an incense . The location is very centralised . Will come back again

This hotel is close to the train station. I chose this hotel because I had to catch a train early in the morning. The price was very reasonable. I especially want to thank the girl who checked me out. I was in a hurry because I had to catch the train. A toy turtle of my child was left in the hotel. I called the front desk on the train. The housekeeping staff was notified quickly and helped me find the lost item. I sent it out. After get off work, I also told the successor to urge the courier to pick it up. Several staff members are really responsible! Recommended to stay! Thank you so much

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

one of the BEST hotels I've stayed at. it was spotlessly clean and the room and bathroom were both so spacious. the staff were really nice and there is a good laundry service too. it's really easy to get to the train station by public transport (bus) and easy to get to other places in Changchun in general. there's also a lovely bakery in the hotel that does delicious buns and sweet breads - it was my breakfast every day :)

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all. 这家酒店有宽敞的服务式公寓，房间很大，很干净，酒店工作人员很乐于助人。 距离长白山火车站 10 分钟车程。 我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。 作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。 住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。
