Pros:
We were upgraded to a family room, which was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The small table on the tatami area was perfect for a relaxing drink.
All the essential facilities were available. Apart from the bathroom feeling a bit dated, the hotel was generally good and quite clean.
There's a direct bus service from the airport to the hotel; we took the Airport Bus OAS on this trip.
The aquarium is relatively close. We couldn't find a taxi on the fireworks night and had to walk for 30 minutes, though it's typically just a 5-minute taxi ride.
Breakfast was decent, but the selection wasn't extensive, so it might get repetitive if you're staying for many days.
Cons:
The pillows had a strange smell, and even after requesting several replacements, we encountered the same issue. Luckily, we had brought our own pillowcases.
It seemed daily housekeeping wasn't provided by default. We returned to find our room hadn't been touched. Fortunately, we ran into a staff member and asked them to clear the trash and replenish our drinking water.

The front desk staff were very polite. Our room in the annex building was clean and tidy. The only slight inconvenience was the single bedside power outlet, which can be tricky if you have many devices to charge. It's typical of an economy hotel, perfectly suitable for a simple stay.
The location is superb. It's only about a 10-minute bus ride from the airport. Kumoji Department Store, Kokusai Dori, and Naminoue Shrine are all just a 5-10 minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and several Chinese restaurants nearby. Right opposite, there's a highly-rated Robatayaki restaurant (4.8 on Google). It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping.
The hotel is conveniently located very close to Parco. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxi arrangements and providing clear answers to all our inquiries. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, featuring a bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. We also enjoyed lovely views from our high-floor room.
This is our first time to stay at a Japanese style hotel room with private onsen, which is a very special experience.
The hotel is situated at the top of a hill in a very quiet surroundings. We were warmly greeted by reception staff, who also gives us recommendations for dinner in the neighborhood.
As our bed is tatami style, we find it difficult to get up, but the onsen is so good. The breakfast buffet offers western and Japanese style food which are good and delicious.
As our stay is short, we didn't go to the famous Apeman public spa in this hotel, we hope we can return some day to try it.
Great Location, clean and cozy hotel. The breakfast is delicious. Churaumi Aquarium and Lawson just next door, walking distance to restaurants and just 10-15mins drive to Motobu city centre.

Our family of three stayed in a balcony room with three beds. The balcony was very large with a great view, and the room felt spacious and comfortable. Every day was filled with sunshine, which was truly invigorating. Just a two-minute walk downstairs was Tangji, where we went shopping every evening. Getting a taxi downstairs and going to the MRT station was very convenient. To reach several spots for day trips, a taxi ride was only three minutes. The room was cleaned daily. Great stay!

The location is great. Naminoue Umisora Park is within walking distance, perfect for watching planes and sunsets, and Naminoue Shrine is also close by. To the east, you'll find the bus terminal and tram station, plus two large supermarkets selling fresh produce are conveniently within walking distance. For Japan, the room size is quite generous, and both the table and sofa are very comfortable. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

The room was spacious, and the sofa by the window was even big enough for an extra person to sleep on. The facilities were quite new and clean, and the breakfast was good – definitely worth trying. It's a bit of a walk to the monorail station, but it's very close to the airport, making it convenient for a taxi ride there.

The hotel's location is great, and they offer paid parking (at a discounted rate compared to typical prices). They also provide complimentary drinks, juice, and coffee during set hours, which is really nice, plus free ice cream! The room size is moderate, and all the facilities are new.

Location of the hotel is very good. Just a couple of minutes walk to the bus and ferry terminal, very near the main street where you can shop and get food.
Feels really cosy, breakfast spread was simple but good, a mixture of jap and western breakfast items. Love the free bar with Okinawa Awamori every night. They have free flow tea and water available all day. Laundry was easy to use and convenient. Love that they have bikes to rent for free up to 5 hours, a plus for people who cant drive, at least i could still ride around. It is also near a big family mart, super convenient. Will be back if coming back to Ishigaki again!

GGuest UserMr. Kinjo is a perfect getaway for solo travelers when in Okinawa. It has facilitates all over Naha, the main city on the island and it offers everything one needs. The room in Uenokura's Mr. Kinjo was absolutely a great one, it was clean, not so big, but extremely well accommodated. The bed was soft, felt like water bed at times, but it was comfortable and it only added to the overall experience, which was definitely a good one and I would recommend this hotel to anuone.
ししおり旅I shiori TripI want to use it again.
I didn't have a license, so I searched for the location and facilities of the hotel and booked it.
Especially good was that there was a rental cycle, there was a large bath, and it was 10 minutes walk north of Yonaha Beach. I went to Yonaha North Beach to see the sunset, but I could see the best view.
It is more than a business hotel than a resort hotel, but there is everything you need and you don't have to worry. And I was able to rest slowly in the quiet building with a large communal bath.
※ There are no rice shops or convenience stores nearby, but there was a restaurant in the building.
GGuest UserReview of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa
About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip.
⸻
👍 What I liked:
• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.
⸻
👎 What could be improved:
• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel accidentally due to booking the wrong hotel. A few minutes' drive away there is a hotel with the same name, also called Miyuki Beach Hotel. I have stayed there before and was very satisfied with it. But this time the hotel facilities and decoration are a bit old. I felt bad as soon as I entered the door. The room space was not spacious, but it just felt wrong. The appearance of the room also had a sense of disparity. The bathroom is small and the facilities in the room are old, but the hotel staff are friendly. I booked for four nights but checked out on the first night. There is no way, there is a big gap.
OOlga TarThe hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of nowhere but close to some lovely tourist attractions. Airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel (OAS/APL and OAS/RSL that run between Naha and Churaumi aquarium). The public bus stop is 5 minutes away. Busena Marine Park is in perfect walking distance, and the walk is very pleasant.
There are a few restaurants nearby and Lawson right in the same building and overall you don't need a car to have a nice vacation in this hotel.
But it is a cheap hotel, very cheap for Okinawa indeed. How do they maintain this low price you may ask? Well, all the amenities are paid, the toiletries feel very cheap in comparison to other hotels in Japan. There's a beach but the beach chairs are paid separately. And you can only use this beach 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (the highest tide was 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and when the tide is low the swimming area becomes rocks - very inconvenient indeed. I know the tide changes, but such was our luck).
We didn't get any free beach activities despite what was advertised in other reviews. And when we asked if our company of 5 adults could use a table indoors (it was heavy rain and wind outdoors) in a completely empty breakfast restaurant in the evening - we were asked to pay ridiculous 2000 yen per person.
No device or clothes rack or not a flimsy chair on a spacious balcony, where one could dry their swimwear. Just one chair in the room. Also, for some reason we couldn't open our door and balcony door simultaneously, for the sound that rushing wind made was loud enough to wake the whole hotel up.
On the bright side - the rooms have very solid sound insulation, the bed was wide and comfortable.
All in all, I have a mixed feelings about this stay. Could've been better, could've been worse.
GGuest UserI prepaid the room fee of HKD 1685.66 with a credit card! But when I arrived the hotel asked me to pay in cash, which I paid! But the prepaid amount I paid with my credit card has not been refunded to me yet! Please follow up!
Other service environments are good! I will come again if I have the chance!
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and super clean with enough amenities for my 4 nights stay. The location is perfect with many cheap coined carparks nearby. We will definitely stay herw again for our next trip at Okinawa. What an excellent stay!
AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.
TTravel as life goalIf you are self driving in Okinawa, and will visit the central area, this is indeed a great place to stay, esp if you have a big group of family and friends. Why?
1. Responsive customer service, who gives out staying information timely. They can answer you within a day or hours. Very comprehensive information with cery clear instructions for check in and use of their facilities.
2. Location is easy to be found. Close to the salt factory which is worth visiting. Also close to the seaside road station where you can take a breathe and photos there. Close to beach as well if you like water sports.
3. The photo we took is from the accommodation, we stay on ground floor as there is no lift. We dont wish to carry luggage up a floor. Can see the bridge.
4. There is Bbq facilities, gas is provided and we can use bbq outdoor with no extra costs.
5. Though there is no seasoning in the accommodation, the kitchen utensils target for a large group of people to use. With rice cooker, stove, pans... enough to prepare for a decent meal. But if they can provide a electric stove for shabu shabu, it will be perfect
6. 8 beds, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 2 tables in one apartment. Very spacious. It is the last day before we leave Okinawa. We can pack luggage with ease with such space
7. Reasonable price with such modern furnishings and facilities.you cannot find a similar one nearby.
8. We went to buy food at aeon which is around half hour away.
GGuest UserThe white cottages are lined up in a place that is easily visible from the road, so you can arrive without getting lost. Check-in was thorough, so it took a long time, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, but I was warmed by the human touch.
The building I stayed in was in the style of an American house from the Showa era. There was a dining table, couch, and chairs, and the ceilings were high and comfortable. The electrical appliances seemed to be a mix of nostalgic and newer items. There were not many places to plug in electrical outlets. Is this because of the place's aging? The bathroom window wouldn't open, and the lock seemed broken, so as a sensitive city dweller, I was worried about security (it was fine, of course). It was a comfortable stay.
