This stay totally exceeded our expectations, even by the high standards of Japanese hospitality. The room was perfectly prepared for three people, and the beds, even the extra bed requested, were exceptionally comfortable—a welcome retreat during the winter weather.

I rarely write reviews, but this place was so good I had to! First off, the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The bathroom was spotless, and I really appreciated being able to adjust the water flow on the showerhead. The large TV in the room offered YouTube, Netflix, and more, which was a great bonus. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive. As stated on their website, you really only need to pack clothes for the next day and your skincare products, making it super convenient for light packers. The night view was stunning, and I could see the sea perfectly from my room. The large windows also made for fantastic photo opportunities. The lobby was incredibly stylish, and the staff seemed highly competent and efficient. The Lawson on the first floor had a much better selection than your average convenience store, so you can definitely stock up on food there. This hotel far exceeded my expectations; it was truly wonderful, and I definitely want to book it again! One night felt far too short – it was that good. If I had to nitpick, the bus frequency might be a bit low. The timetable is on their website, so it's worth checking. The last bus from Disney to the hotel at night is around 9:30 PM, and it can get crowded, so you might not get a seat. The taxi stand was also very busy, so I ended up walking from Disney to the hotel. After a day of fun, a 20-30 minute walk was quite the workout (but it's definitely a walkable distance). Additionally, the morning buses (to Disneyland/Sea and Maihama Station) after check-out can get quite crowded, so if you have a tight schedule afterward, it's best to check out with plenty of time to spare. I'll definitely be back to stay again! ^ ^

It is given a free service shuttle bus from Narita train station to Hotel , AEON Mall and airport. Good service and on time . I Like the Onsen in the Hotel, need paid. . But the hotel is a bit Old. The hotel staff is an Indian girl ( in the photo) her service is very good and very patient , luckily she knows English 👏 The hotel does not provide drinking water.

It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.

Cleanliness is impeccable. Great for a night/layover Twice i used this hotel if I'm doing any domestic flights in between Japan. As it's has free airport shuttle for hotel guests. It does have scheduled timing to AEON shopping mall of your flight arrives in the morning it's good to catch the bus. Else just make do with the convenience store at the hotel lobby. (Got my sandwich/sushi/drinks from the store, closes at 2am of not mistaken) Huge hotel, large capacity but a very well maintained one through years. Amazing, if you ever fly into Narita airport i highly recommend to try & immerse yourself into this old classic building. Worth the value for a night or two for a gd comfy rest. ** I bought the japan 🍈 from Kamata Tokyo and had carried it all the way via train into Narita..I wish to eat it before i leave for my flight following afternoon.. had asked reception staff to borrow a table knife so i could cut the melon unfortunately for safety reason they doesn't permit of such, hence i cut it into half with a wooden chopsticks and scoop the flesh off 🥄** Ooshiiii 😋 Happy a precious, pretty looking melon didn't go to waste :D

Although I only stayed for one night, the facilities and service were so good that I wanted to stay a few more days. The staff were especially helpful. They explained everything in English and even called taxis to get me where I wanted to go. Breakfast is included, so you get a high-quality meal, which I highly recommend. The hot springs were quiet and perfect for relaxation. The 24-hour mini hot springs in the room were especially great for early mornings and early evenings.

The family room for four was quite spacious, and having a separate bed for everyone meant no disturbances. A big thank you to the restaurant staff on the first floor for keeping our forgotten headphones safe. The breakfast was also very generous, they even had a chocolate fountain! My personal favorites were the salad and yogurt. We also tried out the Japanese-style hot springs on the 7th floor; the water temperature was perfect. Just remember to bring your own towel. The bus from Narita Airport to the hotel costs 2900 JPY, with children under 12 paying half price. However, it takes a very long time because it first goes to Tokyo Disneyland, then to Tokyo DisneySea, then to other hotels like the Hyatt, and finally arrives at Mitsui. The total travel time is about 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is slower than taking the subway. The upside is you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs when changing subways.

This location is close to airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3. It's less than a 30-minute bus ride. They offer a complimentary shuttle bus from the airport or Narita train station to the hotel. For early morning departures, the bus from the airport starts after 6 AM, with the last bus around 11:30 PM. You can check the hotel or bus schedules online.

Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. We spent two nights at this hotel while visiting Disneyland with our two children. We booked a quad room for two adults and two children, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service to Disneyland right from its entrance. Especially on hot days, I felt this was much better than staying at a Disneyland hotel, as it minimized walking and made our experience much more relaxing. Breakfast was also excellent, and our children absolutely loved it. The hotel is about 800 meters from the metro station. Right by the metro exit, there's a shopping complex with a food court that reminds me of a traditional Chinese snack street. It offers a wide variety of snacks that are inexpensive but very delicious.

It took an hour to check in at the front desk, which I hated, but I was able to stay cheaply using Tribaco, so I was satisfied. I ordered a separate sashimi platter and it was delicious. I'm satisfied
