Front desk was very helpful - depends on the shift. But mostly friendly and helpful. Washing machine facilities readily available, if the staff are free, they will help to put in for you in the dryer. Hotel was also clean and very accessible to all places! (: There is also a man sitting on the front recommending tours. If lazy, can get from him. If not can go your own. Exit number 2! 2 stops away from the Suzhou train station!

So this time they made my stay perfect, giving only positive vibe🙌 I have stayed here only for 1 day, and for sure, I will be staying here for the future trip here in Nanjing😇 多谢了 for the associates and the friends that I made there🤍

The hotel has a great location, as it is within walking distance from several scenic spots, including the Bao’en Temple, the Humble Administrator’s Garden, the Lion Grove Garden, as well as various museums. The Suzhou Train Station is ~20 minutes away walking. Check-in was really efficient, there’s an elevator and all the stairs have ramps for suit cases, although they are a bit steep for wheelchair users, but this is on floors 2 and above. Despite the hallway rugs being dirty, the inside of the room was clean and smelled like it too. At your arrival there’s 2 water bottles, and everyday they replace them when they clean your room (or if you are there and don’t want it cleaned, they still offer you the water).

The hotel is close to Leqiao Metro Station, just a few minutes’ walk away. The room is clean, and the cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers guests a choice of pillows for added comfort. Guests can also opt to have breakfast at the hotel for a minimal fee. When we checked out, the front desk staff gave us a lovely Suzhou-themed fridge magnet as a farewell gift.

The room furnish/decoration is modern and minimalist. The hotel staffs at lobby were helpful as they served the customers hot tea while waiting for taxi as it was raining full day when we arrived. I like that the mirror has the feature for light adjustment.

This is my first time staying in a youth hostel in China. I saw it on Xiaohongshu. Backpack Ten Years is the top hostel in China. There is a small bar at the front desk, but it seems that no one drinks? There is no light music or anything like that. There is a billiard room where guests often play billiards. The room has a strong smell, probably because there is no ventilation. The public areas are generally good. Suzhou is a water town, and it seems that the other nine cities are also like this. There are postcards or photos of these cities. Because I have been to AMS and VEN, I originally wanted one, but I was too embarrassed. In addition, I stored my luggage for more than one day, and there was a charge, but the staff said it was okay. Thank you~

The service was very good, helped as much as they could, especially with carrying a luggage because the road is quite historical with eneven stones and a bridge. There are around 10 spots to visit inside and I was given the map to find them all. So I can recommend this place if you like ancient Chinese cities with canals and it's own beaty and charm.

We chatted for a bit and they gave great advice for where to go for new year's! They even upgraded us to a nicer and larger room, which had nice light. There's even a convenience store and subway stations nearby, making it convenient to travel from there. Would 100% recommend, would book again!

One of the best location. Literally a stone throw away from subway Station. Walkable to scenic area such as Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden is a Chinese garden in Suzhou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You find the hostel sign as you exit the metro station. It's within the Confucius Temple area, so you can explore this destination until late. I had another great stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

i love it ! although its abit small but its enough for me to sleep alone. theres free snacks and also water bottle which u can tske how many you want. its perfect. Just the sound proof is not that good. other than that everything its fine. the stuff isgood too.

Cleaning service should be improved. When you arrive in the room it is clear that they do not deep clean between one client and the other, cause the floors are not clean, there is dust, spider webs and there is heavy dirt in the corners of the room and behind the bathroom. Prp: the bed of the room I got was very comfy and soft. The room had a closet to store my clothes, and a big desk that was very convenient for me. The area around the building is very lively with a lot of restaurants and it's quite near the subway and train station (walking distance around 10-15 min). Cons:They should decide if they want you to provide an apartment or hotel service, they are not very clear what their aim is since they don't provide hotel service for short stays (like daily cleaning, they only take the rubbish but don't cleam bathroom and floors) but not even apartment service for longer stays (such as dish soap or a pot to cook, or things to clean the apartment on your own). They provide kitchen and washing machine with no cleaning products or kitchen appliances, not even soap to wash the mugs they provide (that were dirty). The people who work at the reception are friendly but completely disorganised. The first day I was locked out three times from my room cause they could not provide me with a proper keycode and finally gave me a key which I had to sit on the floor to open each time cause it was the emergency key of the electronic dial thing that there is on the door. One day I came back and the cleaning lady took out my electricity card even if I had food in the fridge that could have gone bad. They said that I should not use electricity and the A/C too much otherwise I should have paid more. They never stated this nor on the website or in person. After not providing me with good service, theh repeatedly asked me to give them good reviews and send them a screenshot of a 5 stars review, instead of asking me how to improve their service. Overall, when I booked the price was worth it but I would not book it again now that the price is more expensive.

The experience is great! The location is excellent, close to the airport terminal, and there is a free airport shuttle service, so you don't have to worry about arriving at the airport late at night. The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation is excellent, completely isolating the noise of aircraft taking off and landing. The decoration is simple and stylish, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are complete. The boss is warm and hospitable, and also helps plan travel routes and recommend nearby food. It's a short stay here, but it feels as warm as home. The cost-effectiveness is super high. I will stay here when I transfer in the future. I must praise it!

I booked several nights at GreenTree Inn. The location was great, as in it was easy to find and get to. There were also many shops around this hotel too, which I’ve attached photographs showing me shopping, close by to my hotel. My room was cosy and warm during the Winter period.

The owner is so kind and nice. The cleanliness and condition of the accommodation are pretty good, and the location is really the best… I lost my card key, but the owner said it was okay and asked me to tell him again when I checked out, so I borrowed the main card and used it after that day and had no problems. There are many restaurants right in front of the accommodation, such as a lamb skewer restaurant and a spicy soup restaurant, and a convenience store, supermarket, and fruit shop are just a 1-2 minute walk from the accommodation. Check-in was quick and they handled it skillfully, saying that there were a lot of foreigners. Recommended!

A very luxurious hotel right in the middle of city center with a jaw dropping view, and perfect price! It was very advanced, everything was smart, the facilities were so much more than complete! I really loved it. And one last thing, during the night time, the view is going to shine brighter than the Sun, it's magnificent!

The only hostel I’ve stayed in china that truly doesn’t allow smoking. Zero scent of cigarette smoke, which is lovely. That said, mattress might need a change at some of the beds, coz mine was sinking in the middle (on top of being thin), so my back ached a lil after waking up. From the photo I thought its thicker, else I might have picked another hostel that’s closer to train station. This one is close enough, but still requires 10min walking (without luggage)

Come to the International Expo Center to accompany your children to participate in the robot competition. The room is very clean and the surrounding is very quiet. I stayed there for three days with my children and was very satisfied. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. I ordered takeout and it was delivered by a robot. It was very novel, hahaha. We happened to be here to celebrate New Year's Day and watch the beautiful fireworks outside the window with the children. It was a wonderful memory.

When I went back at night, I found that no one had cleaned the room and bathroom. The trash can in the bathroom was full and there was no paper towels. No one cleaned the bed of the girl who checked out during the day. The girl who checked in stayed on another bed. I stayed for 4 nights. I must have not cleaned the toilet for 2 days because the dirt was still there. The clean three-piece suit was wrapped in a cloth and placed in the living room. It seemed that someone came to take away the garbage in the bathroom after the girl went out very late at night. There was paper in the bathroom. I stayed for four nights and didn't drink a sip of hot water. The two boys' rooms seemed to be separated by wooden boards. Because the wind in the living room was too cold, I closed the door of the boys' room (no one lived there) and took a photo by the way. The boss's service was okay. Finally, I also thanked him for letting me store my luggage for 2 hours because Ctrip showed that luggage storage was not provided.
