Very good experience and comfortable stay👏,the counter service is very good. Not much noise for us, we are able to have good sleep, they help clean room daily if you hang the clean room card at door handle. We have many small request they have help us manage them, they make sure we have a good stay, glad that we have book this hotel first time travelling to Suzhou ❤️❤️! Will visit again!

This place is in a superb location, everything at the doorstep from metro to shopping and places to eat. What makes it even better is the affordable price, staff were helpful and theres an awesome wee delivery robot. My room was slightly tired and the corridors need upgrading but overall for the price and location its perfect.

I loved my stay at this hostel🙌🏾 First time to stay in a hostel and was pretty anxious about it all. But when I got there, all of it went away. The staff helped me carry my luggage, they were are friendly, no check-in trouble just perfect. The place is so tidy and clean hence well managed. Cleaning staff is always active. The hostels are very clean too and comfortable, you will sleep well there. The environment is so vibrant and very good for being socializing others. The big thing I loved about here is the friendliness of everyone there, you socialize with new people everyday, play games like pingpong, billiards, card games and more. There are music instruments like a grand piano, guitar, small African drum and mics too to showcase your talents at the Karaoke Stage. There are cozy areas where you can chill too if you want some privacy. A bar is also located inside as well. Honestly I didn’t want to leave, I kept on extending my days there🤦🏾♂️😂😂😂 Just 2 downsides, it’s just a little difficult to locate since you expect to see Douyuan Youth Hostel but it’s themed Moreland Youth Hostel. Then it’s on the 3rd floor but the elevator doesn’t work. Hope these get fixed soon…

The hotel has a great location, as it is within walking distance from several scenic spots, including the Bao’en Temple, the Humble Administrator’s Garden, the Lion Grove Garden, as well as various museums. The Suzhou Train Station is ~20 minutes away walking. Check-in was really efficient, there’s an elevator and all the stairs have ramps for suit cases, although they are a bit steep for wheelchair users, but this is on floors 2 and above. Despite the hallway rugs being dirty, the inside of the room was clean and smelled like it too. At your arrival there’s 2 water bottles, and everyday they replace them when they clean your room (or if you are there and don’t want it cleaned, they still offer you the water).

Facilities: Although the room is not very large, the layout is very reasonable and the facilities are very good. The inn is located in a quiet alley 100 meters away from the bustling Changmen. It is located by the river and has a view at every step. It is small and exquisite. The bedding of the two large beds is very comfortable. The large bay window is opposite each other and you can have a cup of tea and you will have the taste of Jiangnan. Sanitation: It is clean and refreshing. There are enough disposable bath towels and towels in the bathroom. The whole room is good. Environment: At the beginning, we saw its riverside characteristics and it did not disappoint us. The surrounding facilities are extremely convenient. It takes only three minutes to get to Shantang from the city gate. You can eat and buy things in one step. It is also very close to Liuyuan and Yipu. It is very convenient. Service: This is the most praiseworthy. The boss contacted WeChat before checking in and informed us of a series of situations such as the location, transportation and surrounding conditions. We came from the high-speed rail station by boat and got to the pier. The boss quickly rode an electric bike to help us take our luggage to the inn. There are rich fruit plates and bottled water. If you have any questions, the boss will reply immediately and answer them personally. On the day of departure, I arrived at the new place and found that the baby's toys may have been forgotten in the room. I contacted the boss and asked the cleaning lady immediately. She found it and sent it to me immediately. I am so grateful and sorry for the trouble. I will choose this place again next time.

Clean and central hostel with big common room terrace and shared rooms with separeted single beds (like small single rooms in the room). Kind staff and free tea.

The hotel is in a convenient location as nearest metro station has another underground entrance just right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very new and clean. The room furnish/decoration is modern and minimalist. The hotel staffs at lobby were helpful as they served the customers hot tea while waiting for taxi as it was raining full day when we arrived. I like that the mirror has the feature for light adjustment.

Very near to the metro station but is hidden at the corner and is the back alley which is very messy, like under renovation, better walk over the whole building to go to the lobby. The headboard and telephone are full of dust. As it is facing the roadside so there is some noise during morning and night time, but won't affect sleeping quality.

We chatted for a bit and they gave great advice for where to go for new year's! They even upgraded us to a nicer and larger room, which had nice light. There's even a convenience store and subway stations nearby, making it convenient to travel from there. Would 100% recommend, would book again!

I was very satisfied with my stay. It was my first time staying in a youth hostel. I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. The bed was very big and there were many activities. The main thing was the front desk lady Qiao Qiao. She was very considerate and responsible, so I give her a thumbs up.

Amazing location in the ancient town. Nice and cosy with very nice view. The room is facing the main scenic river area and I enjoy sipping tea while looking at the view. Room is clean and nice. The owner and assistants are very friendly. They even offered local delights snacks and carried my heavy luggage up to the room and across th bridge when I checked out. Definitely would stay here again if I visit this area.

I visited this hotel for the first time , the hotel has very good service and good room , the reception helped me for early check-in without any problem . A bit walking for the metro station , nearby the city centre

Location not far from Railway South station, First, confused a little bit to find. It's name Himalaya block D. Just opposite Holiday Inn. Reception is also nice n friendly. Room is big n have big projector. The only matter is open the room use password change each time.. Cause I didn't use WeChat. Must come to reception.Others is good.. Room rate cheaper.. Tks alot..

I booked several nights at GreenTree Inn. The location was great, as in it was easy to find and get to. There were also many shops around this hotel too, which I’ve attached photographs showing me shopping, close by to my hotel. My room was cosy and warm during the Winter period.

It was my first time to travel to Nanjing. I booked a low-priced B&B hotel through the mini program. The accommodation environment and service were completely beyond my imagination. The service was so good. I originally booked a double bed room with a try-it attitude and asked if it could be upgraded? A beautiful girl wearing glasses at the front desk said yes. When I checked in, I asked a lot of fun places in Nanjing. He answered me one by one and provided very patient service. After I checked in, he came out to guide me to where I was staying. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, he helped me share some of it, which made me embarrassed. (The service is not worse than the all-season, or even slightly better, in my opinion). I heard my colleagues call him Zhang Xiaomin, and I will continue to find him to check in next time. The accommodation is very good and clean. It can be seen that the aunt cleans very seriously.

I came back satisfied. Thank you to the big sister who arranged the room for me. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of varieties, including small rice dumplings, scrambled eggs with green peppers, corn, steamed buns, soup dumplings, fried eggs, and several kinds of fruits. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. The room was very clean. I will come again next time I have the chance.

i love it ! although its abit small but its enough for me to sleep alone. theres free snacks and also water bottle which u can tske how many you want. its perfect. Just the sound proof is not that good. other than that everything its fine. the stuff isgood too.

Traveling alone, this is my first time staying in a youth hostel. I have always stayed in hotels or B&Bs before. It was already very late when I arrived in Nanjing. It was very quiet here. When checking in, the lady at the front desk said that if I stayed longer, we could celebrate the New Year together. Hahahahahahahaha, when I was packing up and getting ready for bed, the lady called me softly from outside the bed curtain. I opened the curtain and saw her saying, ”This is breakfast for you.” I like this place. Although I only stayed for one night, I will continue to stay here if I have the chance to come to Nanjing next time.

The experience is great! The location is excellent, close to the airport terminal, and there is a free airport shuttle service, so you don't have to worry about arriving at the airport late at night. The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation is excellent, completely isolating the noise of aircraft taking off and landing. The decoration is simple and stylish, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are complete. The boss is warm and hospitable, and also helps plan travel routes and recommend nearby food. It's a short stay here, but it feels as warm as home. The cost-effectiveness is super high. I will stay here when I transfer in the future. I must praise it!

We held our Christmas eve Noche Buena and movie marathon here with a nice view of Wuxi Lights. Projector and rooms layout (88sqm) is reasonable. Its 63F high, so slowness in 4 elevator is observed but is expected.

About 10-12mins walk from Exit 4 of Sanyang Plaza metro, Orient Plaza exit. There are many exits, probably over 20. This is a very central metro station. Buy a day pass for unlimited travel from the metro at any railway station or airport. 1 day at 12yuan, 2 days at 22 yuan or 3 days at 30 yuan. Very economical and easy way to travel by metro in Wuxi. You can't buy this card from other metro stations, including Sanyang Plaza. The hotel is old but clean with a lift. Room facilities are good enough. The toilet seat can be heated for cold weather and comes with water jet for personal hygiene. Bathroom and toilet separated by a curtain, which was effective for keeping the toilet dry. Slippers provided in bathroom which was useful. Hooks on door to put your clothes when using the bathroom/toilet. Towels changed daily. Simple Chinese buffet breakfast. Ample street food choices nearby at reasonable prices.

The only hostel I’ve stayed in china that truly doesn’t allow smoking. Zero scent of cigarette smoke, which is lovely. That said, mattress might need a change at some of the beds, coz mine was sinking in the middle (on top of being thin), so my back ached a lil after waking up. From the photo I thought its thicker, else I might have picked another hostel that’s closer to train station. This one is close enough, but still requires 10min walking (without luggage)

The room is very good and affordable. The hotel is equipped with disposable supplies. It is highly recommended for travel. It is very close to the surrounding attractions and there are many snacks downstairs.

It’s really convenient to get around. Nanchang Street is diagonally opposite and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. I called the parking lot in advance and asked about it, and it was very easy to find. Just report the license plate number to the front desk when you left the hotel the next day. Ordering takeout is also very convenient, and a robot will deliver it to your door. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, and the shower room has a lot of water.

Come to the International Expo Center to accompany your children to participate in the robot competition. The room is very clean and the surrounding is very quiet. I stayed there for three days with my children and was very satisfied. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. I ordered takeout and it was delivered by a robot. It was very novel, hahaha. We happened to be here to celebrate New Year's Day and watch the beautiful fireworks outside the window with the children. It was a wonderful memory.

When I went back at night, I found that no one had cleaned the room and bathroom. The trash can in the bathroom was full and there was no paper towels. No one cleaned the bed of the girl who checked out during the day. The girl who checked in stayed on another bed. I stayed for 4 nights. I must have not cleaned the toilet for 2 days because the dirt was still there. The clean three-piece suit was wrapped in a cloth and placed in the living room. It seemed that someone came to take away the garbage in the bathroom after the girl went out very late at night. There was paper in the bathroom. I stayed for four nights and didn't drink a sip of hot water. The two boys' rooms seemed to be separated by wooden boards. Because the wind in the living room was too cold, I closed the door of the boys' room (no one lived there) and took a photo by the way. The boss's service was okay. Finally, I also thanked him for letting me store my luggage for 2 hours because Ctrip showed that luggage storage was not provided.
