I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan for 2 days and 1 night, and it was truly a satisfying experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a modern design that made it feel relaxing throughout the stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the ambiance of the room added to the overall comfort. The food was definitely one of the highlights — really delicious with a good variety to choose from. Every meal was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay here. It’s a great place for a short getaway, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

the check in process took abit long and still have to take queue number but location was good and abt 15 mins walk to genting first world and genting skyworld skyavenue under shelter bridge. balcony view was nice and came with a dustbin. bed was clean and front desk service was nice. shampoo and body wash also provided but do note no toothbrush. there’s a mall just below also with many stores

Good stay, comfortable bed, lovely room, beautiful view with balcony, tasty breakfast. The only thing i hope they improve is the iron & the ironboard. It’s very difficult to use & doesn’t really work well. But overall, everything else is perfect 🎀 1010 recommended! 💗

The environment here is great, with a pool and a gym. The hotel also provides toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the rooms are very clean. I highly recommend staying here! The price is good, and it's located halfway up Genting. You can take the cable car directly to Genting Highlands. The only downside is that the road to the hotel is a bit secluded.

We got the 39th floor and the view is very beautiful ! Very cold up here and the unit was very clean ! Cooking utensils provided and mostly everything including toiletries items is provided in the unit. Never gonna regret this and will definitely book again !

The unit is very comfortable, beautiful, and clean, easily accommodating a family of 5 with 2 large beds and 1 small bed. The sofa is also comfortable. There are qibla direction signs, prayer garments, and prayer mats provided. The pool is spacious and close to a beautiful beach. Will definitely repeat!

I was also looking for a place to rent, and although I didn’t catch her name, the receptionist went above and beyond to help me find one. Her kindness meant so much. And the view from my room? Absolutely breathtaking! Overall, I loved every moment of my stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s truly a must-stay, don’t even think twice, just book it! 🌟
