4-Star Hotels in Zuid-Holland, Netherlands

From the time we walked through the front door to when we left two days later all was perfect. The staff very happy and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed . We chose this hotel because it is connected to-the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. It is close too many eateries. Ifwe return in the future we will rebook. This is a five star hotel. Thanks all.

This stay at Hilton Leiden in the Netherlands was an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was warm and friendly, the service was thoughtful, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The food was rich and delicious, and the daily breakfast gave people full vitality. The location is also good, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it!

This hotel is ideal for business trips, solo travelers, and even trips with friends. I loved the central location – right in the heart of the city, with an MRT station just across the street and both bus and tram stops nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful during my stay. I’ll definitely choose this place again when I return to Rotterdam.

The hotel is one of the oldest building in the city but the interior surprises me with comfort, elegance as well as cleanliness. The room is comfortable and clean but it does get noisy at night from the streets and the walkway. The hotel requires room card to access to room floors which ensures the safety of their customers. The stay was excellent and managed to had a good rest. Location wise, it's less than 15 minutes walk to the Rotterdam Centraal train station and there is a McDonald's opposite of the hotel which makes the hotel's location great. Overall it's was an amazing and pleasant stay.

The breakfast is really something to highlight at such reasonable price for this stay. A glass of Prosecco to begin the morning is something super nice. Room is bit small, and just good enough for two suitcases opened on the floor. I slept very well with comfort on that bed, which looks bit tiny in the picture :-P. Location is very good and I could take metro line E direct to De Rotterdam, Central station and The Hague!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, plenty of free parking right outside the door. The rooms, including the bathroom, were clean, but a little dated. We therefore did not give the hotel full marks, but we would recommend the hotel without hesitation for a short break.

The hotel is in a great location, at the subway station exit, and only ten minutes from the central train station. You can check in early, the room facilities are complete, and there is a supermarket next to it, which is very convenient! !

Simple breakfast buffet, came with the room so was worth it. Decent location, about 5min walk to the closest bus stop. Around 20mins from Den Haag Centraal, 10mins by bus and 10mins walking

A very good hotel. I get a free upgrade to executive room. The staffs are very friendly. The only bad thing is sound proof not very good, always heard a lot of people walking outside and bang things inside their room.

Exceeded expectations, the room is very spacious and clean, and the decoration style is great. The breakfast is very rich, and there is a children's dining area, the children are very happy. We drove by ourselves, so we felt that the location was good and easy to drive. In short, it is really very very recommended. ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

I reserved a hotel with bath inside the room. When we arrived it was farely busy in the hotel due to the check in times. We waited for 20 minutes to check in and were told we got upgraded to a wellness room with a sauna. We took a walk along the beach which is litteraly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed a nice jacuzzi and sauna the rest of the evening. With a stunning view along the beach and city. Yes it was pricey! And parking in front of the hotel is 25€ per day or 6,50€ per hour which is really expensive (the hotel cant do anything about the parking fees because of the government, but maybe public transport is an option for you) Pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. And dont forget you get access to their own wellness included with your room!

Overall it's OK, but it's not as good as the five-star hotels in China.

Easy check in and excellent buffet breakfast. Bit noisy if you’re sleeping city side from the tram below, but not a deal breaker. Room was very clean and comfortable, and of course centrally located to public transport for convenience. We would consider staying here again.

Good hotel around the center area of The Hague. Good service and helpful staff at the reception. Parking was really overpriced at like 42 euros per day so we had to park at other lots nearby. The room was good, but found several finger/toe nails left by previous guests on the floor around the bed, which means that the floor probably hasn’t been cleaned well. Honestly a bit disgusting and disappointing for us.

The room is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is really good, just a few minutes walk to the central station. Metro station is near to the hotel too. For grocery, there are supermarkets and convenient stores. The area is safe and clean. Will come back again!

Great location at the shopping malls district. You can find lots of shopping around the hotel area. The lobby lounge is really cosy and quite, great to chill and enjoy your morning coffee.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a good environment and clean rooms. There is also a small museum behind it. There are also supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk around.

The location is great , close to city Center and museum, just 2 minutes walk from the closest tram station to get off. Thought there is a restaurant in hotel from the photos but indeed just a dinning area together with the front desk area which only provides breakfast. Large room, bed and toilet are clean , kitchen is good too if you wish to cook, more homie feelings to stay in here, but the sofa in my room was having some stains. Also the room is quite (no noise from outside) , feeling secured too as solo traveller. Originally thought the washer is inside my room, but actually are all in the public washer & dryer room, tho 24 hours open, btw no washing powder provided you need to bring or buy yourself. Still good for long-trip traveller. Overall is not a bad stay with this location and room size , maybe not the best but still worth the prize

Hotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Room is of a good size, mattress is on the soft side for me and pillow is too high, need to self make my own pillow. Service is superb, staffs are very friendly and super helpful. They all carry genuine smile and always offer help. Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day. Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc. In general I would still recommend this hotel if you are going for business or need to stay around that area.

Ctrip did not update the price of breakfast. It is now 20 euros a person. The price is high. The food eaten is not special. This hotel Ctrip's special room has to go out to find, breakfast has to go out to find. inconvenient.

The location is in the most central place, all attractions are nearby, the gentleman at the front desk is very nice, he will explain everything you want to know, and I will definitely recommend it to all friends who come to the Netherlands!

The facilities are pretty good, but the space of 20 square meters is a bit small. The breakfast is OK and relatively simple. Overall, it is very good and the price-performance ratio is good! The trash cans in the hotel are classified and worthy of praise👍

The breakfast is already very good locally! 8 minutes walk from the city center, it is the best hotel in the local area, the rooms are clean and tidy, overall it is good, would recommend it

A beautiful hotel with good breakfast, the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and you didn't have any trouble with your neighbors. I'd like to come back here again.
