I wish the room had a kettle, tea or bottle of water (or information to drink tap). The bathroom could be cleaned more carefully. Breakfast is ok, no surprise. The building itself makes a great impression, interesting architecture.

The family room was selected, the room was quite big, the scenery was very good, the breakfast was very rich, in the city center, it was very convenient to go to the surrounding shopping malls and restaurants, and it was very quiet. The opposite was the 24-hour gym. The waiters were very polite.

Beautiful historic building with a newly built building behind it. In the centre, 10 minutes walk from the station. Fully nice people at the reception. Prima breakfast and included a small buffet s evening. Very handy and delicious. The whole day by coffee and tea and waffles between 15 and 17 hours. It's called the Home Hotel and you feel like that!

YYLingCheck-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!

TTomas KazragisGreat and clean hotel. Has sauna and pool. Everything is self sevice. Hotel located not in a city center (3 km away). There is a super market nearby, as well a big green park. Walkable distance (1 km) is an old wooden bridge. Breakfast was tasty.
