"The hotel manager Ahmed was very helpful and tried to resolve most of my concerns. The apartment are not to standard at all. Thanks to Ahmed and the hotel staff that helped moved me from the apartment building to the main hotel. The food is good."

Secondly, I was upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen, washer, and dryer inside the room at no cost because the hotel was crowded. (That has nothing to do with the review.) The room was very clean and up to my standards. The hotel has day and night security guards.” ”The Staff - I reached out to the hotel a few weeks before I arrived in Freetown concerning transportation to the hotel, and the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. They provided transportation from the Sea-coach Docks. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive to my schedule, and regardless of what time I left, the room was pristine clean when I got back. The front desk staff and the managing partner or owner were all very friendly and went above and beyond to address any questions I had.” ”The Pool - Loved the pool. I was there every single day, basking in the sun. The pool boy was there every single day cleaning the pool. The whole menu was western food (burgers, pizza, etc.). When you are in Sierra Leone, you might want some of the local staple food. "Praise it. On the top of the mountain, the view is very good and overlooks the entire city. The house is also clean and the staff is very welcoming and beyond imagination. Recommended hotel."

"The  staff were very professional, friendly and hospitable from the cleaners, restaurant staff, security personnel and reception staff. The food was excellent and the breakfast sumptuous."

"The reviews make it seem much worse than it actually is. It's a decent chain hotel, perhaps tired, but acceptable. The price-quality ratio isn't ideal, but that's the nature of the area. The hotel also doesn't mention that it's undergoing renovations and renovations throughout the property. For this reason, the pool is closed. It's noisy during the day. But if you're coming for work, it's not that bad. The area is nice, and there are restaurants nearby with decent food. The staff is diligent and cleans as best they can. One time, they even brought a complimentary bottle of sparkling water and apples to the room. The fees mentioned in the reviews above are also present, but not excessive. You're asked to pay twice for security: $25 per person upon check-in and $25 per person upon check-out. Be prepared."

"The hotel was alright in general. However, some of the staff do need re-training or discipline. When we were checking out early in the morning, the male receptionist claimed we owed the hotel more 1000 dollars for food, which we never had. When we told him that, he just backed out, saying we didn't have to pay."
