Indeed c is the best holidays we spend The hotel with its incredible view of the port El kantaoui and their top service especially the Proprete c is great we are happy and Franchise we will choose next year that this hotel

The hotel staff was all good and helpful. Gigi was amazing in the kids club and mini disco! Main entertainments staff english was really good, could not do more than enough for you! December is cold, outdoor pools not used. Archery and mini golf on site couldnt be used or explained where to get equiptment. Onsite sales man for excursions very pushy and haggle prices! Massive savings to be made but all offsite and cost extra. Food for kids could be better, burgers nuggets or chips but chips only offered on an afternoon. Breakfast could do with improvement and and alchol on all inclusive could do with upgrades. Rooms are huge could do with in room coffee/tea stations.

Considering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't

As a coastal tourist city in Tunisia, Sousse has low consumption. The hotel has free parking. There are police and security personnel at the entrance, and it feels like it is being guarded by layers. The hotel has a private beach, booked sea view rooms, directly facing the sea. But the room facilities are old. The hotel has three meals, and the buffet has many varieties, which is very good. Many elderly people in Europe come to live for a few months and feel like a European nursing home.

It’s my third time in Tunisia specially in sousse marhaba royal Salem. I had a great time with my friend and the bar stuff. They served us all the time. The animation team are brilliant choco Sam Simon mido bob leo all of them are nice and friendly with us we spend nice time. I recommend to come back again 😍

Hotel close to the beach. Staff very friendly. Food good. Price really good. Would recommend it for a short break. Rooms large with large balconies and facing the sea. Pool cold so didn’t use it. There is an indoor swimming pool that is heated

Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury

How should I start ? I think the first thing to be mentioned clearly is the poor hygiene of the hotel… From the atrocious smell of the hallways to the dirtiest carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in years, to my very hotel room who hasn’t been cleaned properly ( seeing dirt and other people’s hair in the room) , the sheets not even clean and have cigarette burns all over them !! … You go downstairs to have dinner , the elevator takes a long time to arrive, the dinner itself was so low quality and cheap, not a lot of options, you drink water in plastic cups , they ask you to throw your handbag away somewhere else (where’s the safety?) , in the last day we drove away to have breakfast outside of the hotel… The reception was smelly and they couldn’t bother to turn on the Ac while it was 40 degrees outside , the staff were very rude (except for the receptionist) … you pay a lot of money for a cheap rotten hotel… we had to cancel and go somewhere else !

Having a great time here... entertainment is great! We took part in archery, table tennis and boules. Ahmed is really good! Very friendly and does alot of activities. He participated in all activities and was really friendly! Food could be better..weather...warmer than the UK! Nice to have a bit of sun..generally a nice chilled holiday. Would recommend. Great value for money ❤️

Although the hotel time is a bit old, the hotel service is very good, the room is good, the hotel pool is very high in the afternoon and evening, there is a theme park on the side of the hotel, there is a small restaurant at the intersection, cheap and delicious, from the beach or A little distance, it is the beach after crossing the crossroads. The Hammamet people are also very friendly. Next time you come to Tunisia, you will come to Hammamet. This is a good place for a holiday.

According to Tunisia’s location, architecture, and friendliness, the room is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The room is large and clean (I pay tribute to Faïza, the maid like a bee, and look at the cleanliness of the room And I thank her for the maintenance of the technicians, because they repaired the heating, they are very smiling and friendly, in addition to the Moorish cafe (I invited her as many as her colleagues), a group of young people also appeared in the animation. In the restaurant, the staff is the most helpful, and the dishes are varied, especially the ”Lemlaoui” dishes made by ladies. On the other hand, the windows of the rooms are very windy due to the lack of seams.

Ok, so this hotel isn't a fantastic 4*, however, we had a lovely stay and was worth the money. We paid around £15 each (2 pax) per night sharing a twin room on an All Inclusive basis. Rooms: simple and basic, a little tired in places. Fridge just about worked, no kettle / tea station as shown in photos. Nice size balcony. Great size bathroom, well set out. Shower gel and soap provided and a hairdryer. Shower over the bath, which was so powerful if you turned it up full blast it came off the bracket and made a very wet bathroom 🤭 Pool: pool area was lovely, unfortunately a little chilly to make use of it in January! But was still kept clean. All Inclusive: please see images for timings (I couldn't find the info anywhere before we left!) Although we went in January off peak so they may differ! Food was plentiful, although a reduced offering due to only having around 80 guests! But we had some lovely traditional dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed trying all the Tunisian food. There is a fresh cook station for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At breakfast definitely try a ”Bamboulini” awesome 🤌 Bar is not particularly well equipped, and choices are limited. All inclusive includes: beer, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy. Sodas, hot drinks and bottled water. There are also water machines in the bar and dining hall to refill bottles. All the staff were friendly and great, especially the entertainment team Didi and Max and the bar man Mhadheb! We enjoyed our stay!

Just returned from our first trip to Tunisia ... We loved it Hotel paradis palace in hammamet Staff very welcoming and friendly the hotel is very clean and kept this way by a team of people from housekeeping to gardeners to pool attendants Rooms Rooms are clean and comfortable Pools Plenty of beds the pool guy will always be around to help with mats Waiter service around the pool and of an evening ....zied will never let your drink run low very attentive Beach The beach is kept clean and looked after by a team down there happy to help with beds and mats We did the parachute glide for 90 dinar for 2 amazing they also have other water activities There is a beach bar you can pay for cocktails and also an a la carte menu we went down there of an evening after 11 be warned it can be a messy night 😅 Restaurant Food is really good bbq of a lunch time and grill is on of an evening always something to find to eat for the fussy eaters Waiter service excellent Muhammed looked after us each time Animation team Some great shows by the team scooby was amazing doing the Michael Jackson show and the lion King also but Dido and bobo made it for us with us having no kids they still both made an effort to interact with us great team be good if offered an evening programme of shows for the couples with no children of a night maybe quiz nights karaoke down in the beach bar for those not wanting to go do party dances etc but these guys don't stop !! Out and about Yasmin there is a English pub called rovers return under the mauradi Hotel run by Dawn who will be happy to send a taxi for you if u contact her via Facebook it will also bring you back she does English meals and full English breakfast there is also a place called steak and cheese worth a visit Book the quads with aziz was really good enjoyed it and good price too Overall we had a really good time and met some great people and we will defiantly be returning Thank you for having us and making us feel welcome

Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived, I was advised my room wouldn't be ready. They invited me to have some lunch, come back and it would be sorted. When I went back, it was the same story. Told come back an hour later, same story. It was around 3hrs after I arrived that I was able to get into my room. The room itself was absolutely shocking. The decor was like something from the 80s, there was a burn in the carpet where someone had left an iron on it, the bathroom was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned properly, when I took a shower, the bath filled with water due to issues with drainage. All in all, the room left a lot to be desired. The food was also disappointing. After the 3rd day, I stopped eating at the restaurant as it had given me an upset stomach. The bar was basic. Drinks were served in paper cups and served one at a time. I would have had my drink finished by the time I went back to the pool and would need to go back. It felt as if the staff thought the were doing you a favour by doing their jobs and did not make me feel welcome. The staff gave no information about any of the services provided and I felt like I was left to myself to figure the hotel out. I would not go back to this hotel and would implore anyone who is considering it to reconsider.

The reception staff were really really nice. The food was excellent and had a great variety at all point of the day! The dessert was v good. The entertainment was also very good. Would recommended for family’s and couples. Would come again! Overall extremely very good . Definitely 5*

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

Goodbye to all, The hotel is excellent, rooms, food and staff, the only negative point is the full pension, you have the right to three services, breakfast, lunch and evening, otherwise at the bar and the beach everything is paying.

Wow after 8 days in another hotel in Hammamet, I was so sad of my Tunisian experience..I had to escape for a few days. I went from hell to heaven..from arrival welcome to the amazing spa, the pool and garden, wonderful food I only wish my entire holiday was here. I booked for 2 but extended to 4 days..simply wonderful!
