It's truly a blessing to stay in a satisfactory hotel on a business trip abroad. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding, quilt, and pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent and the hotel is quiet. The service is very friendly. Breakfast is plentiful, and Aying, a friendly waiter, delivers it to your door on time. Parking is convenient and well-equipped. I was out running errands that afternoon and didn't know how to get a taxi, so the front desk ladies, Xiao He and Yu Ying, helped me get one. The fact that the front desk staff in Vietnam speak Chinese is truly convenient and a blessing.

I got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

The hotel has a superior location and complete surrounding facilities. The room is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. The room is spacious. The room I booked is 40 square meters. There is also a tea break in the lobby, which is a very detailed value-added service. The most important thing is that Lisa Xiaofeng at the front desk speaks fluent Chinese and provides me with a lot of help. This is a hotel worth visiting again.

The bathroom has a massage shower head, making for a very comfortable bath. The front desk lady, Yuying, was kind and friendly, speaking fluent Chinese and English. Upon check-out, she even received a complimentary Vietnamese bird's nest, which was delicious. Highly recommended!

The beds are neatly arranged, the bedding is white and soft, and there is a faint fragrance that makes me sleep particularly at ease. The cleanliness of the bathroom is even more impeccable. The sink, toilet and shower area are wiped clean. The mirror is bright enough to clearly reflect the person. Even the corner can not see a little stain, which is enough to prove the hotel's care and professionalism in hygiene. Smiling service, feeling at home. The facilities in the room are all available and of excellent quality. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and it seems to be gently wrapped up to allow me to enjoy a comfortable sleep!

The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.

The room smells a bit musty! Breakfast is relatively simple. Everything else is fine.

I must praise the service of Songpin Hotel! The staff gave enthusiastic guidance from the moment I entered the door, and the check-in was efficient. During my stay, the aunt who cleaned the room carefully sorted out the items and replenished the small supplies. Once I forgot to bring my charger, the front desk immediately helped me solve it. It felt so good to have a response to everything 👍 The environment and facilities are also online, the experience is superb, recommended!
