The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

We had a very good stay overall and everything was great. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the experience was very pleasant. The only issue was the air conditioning. It seemed to be set mainly for ventilation, and the room became quite cold during the night. Unfortunately, I caught a cold because of it. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is super close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the subway station – you can just walk everywhere. There are tons of food options nearby too! They even gave us complimentary afternoon tea and a non-heritage handicraft experience. We stayed for 5 days straight, and an auntie came to clean every day. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and welcoming.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

A truly excellent hotel that I highly recommend. The facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The location is superb, very close to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The service is warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Hyatt Regency Chengdu (the review mistakenly says Chongqing), and since we were on vacation, we really indulged in food and drinks – a big thanks to the housekeeping staff! The dining table in the suite was large and very convenient, and the staff were incredibly patient, bringing us plates and glasses whenever we needed them. The living room was also super spacious. The hotel's overall design is simple yet refined, blending modernity with comfort. Every detail showcased quality and thoughtfulness. The bedding, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable; we slept wonderfully and didn't want to leave. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one definitely has the most comfortable bedding. We were on a high floor, room 3336, which offered panoramic views of the bustling city. The view was expansive during the day and dazzling at night, truly invigorating. The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. What's even more commendable is the hotel staff's warm and professional service; their attention to detail made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!
