Zhu helped us book our Panda Base ticket at very late night, so thank you Zhu. Clark was helpful as he can converse in English and made us feel welcome as we arrived. Check in was efficient, we enjoyed the free Hagen Daz ice cream too!

The hotel is good, the service is impeccable, the front desk is very enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, the lighting is good, the smart voice can open the door with a mobile phone, and there are many Sanxingdui elements in the lobby. The room was very clean and the room type was very satisfactory. Each room was square. Outside, a balcony facing the Bohai Sea was added. Of course, not every balcony can see the Bohai Sea. You have to see the room type. I heard that the main building is five stars, the apartment building is four stars, the main building is very recommended, there are welcome fruits, there are sleep-helping drinks at night, you can rent bicycles below, the hotel can eat by the Erhai Sea, very romantic, barbecue barbecue is also very holiday feeling. The fly in the ointment of this trip was that it was raining and our bicycles were not riding. The last picture was taken on Lushan.

The hotel is near to Tianfu metro station and easy to find the way from the metro station. There is a high food court with all types of Sichuan food above the metro. The room is spacious and most importantly clean. We booked the room with breakfast and the spread has sufficient choices of Asian food but limited salad and western breakfast. The staff at reception like Xiao Ning are very young but friendly and try to be helpful when they can but information may be limited. The hotel is within walking distance to a number of places such as the museum and People’s square.

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. Especially the warm service of the young lady at the front desk makes people feel warm. The hotel also provided a rich buffet, which made me relax. Simple yet stylish, the details of the hotel highlight its quality. Very satisfied!

I had a lovely stay at Rezen Retreat·Four Seasons Manju Hotel near the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel is located just a short drive from the park entrance, making it a convenient place to stay for early visits to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel has a charming design with a cozy, boutique feel. My room was clean, warm, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful mountain views. The bed was comfortable, and the heated floors were a nice touch, especially during the colder months. Staff were polite and helpful, though English was limited. However, they were always friendly and tried their best to assist with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel is a great value choice for travelers visiting Jiuzhaigou who are looking for comfort and local charm in a peaceful setting.

Where to start! If you are looking for a few nights away from the bustle of Chinese cities and you want to relax and unwind in nature then Suxi Qingshan Forest Homestay is perfect! The hotel is easily accessible from Chengdu. A short 25 minutes train ride from Chengdu to Qingchengshan station and then the hotel staff will arrange to pick you up. As soon as you arrive you will realise what an absolute gem this hotel is! The hotel is nestled amongst the hills with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. This is a luxury hotel with the services and infrastructure to match. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea upon arrival and you also have the possibility to enjoy a hot water jacuzzi, a fitness area, walks around the hotel forest grounds as well as many other experiences proposed by the hotel. The hotel is only 15 mins drive from Dujiangyan Giant Panda Centre and the hotel staff organised transport there and back for us. We would recommend this Panda reserve as it is much quieter than the reserves in Chengdu! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on both nights of our stay and the food was truly exceptional! We chose the set menu, which took us on a culinary journey through Sichuan. Each plate was refined, delicious and made using fresh ingredients. The breakfast was equally delicious, fresh and healthy. We would like to highlight the kindness and warmth of all the hotel staff. They were always available to answer any questions and organise activities to make our stay magical. The hotel staff were able to communicate with us in both English and French. We stayed at Suxi Homestay looking for a relaxing few days away from cities and we were blown away by the experience! We would have loved to have extended our stay!

This is a very nice hotel located 2 min by car to the station. They offer free pick up services where when u catch a taxi from the station they will reimburse u the cost of the taxi ride. They offer a lot of toiletries including hand cream, hair tie. They also offer heat pack which comes in handy when it’s cold in e mei san. As we depart early, we couldn’t make it to breakfast. They offer to cook us noodles , dumpling and eggs. That was a miscommunication amount staff about the breakfast situation, but the chef make us breakfast in light speed and we are able to had breakfast before our departure. The services was so good that I will highlight recommend this place
