Xiao Dan at the front desk checked in quickly and gave away toys for the children. The facilities and equipment in the room were relatively complete and the room was large. This was my first stay at a Ritz property. When I booked, Dinah from central reservations was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns – a huge thank you to her. I booked an executive floor room, which included executive lounge access with five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and cocktail hour. Despite the sheer volume of offerings, there was absolutely no skimping on quality. Each meal featured two dishes freshly prepared by a chef on-site, which is quite rare for executive lounge benefits at other hotels, and the quality was impeccable. The executive lounge staff were also exceptionally warm and welcoming; they always greeted me with a smile and remembered my preferences. A special thank you to Vicky, who took extra good care of me 🙏. Overall, every department in the hotel was incredibly friendly and polite, which again is not something you often see at other hotels. All in all, it was a fantastic experience 👍

This hotel has a modern touch and the bath tub is amazing after a long day of strolling and shopping at Chengdu! They also provide FREE laundry services (except for undergarments). They also changed the towels daily! Not to mention the toilet had a bidet and a warm toilet seat (a plus point in this cold weather). The neighbourhood is safe and there’s shops and eateries nearby as well.

This hotel's location is perfect for those arriving late or needing to catch an early flight. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room design is also very practical. The breakfast offers a rich variety of healthy and nutritious options. It's for all these reasons that I specifically choose flights with Sichuan Airlines. This is my fourth stay here, and I'll definitely choose Sichuan Airlines again next time.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. When I first entered my room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke, so I contacted the staff for help. Xiao Gao, one of the staff members, responded very quickly and handled the situation extremely well. She immediately offered to change my room and followed up attentively afterward. She also sent fruit to my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea and ice cream for guests, which added to the overall enjoyable experience. Some of the staff members can speak English, which made communication much easier. The hotel is in a great location, convenient for getting around. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked that the bathroom was well designed with separate zones. Overall, this is a very good hotel with excellent service. As a lovely surprise, I was also given a panda souvenir when checking out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is incredibly accommodating. I booked the wrong dates, and they were still able to help me adjust them, which was really thoughtful. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and my stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, with all the necessary amenities. It was also quite quiet, not noisy at all. The hotel even offers free laundry service, which is very convenient. Located in the city center, it's easy to get around by subway or taxi to reach any destination quickly. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money.

The hotel has independent lift to its lobby. Very new design in room. No Tv but has digital projector to screen for paid TV and movie etc. the curtain is electric and all the switches for lighting and curtain are at hand at the boards next to bed. There are free bread, biscuits and coffee for breakfast and afternoon tea. Just 5 mins walk to Taikoo Li and 10 mins to Chunxi Road and metro. Very handy location.
