Lovely resort and close to the beach Two outdoor adult pools, kids pool, indoor pool and spa. Restaurants, shops and a few bars locally. Good kids and adults programmes, really friendly staff. We were offered an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment with private balcony and outside terrace. This resort is not in the busy town centre but there is a good Uber service which we have used. Highly recommend

The room was ok, a bit old, but very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, set menu, and service are all very good.
Dislikes: 25€/day parking space! I was assigned a parking space in the smallest corner, and the parking space next to it also had a fire door and a fire extinguisher. Logically speaking, there is only one parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they refused to change it. In the end, they gave me both parking spaces... At such a price, I wanted to park my car properly. If my car didn't park, Well, I don’t like it if you give me three parking spaces!
Esto es para los gerentes del hotel: estuvimos 2 días and pagamos 50€ por una plaza de garaje, me asignaron unparking según a mi parecer estaba mal diseñado, que estando una puerta lateral (plaza 20)y con un extinct no It’s a great place to be! It’s a great place to be! Me asignaron la 19, si aparco bien yo no podría bajar del coche de lo pequeño que es la plaza y pedí que me lo cambiara, pero no me lo permitieron y la solución fue darme las 2 plazas…a It’s a personal experience! It’s a great deal! It’s a great deal 25€/dia, a great place 2 nights ago 50€. It’s a great deal 3 plazas, 3 plazas!
This is a second hand review on behalf of family, but by all accounts, both my brother and his wife enjoyed their one stay at the hotel. They commented on the excellent location, with a hop on/off bus meters away. The hotel is central and all the tourist attractions were in walking distance. Breakfast was standard.
Room prices were crazy during the NYE period, so we were really pleased to have snagged a good deal with Ibis considering the relatively good standards of the hotel.
The room’s design was cute which was a bonus but more importantly, its location was pretty good and staff were nice and friendly too. Housekeeping service was not the best upon check-in, but we didn’t request for housekeeping service during our stay so can’t comment on that.
Amenities were pretty minimal or even lacking as there was no mini fridge nor kettle & cups. However, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lift corner so that makes up for the lack of kettle and in fact is a good idea since it’s environmentally-friendly. Would be good if the hotel could provide some cups though.
Overall, a v enjoyable stay and would recommend Ibis to all coming to Seville!
Well, although the location is a bit remote and not close to the city center, it is suitable for vacation and for traveling by car. The hotel decoration is very grand, like a palace building. The front desk clerk is very enthusiastic. There is a gym and a swimming pool. There is no breakfast included, so it is not an experience!
Apt RSEG. DO NOT ACCEPT ON CHECK IN. We had a young toddler with us. Our apartment was in a separate building across a road up a hill. This was not conducive to using the pool facilities. Given we had to go down the road anyway, we ended up going to the beach and paying to use so loungers. To access the pool from our building, you had to cross the road and carry the buggy down steps. It was not accessible. Our only outside space felt like a cage.
We had to sign an antisocial behaviour policy at check in. This gave false reassurance. We had a full blown party in the apartment above us. I complained to reception. No action was taken. There were no staff in our building to notice. I had to complain again the second night.
We had ants in our apartment. The response was to give us a can of insect spray.
The bathroom door was warped and would not close.
The bathroom shower leaked all over the apartment including the bedroom.. They came up and told us it was fine. No cleaning offered. It happened again the next morning. The bathroom door clearly showed damage so we were not the only ones to experience flooding. I again complained and they cleared the blockage. I had to ask again that they wash the floors given we had a toddler crawling on the filthy floors. The bedding was even wet from dragging in the flood.
Overall very disappointed.
The only redeeming aspect was one member of the front desk staff that was attentive and responsive when we spoke with him.

The apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent.
The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación.
The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date.
Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro.
And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again.
A very gratifying weekend.
The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.
We found this hotel room are quite nice, the facilities are all up to quality for this range of hotel. There are a lot of cafe, shops, supermarket near by. We also used a self-service laundry near by. Location wise, it is very close to the Metro to the train station. To get the tourism centre - Plaza Isabel La Católica, there is much direct bus, there are about about 15 mins walk. Or there is a bus 11 which is take some times. But there are a lot shops to explore alone the different routes. Overall, we are quite enjoy the stay here.

Very good location, great breakfast and nice and kind staff.
If you go there by car keep in mind that the hotel does not have their own parking/garage. Either you use their valet service but that takes time or you park your car in the parking lot of Alhambra, which is approx 200 meters away.

Second time at this hotel A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella! Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had! Staff are super friendly and accommodating For an easy stay I would definitely return!
My stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville. 🙌
Nice and clean hotel. Be aware if you walking the hotel is on the hill. The room is modern, a bit small, there is a beautiful view from small balcony on Alhambra.
The hotel is in a good location, within walking distances from many of the places to see in Sevilla. The personnel is helpful. The place is quiet. The app allows getting in the hotel, room and gym very easy. Overall a good experience
Super service, we had booked to come on Friday but due to circumstance we needed a room on Thursday. After ringing Sahara Sunset arranged a room for the extra day. SUPER
Room is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. It's critical. The location is good. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes. Also it is not far away from the old town where there are many restaurants and shops over there.
My stay at Catalonia Granada was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located — close to the city center and only a few minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring guests’ comfort, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. However, I have one small comment: the room I was given was located down a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient since I was traveling with a baby and a stroller, and I had to carry it every time I entered or left the room. Overall, it’s a great hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Granada, and I would definitely stay here again.
My dad loves staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights for visiting Gibraltar. We felt welcomed by the receptionist and the check in was smooth. The room we stayed was as spacious as we saw on the internet. As the hotel has been 123 years old, you can tell from the hotels and aged furniture. I think it needs refurbishing, as the air conditioning was weak and we sweated in the night. And I think it may only happens to some of the rooms, as my friends' room are as cold as a fridge. This problem should be fixed easily, but we got back from another town and were so exhausted, so we didn't want to move to another our luggages again and chose to bear with it. Water pressure has no problem and instant hot water. Duvet and the bedding were clean and new. The buffet breakfast was excellent in varieties and quality. We love having our breakfast outside enjoying the birds as our companions. The swimming pool is in good size with a safe guard. I would love to come back as the price is totally worth for it. The hotel called us taxi and it took only 2 mins to be there for us. We are happy with the efficiency. Also we love meeting people here. They are all very nice and enjoy making friends here in the hotel. I would say staying here was one of my great choices I have made
