The hotel was great, very quiet surroundings, and exceptionally clean and beautiful. The location was convenient, and breakfast was delicious too.

Absolutely great hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast with wide range of different food, beverages, fruits, etc. Fantastic swimming pool and restaurant in the yard, quiet and clean area. We felt ourselves very comfortable during our 5 days stay. The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything. The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.

Booked this place for one night while attending the Winter Olympics. Compared to other hotels at the time, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was good, and they offer a free shuttle service to the airport, though it runs on a schedule, roughly every 45 minutes. I arrived quite late, and the most convenient shuttle was already full, so I had to take an earlier one to the airport. I didn't really use any services or encounter any issues; everything was fine.

The hygiene was okay, but it felt more like a 3-star hotel in China. The facilities are quite old and there's basically no service. The good thing is they have parking, even though it's a bit difficult to park, it's safe and costs 15 euros per night. In Milan, hotels rated 4 stars or above charge an additional city tax of 10 euros per person per day. The location is convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Metro Line 1, and there's a Carrefour supermarket downstairs. This was also the only hotel I stayed at in Italy that didn't provide free bottled water.

I found very good , comfortable at the airport comfortable room and friendly staff X I'll be back there.

The location is excellent, especially as it's very close to Chinatown. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Facilities are good but services are typical Italian... Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay.

Breakfast was delicious 😋 — fresh, varied, and well organised. A perfect way to start the day, especially when travelling with family. The hotel felt clean, calm, and well managed, and everything worked smoothly. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Hotel Tiffany Milano to others visiting Milan.
