This hotel, despite being over fifty years old, is incredibly well-maintained. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. They even asked how we slept and proactively offered us lavender eye masks, which were really effective! The breakfast spread was also excellent. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel in every aspect.

Our Stay at Sapporo Stream Hotel – Premium Comfort Twin Room We stayed as three people and really liked the room. It was very big and had a large bathroom, which was great. A few things to know: · The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom. This was a little inconvenient for us. · Our room faced the main street. Even on the 17th floor, we could sometimes hear loud noises like sirens or trucks at night. If you wake up easily, ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, our room type is none facing at the back of hotel. • Laundry took me more than 4 hrs to dry a 5kg clothes which is unacceptable as compared to other hotels. • Breakfast is not very child friendly. They don't serve hot chocolate or pancake. We loved: · The room felt very calm and well-designed. They even left some nice books about winter for guests. · The smell of the soap and shampoo was amazing—I liked it so much I bought some to take home! • The mineral water provided in the room is my favourite brand! · The hotel location is perfect. There is a food street inside the hotel on the 3rd and 4th floors, so you don't have to go out in the snow to eat. · The staff were all very helpful and friendly to us. Kindness, as always, be gets kindness. · The premium lounge has special coffee. Enjoying their exclusive, distinguished coffee while brewing a fresh cup and watching the snow fall was an unforgettable experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a great location. Just remember to ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper.

I meticulously chose this hotel after looking through many in Sapporo, and it offers excellent value for money. I selected a room on floors 15-17, and I was assigned one on the 17th, the highest floor. My corner room faces west, offering a panoramic view of the distant mountains and the lush greenery surrounding Hokkaido University. The other side faces south, where I could see the Ferris wheel 🎡 and the clock on the TV Tower 🗼. Every morning, waking up to the sight of green hills enveloped in white clouds, I felt so relaxed that I almost didn't want to leave the room. I could have visited the Hokkaido University Museum nearby, and even had a meal there, but I went on a holiday and couldn't get any food. Getting to JR Sapporo Station was very convenient, especially close to the North Exit. Even with my mobility issues, my local guide pulled me along from JR Station to the hotel, in the evening rain, with an umbrella and luggage. For someone with average stamina, it would be no problem at all. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, it offered items I enjoyed, so I was very satisfied every morning. Their honey, labeled 'honeycomb,' was particularly interesting and delicious; I found it exceptionally sweet and fragrant, though I wonder if it was just my imagination. There were four magnetic signs on the door to indicate whether housekeeping 🧹 was needed. I chose not to have my room cleaned as I don't like others touching my bed. Each morning, I'd just place the trash outside the door and ask for two bottles of water. Inside JR Sapporo Station, there are many places to eat and shop. I bought Sapporo Agricultural College cookies, which weren't too sweet, at the Hokkaido specialty store on the first floor. There were many other shops I didn't have time to browse. Don't miss the JR Observation Deck on the 38th floor! You can go during the day, at night, or at dusk to watch the sunset. It's very convenient and beautiful. A taxi to Shiroi Koibito Park cost around 3000 yen, which is a bit pricey. Other places like Odori Park and the Ferris wheel are much closer, costing just over a thousand yen. Some reviews mentioned that the north side is quieter than the south. I agree. Since I don't enjoy shopping, the north side was perfect for me. Perhaps because my room was at the end of the hallway, it was exceptionally quiet. The guests next door seemed very quiet too. Sometimes it was so quiet it felt almost desolate. Maybe the soundproofing of the windows is excellent.

Our reservation for this hotel was done at the last minute. I managed to get the last room available after we missed our flight as a result of a snowstorm. Our travelling companions were less fortunate, and their reservation glitched out, likely due to the increased network traffic. However, thanks to the kind assistance of Yi Lin (who was a terrific polyglot fluent in both English, Japanese, and Chinese!), we were able to get things in order, and we had a very smooth check-in and reception. The rooms were very comfortable and the amenities provided were more than sufficient. We had a great view of the airport runway too. We were provided with ample drinks and snacks through the minibar, and our hotel meals, surprisingly, ended up being a highlight of our trip. We were more than satisfied with our rooms and the service provided to us by all the hotel staff. Cleanliness was immaculate, too.

I booked a triple room for a trip with my parents. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient and convenient. We were assigned a higher floor, so the view from the window was great and it wasn't noisy. What we were most satisfied with were the hotel's breakfast and hot springs. The hotel has three distinct restaurants, and the breakfast quality was truly excellent. We were lucky enough to stay for four nights, so we got to try breakfast at each restaurant, and every one of them deserves a 5-star rating. The only minor flaw (a personal preference) was that there was no freshly ground coffee; the coffee was served from a thermos, and the taste was slightly lacking. The hot springs are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and the environment is lovely. When we visited, there were very few people, allowing us to fully enjoy the hot springs and sauna.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located near Noboribetsu Jigokudani, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The front desk and staff were all very friendly and professional, patiently assisting with any questions or issues. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. The hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I revisit the city.

This is our second year staying at Kita Sinyi. Our wonderful experience with the food and drinks here last year made it an easy choice to return without hesitation when visiting Doto again this year. The facilities were excellent. The buffet for our two-night half-board stay offered a great variety of main courses, and the Wagyu beef and desserts were a huge hit with the kids. However, the hotel's pricing for two adults and two children is quite unreasonable. Last year, we had to directly request a room upgrade. This year, with the hotel fully booked, we were charged an additional 50,000 JPY for our 6-year-old child over two days just for meals, with no extra bed provided. Moreover, our previous email request for assistance in booking a taxi was flatly refused.

A Japanese-style traditional hotel in Niseko with a great location and easy access to Niseko and nearby ski resorts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is decent and enjoyable, especially with the beautiful snowy view. The private family onsen is a bit old, but still usable.

The hotel is fantastic and strategically located in front of the JR exit, making transportation to Airport (only few stops away) super convenient. The JR also has lift if you carry big luggage like me. Walking distance could be just 1 minute only. The interior of the hotel is also super awesome with good view, check in is super easy where you can use your own Kitaca card to scan to check in (need to go lobby Level 4) to do self check in to do that. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future, it is located in between Sapporo and the New Chitose Airport. Oh ya, next door within 1 minute walk, there is a supermarket where you can do last minute shopping too. I love everything of it. Highly recommended.

This Hotel is so awesome and will recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and privacy. Stayed for 5 nights. It is so clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo. Beautiful view. Room was spacious and bathroom was so spacious and convenient with all amenities. Shuttle bus to sapporo station is there and buses available infront of the hotel. No regrets very satisfied.

MM741967****My experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo exceeded expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino commercial district, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are modernly designed with expansive views, and the bedding comfort is top-notch. The front desk staff are fluent in English and proactively offered maps and transportation advice, providing thoughtful and professional service. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring both Japanese and Western options. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal choice for an efficient and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back.

Rrosie_qiqiRoom is spacious with a private garden & outdoors onsen. Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame. Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.

TTutusThis was the most anticipated part of our entire trip, and it certainly didn't disappoint! #Hotel Location: Excellent. It's right on the hot spring street, and behind it is the pier for lake boat tours (Happy Boardwalk). #Hotel Service: They upgraded us to a large suite for free, and the view was absolutely fantastic. I loved the suite's layout, amenities, and the smart toilet. The outdoor hot spring faces the lake, and the male and female baths rotate at different times, so you can try them all (っ˘ڡ˘ς)♨️ The buffet was also good, and we additionally ordered a red king crab which was delicious. You can book many activities and experiences at the hotel. There's an outdoor shop called Siri on the first floor of the hotel where you can book activities like hiking and lake tours. My friend and I booked the night forest light show at the front desk. The only thing worth complaining about is how ugly the hot spring robes are – absolutely no desire to take photos in them!

The hotel itself is large with many restaurants. I particularly want to highlight how wonderful the hotel's hot spring is, and also the breakfast, which offers a great variety and high quality of food.

MM226690****The room was spacious and just right, providing a comfortable temporary living space for two. It's about a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, which might be a bit challenging during a snowy Sapporo winter, but overall, it's not a major issue. The hotel lobby has a mini FamilyMart, which is great for basic convenience store needs. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
