The location of the Hotel 10/10. I know that these are their policies but it seemed a little unfair to us that you couldn't consume anything (beer, water, snacks or any food) if it wasn't from the bar, in the area of the pool and lounge chairs. From then on everything is in order.

El hotel bien ubicado, ningún elevador de huéspedes servía, nos mandaban por el de servicio pasando por las áreas de empleados. El agua caliente no estaba caliente lo suficiente aún abriendo toda la llave. No tiene caja de seguridad e cuarto.

Muy buena atención y servicios, limpieza excelente, lo único que no me convenció fue el desayuno buffet,no es tan buen, te lo puedes ahorrar y hay más opciones fuera del hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.

HHAITAOThe environment is good, breakfast is relatively simple because of the epidemic, the overall feeling is good, and the traffic is convenient to enter and leave. It takes more than two hours to drive from the beach, and it feels very close. There are also steak restaurants, Starbucks, and the overall room is still relatively quiet.

GGuest UserThe truth cleaning leaves much to desire, they did it very late and it is not very good, there was never water to drink in the room and the products that they provide you for cleaning are not too good,
