The lobby is really unique, and the kids can learn a little bit about it. The small road off the highway didn't feel very good, but once you enter the hotel area, you will be amazed. The place is big, the environment is good, the hot spring is very comfortable, the water is very big, and the balcony for hot springs has electric curtains, which is very convenient and pays attention to privacy. Recommended, I will come again next time

The overall experience of staying is not bad, comprehensive location, price, health, safety, high cost performance
The hotel service is very good, very warm, the service attitude is very good, the health is very clean, the access is very convenient, the overall is very comfortable.
I really love this hotel. I stumbled upon it during a road trip and ever since, I bring my family here a few times every year. The rooms, environment, service, hot springs, and even the surrounding restaurants are all excellent. My favorite is the large suite; the views are fantastic, and the room itself is great, which is why I always book this room type. However, I have to give a bad review for room 512 in Building B this time.
1. **Awful smell in the hot springs.** After the apartments next to the hotel were developed, the foot traffic increased, and I understand it gets busy during Chinese New Year. However, the facilities and service severely lagged behind. This visit was after the holiday rush, on a weekday. I checked in at 2 PM, went for a swim in the pool, and then headed up the mountain to the hot springs. To my dismay, several pools on the mountainside reeked of a foul odor. It was so bad I didn't even consider getting in. I went straight to the mountaintop, and the area around the mountaintop pool also had this disgusting smell. My mood was instantly ruined, and I went back to my room. Is it reasonable to change the water once a day with normal traffic, and still only once a day when the New Year traffic doubles? The pools already stank by 2 PM. Is this my first day's hotel experience? Don't tell me it's a natural smell from the hot springs; I've been here many times, and it's never smelled like this, not even the next morning when I went for a dip.
2. **No bath towels.** I came out of the 24-degree pool looking for a bath towel. All the way to the hot stone therapy area on the mountaintop, there wasn't a single dry towel. Finally, I saw a transport cart going up the mountain, so I went over and spoke to the driver. I ended up moving a stack of towels from the cart myself and putting them in the towel cabinet before I could get one. If this were a child, they would have caught a cold by then.
3. **Lack of service.** In the changing rooms and the mountaintop food court, all the tables and chairs were piled with garbage, and used towels were strewn everywhere. Absolutely no one was cleaning up. I finally found a clean table at the very edge of the newly opened food court, closest to area C. All my good spirits were gone. During holidays, there's heavy foot traffic, and fewer staff. For customers, the room rate is higher, but the experience is significantly worse.
4. **Outdated room facilities.** With my mood already ruined and unable to enjoy the hot springs, I could only go back to the room. My child wanted to watch TV, but the TV was as slow and laggy as something from 20 years ago. It's been 26 years, seriously! A smart TV doesn't cost much. Even the staff admitted they don't watch TVs like that. Then my wife needed to charge her phone, and both bedside outlets were broken, showing signs of having short-circuited. This is a serious fire and electrocution hazard. When I went to shower, the showerhead sprayed water everywhere, drenching me. And in such a large suite, one Wi-Fi hotspot couldn't even cover it. The Wi-Fi signal was completely dead near the hot spring pool and the toilet. This is a 1700 RMB room, and over 2000 RMB during holidays. If it were a 300 RMB guesthouse, I wouldn't complain, but for a 2000 RMB room, are these facilities acceptable?

This is the most beautiful dream garden for a travel stay within the Ten-Mile Gallery. It's currently cherry blossom 🌸 season, offering the chance to witness the world's most beautiful cherry blossoms. Truly immerse yourself in the riverside scenery of the Ten-Mile Gallery by staying at Dream Garden, where stunning landscapes unfold around you. The hotel is filled with delightful sights and experiences, featuring a charming artificial waterfall landscape, an exclusive rooftop observation deck, a high-altitude view bar, and a rooftop view cafe and bar. With exceptional elevated perspectives, 360° panoramic views, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms, you can admire the breathtaking scenery of rolling hills and winding emerald waters anytime, anywhere. It's also an excellent spot to watch the sunset, allowing you to take in the romantic spectacle of evening glow over the mountains and rivers. Additionally, the hotel offers a rejuvenating hot spring soak, a starlit pool that sets a wonderful mood, and exquisite, delicious hotel meals.
The hotel itself is a major attraction, with mountains and water, lush vegetation, and high negative oxygen ions, making it an excellent place for a wellness retreat. The hot springs at the hotel are superbly designed and offer a great experience. The freshly made dumplings at breakfast were especially delicious. The hotel doesn't allow private cars to enter directly; you have to park in the outer lot and then take a shuttle. While the shuttle was quite prompt (it's not peak season now, so occupancy isn't full), it was still a minor inconvenience.

The location is fantastic, right across from the West Street entrance, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is new, clean, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. They even have mahjong and hot tubs for some leisure time, and the rooftop restaurant offers panoramic views of West Street. The service is exceptional; the staff are incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly – truly amazing! The hotel lobby also offers discounted tickets to local attractions, which is both economical and convenient. For those traveling independently, you can rent an electric scooter from the hotel for 30 yuan a day, making exploring the surrounding area hassle-free.
The front desk lady is friendly, the smile is infectious, and the consultation around is also very patient. The room is OK, mainly bathing, convenient for family travel. The room has a taste that is not very friendly, the round bed is not very easy to use, the quality of the bedding and quilt is average, in this small city, the whole is OK.

I brought my mom to Yangshuo this time and we stayed at the Fa Dai Hotel. The hotel environment is excellent, and it's the only one in Yangshuo with hot springs. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The service was warm and thoughtful, and the facilities were complete. We also tried the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer was very professional; even though it was raining during the shoot, the Guilin landscape is even more beautiful in the rain. The misty mountains and rivers truly made it feel like we were living in a wonderland. It was stunning and produced many great photos. I'm very satisfied and have kept many of the pictures, which are very commemorative.

This guesthouse is considered one of the better ones in Jinkengzhai. The room facilities are top-notch, it's easy to find, and parking is convenient. The only downside is that during the off-season, they only offer breakfast and no other meals, but they recommended Qing Shan No. 1 for dinner, which was great. You can see the stunning thousand-layer terraces right from your room. However, there's not much else to explore in the village besides the terraces. It's not far from the cable car, and the guesthouse offers pick-up and drop-off services by car.
The room was very clean and quite spacious. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a private hot spring tub, and the water quality was excellent. Being in the main building meant easy access to the hot springs, which was super convenient. There aren't many pools, so I wouldn't make a special trip just for the hot springs, but it's perfect if you're heading to Guposhan the next day. There are buses right outside that take you to the distribution center, allowing you to get up the mountain early, avoid queues, and enjoy your visit more.
One downside: if your room doesn't include dinner, I'd suggest skipping their restaurant. While 78 yuan isn't expensive, you'd get a much better 'farm-to-table' experience eating out with a few people. Also, there were no complimentary welcome fruits or milk. I'm not sure if you have to specifically ask for them.

Good
GGuest UserThe resort has a novel design and complete supporting facilities. The Xiaodu smart whole-house system is very fashionable, and the toiletries are very high-end. You can take a bath, barbecue, and play mahjong. It is suitable for a leisure outing with family and friends. The butler service is also very considerate. There are two shortcomings. First, the sewer pipes in the barbecue and mahjong area are visible when you look up, which is indeed a bit of an eyesore. It would be better if they could be slightly blocked and decorated. Second, the yard fence is too low. In the weather of 7 or 8 degrees, you will shiver around the barbecue grill. You have to soak in the pool to feel warm. If the fence can be higher, or a liftable curtain is installed in the barbecue and mahjong area, it will be more perfect. After all, the weather for hot springs is very cold.

Outstanding
MMsirThis is my third time staying at Muquan. I love the hotel's ambiance. The quality is excellent, the service is attentive, and it's clean and hygienic. It has underfloor heating, and I enjoyed tea by the fireplace. The rooftop reading room and balcony offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience, as I watched the mist swirling over the ravine and listened to the gurgling stream. The private hot springs are downstairs, making it easy to go upstairs after a soak, leaving me warm in my room. It's a great choice for families, couples, and friends! Highly recommended for quality travel! I highly recommend the steamed chicken at the hotel; it's excellent, delicious, and nutritious!
GGuest UserPamukkale B&B|A treasure beyond expectation parent-child holiday paradise!
This time I took my baby to stay in Pamukkale B&B, and I was completely amazed! From the moment I stepped in, I felt full of sincerity and surprise, and I must give it a five-star rating!
Design and space sense are full: the overall design of the B&B is very stylish, modern and simple yet warm, and the super large space does not feel cramped at all. The parent-child theme layout is very considerate. The child ran around the house excitedly as soon as he entered the door. The cartoon elements and interesting ornaments made the whole atmosphere full of childishness. It is simply a dreamland for children!
The parent-child experience is super rich: the B&B actually gave a lot of game coins. The child held a handful of coins to catch the doll and had a lot of fun. In the end, he really caught the little doll, and the sense of accomplishment was overwhelming! The little carriage downstairs is even more popular. The child sat in it for a long time and refused to get off. The old mother can finally rest at ease~
The details are perfect and super reassuring: the sanitary conditions are impeccable, the rooms and public areas are spotless, the beds are soft and clean, and even the corners are clean and tidy. It is super reassuring to bring your baby here! The staff is so enthusiastic that it is touching. From the front desk to the cleaning lady, everyone greets you with a smile and responds to every request. The service experience is directly full!
Food & travel are super convenient: the breakfast variety is exaggerated, with Chinese and Western combinations, fresh fruits, and freshly made meals. Even picky babies are super happy to eat! The location is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to get to the surrounding attractions by taxi. It is super worry-free to travel, and the efficiency of playing is directly increased~
I stayed here for a few days and the whole family had a great time! I sincerely recommend it to all friends who travel with children and pursue quality experience. You will never regret it! I will stay here again next time, it’s locked! 🔒

MM330445****Dining: There are restaurants, the food is decent, so you don't have to worry about where to eat, which is great for families.
Transportation: It's part of a large resort area, and you can easily call a sightseeing bus from the front desk, saving you the hassle of walking. They even take you to the Huashan Rock Art Visitor Center, which is fantastic.
Activities: There are hot springs, scenic views, and Luoyue culture, making for a fulfilling experience.
Accommodation: The North Building is new, and the cleanliness is excellent. However, the excessive amenities are overwhelming. The bed's sensor light strip is so sensitive that it turns on even when you turn over, and it kept switching on and off all night. I couldn't stand it anymore at 3 AM and called the front desk, but they said they couldn't fix it. The bathroom lights automatically turn on whenever someone uses the toilet, making it brightly lit. I tried to use the toilet quietly, but the whole family ended up waking up. I suggest setting on/off switches for some features, as some functions are unnecessary for some people.
