I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

Yabuli's Hidden Gem B&B! An unforgettable, heavenly experience once you've stayed here✨ Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel. A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money. This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～

Pros: 1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay. 2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier. 3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good. Cons: 1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient. 2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring. 3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hot spring hotel! I had a super tight schedule with my return high-speed train, and couldn't find a taxi outside. After talking to the front desk, they immediately arranged a car for me, and I made it to the high-speed train station just in time. The hot spring water quality is great, the rooms are clean, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. That final ride to the station really sealed the deal and made my impression of the hotel sky-high. Highly recommend to anyone who needs it!

The surrounding area boasts numerous restaurants, perfect for a culinary adventure. The location is convenient and tourist-friendly, easy to find, and the receptionist, Xiao Lü, provided excellent service. All the staff were very welcoming. Manxinfu is a great place, and I'll definitely come back! By the way, after checking out, I left some toiletries in the room, but the housekeeper noticed immediately, and the hotel contacted me right away to confirm. The service was very attentive and thorough.

Overall the hotel is good, I would stop again. There are both benefits and minus. Advances: 1. Modern; 2. Good breakfast; 3. Huge rooms; 4. Big bed; 5. Big TV; 6. Staff friendly, trying to help; 7. Manage the lights and curtains at bed; 8. The room has both showers and bathrooms; 9. In winter it is very warm in the room that for the Chinese hotel even amazing; 10. The hotel itself is big and beautiful - the lobby is impressive even by an exquisite tourist. Defects: 1. No safe in the room; 2. No bed linen changed at all in 6 nights; 3. To change the towels, it was necessary to put them on a shelter; 4. Never washed the floor in the room; 5. Very strong hearing from the corridor; 6. When leaving, during the return of the bail (100 yuan), asked about a small white towel that the maid took but didn't update. What was quite unpleasant, it was necessary to prove that we didn't take this towel. Otherwise we wouldn't return the bail. The hotel is very good at its price, and it is evident that workers are trying to keep quality at a high level, but ”in Chinese.”

We stayed here for a ski trip. Our butler contacted us a day in advance and picked us up as soon as we got off the high-speed train. We were able to check in around 10 AM, which I thought would be much later. We had lunch on the hotel's first basement floor, and the food was exceptionally delicious and perfectly suited my Cantonese palate. After skiing, we returned around 4 PM, and the butler brought us a humidifier and some fruit. Any service we requested in the evening was delivered immediately after a phone call; the response time was incredible. If it weren't for my teammate getting sick and needing to return to Harbin for treatment, we would have definitely stayed another night, especially since we still had a day trip to Snow Village planned. When we left for the station, the butler even rode with us to see us off. They were so thoughtful and enthusiastic. Although the weather was cold, it warmed our hearts.

The owner pre-booked a bus for us from Harbin to Xuegu, which dropped us off directly at the guesthouse entrance. They also provided shuttle services to and from the ski resort. Frozen pears and frozen persimmons were aplenty, and in the evening, they even taught us how to make candied hawthorn skewers – the emotional value was off the charts! The guesthouse is centrally located in DongSheng Forest Farm in Xuegu, just a short walk from various iron pot stews and small BBQ joints, which was incredibly satisfying! I even got to experience sleeping on a traditional heated brick bed, and I honestly didn't get enough sleep, haha… I hope to have the chance to visit Xuegu again and stay at Jiayi Guesthouse!

The service is very thoughtful, the staff is very enthusiastic, which makes me feel very warm. I will choose to stay next time. The room has a wide view, bright sunshine, and comfortable beds. It is very convenient to go out to the bus stop. The room is clean and sanitary. I like it😍😍

What touched us most was that they even provided free shuttle service at night to take us out for dinner, which made us feel very convenient and safe in an unfamiliar place. The glasses-wearing staff also kindly invited us to try the local must-eat frozen pear. It tasted refreshingly sweet and cool, and we were amazed from the first bite—really delicious! Before we left, the owner’s family specially set off fireworks to see us off. The sense of ceremony and their thoughtfulness made us feel as warm as being treated by family members. If you are interested in chartered cars or privately customized itineraries, you can consult the hotel directly. The price is fair and reliable, and it helps avoid being overcharged by outside drivers. Overall, the service was attentive, the environment comfortable, and the hospitality sincere. We will definitely choose this place again next time and gladly recommend it to our friends 😊.
