I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

Getting to and from the ski slopes was super convenient. Compared to the two hotels next door, this one offered great value for money. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and accommodating, always willing to help. They even proactively extended our check-out time! 👍

Yabuli's Hidden Gem B&B! An unforgettable, heavenly experience once you've stayed here✨ Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel. A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money. This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～

The best hotel we stayed at during our ski trip in Yabuli! The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk manager. Seeing how tired we were from skiing, they even upgraded us to a large suite for free! Facilities: The facilities are new and highly intelligent. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathrobes and slippers are of great quality! Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and there are no strange odors in the room. Environment: Located in a prime area, less than a 10-minute drive from the ski resort. The room offers direct views of the snow, making for a delightful sight to wake up to! Service: Superb service, and the hotel breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options!

The overall experience exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade upon arrival; the room was spacious and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The hot spring area at the hotel was fantastic, with clean spring water and a swimming pool to enjoy – very refreshing. Late at night, they even thoughtfully provided two complimentary servings of beef noodles or dumplings, which was both comforting and heartwarming; these little details really show their attentiveness. There’s absolutely nothing to fault regarding hygiene, environment, service, or facilities. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was charmed by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service. Gao Yuefang from housekeeping heard about a special situation and brought some essential items, which didn't interfere with my plans to enjoy the hot springs with my family. I've never encountered such caring and heartfelt service before – it was truly touching! The room was spotless and tidy every day, and opening the window revealed a lovely little garden view. Attention to detail was impeccable. My family and I enjoyed all sorts of hot springs, and Dang Min, Zhu Yan Juan, and Wu Yu Rong, along with Xiao Wang, who brought towels and tea, were so enthusiastic and helpful, treating us like their own family. After the hot springs, I felt completely refreshed, and all my fatigue vanished. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious food. I'm extremely satisfied with this trip and will definitely recommend it to friends. I'll be back for sure!

The hotel has a nice style and complete facilities; the lobby is spacious and bright. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful! Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and tidy, with strong Wi-Fi. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The shower facilities were excellent, with a great water pressure. The housekeeping staff were friendly and proactive. Outdoor parking was convenient, as were the laundry facilities and dryer. Great!

Overall the hotel is good, I would stop again. There are both benefits and minus. Advances: 1. Modern; 2. Good breakfast; 3. Huge rooms; 4. Big bed; 5. Big TV; 6. Staff friendly, trying to help; 7. Manage the lights and curtains at bed; 8. The room has both showers and bathrooms; 9. In winter it is very warm in the room that for the Chinese hotel even amazing; 10. The hotel itself is big and beautiful - the lobby is impressive even by an exquisite tourist. Defects: 1. No safe in the room; 2. No bed linen changed at all in 6 nights; 3. To change the towels, it was necessary to put them on a shelter; 4. Never washed the floor in the room; 5. Very strong hearing from the corridor; 6. When leaving, during the return of the bail (100 yuan), asked about a small white towel that the maid took but didn't update. What was quite unpleasant, it was necessary to prove that we didn't take this towel. Otherwise we wouldn't return the bail. The hotel is very good at its price, and it is evident that workers are trying to keep quality at a high level, but ”in Chinese.”

We stayed here for a ski trip. Our butler contacted us a day in advance and picked us up as soon as we got off the high-speed train. We were able to check in around 10 AM, which I thought would be much later. We had lunch on the hotel's first basement floor, and the food was exceptionally delicious and perfectly suited my Cantonese palate. After skiing, we returned around 4 PM, and the butler brought us a humidifier and some fruit. Any service we requested in the evening was delivered immediately after a phone call; the response time was incredible. If it weren't for my teammate getting sick and needing to return to Harbin for treatment, we would have definitely stayed another night, especially since we still had a day trip to Snow Village planned. When we left for the station, the butler even rode with us to see us off. They were so thoughtful and enthusiastic. Although the weather was cold, it warmed our hearts.

We stayed here with our 4-year-old child and had a very pleasant experience. The guesthouse area is beautiful and well maintained. There is a front yard where children can freely play in the snow, build snowmen, and enjoy winter activities. When it gets too cold, you can simply go back inside the house without needing to walk far. The guesthouse is also conveniently located near an amusement park and a large stage. In the evenings, there are bonfires and fireworks starting from 7:00 PM, which adds to the overall experience. The amusement park is more than sufficient for young children. For those looking for more adventure, the owner can help arrange activities such as fishing, skiing, snowboarding, or snowmobile rides at nearby locations within about 3 km. There is really no need to travel far to places like Wusongling or Bear Hills, as there are plenty of activities available nearby, and the area is not crowded. The only downside is that there is no ski conveyor or lift, so you need to walk uphill if you want to ski again.
