Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

For the room is quite large, the bed is large enough to be used by yourself, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the toilet is clean and advanced, the food is quite varied, but unfortunately The refrigerator is not turned on, the location is not in the middle of the city
