I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa.
What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. A stay worth repeating

Great option if you have a long lay-over or if looking for a place just before/after a flight. The capsules are of good size and contain all necessary amenities (blanket, charging port, adjustable lighting, TV, wifi, etc) There are showers, restrooms, storage lockers and working spaces within the capsule hotel. You can easily here noises from outside the capsule but it was not busy during my visit so no issue at that time. Would use this place again.

Dinner option at restaurant does not meet expectation Was told that there is no ayam and bebuk.. This morning at 5.30am, when i wanted to return room key, staff was not enthusiastic in assisting me. He was busy meddling with incoming flowers.
