"Absolutely amazing and outstanding! We have travelled South East Asia for the last month with our kids, and Tui Blue Angkor Grace in Siem Reap is the stay they keep talking about. When children who have seen a lot of hotels tell you this was their favourite, you listen. Cambodia was my children's 31st country they've visited and Tui Blue Angkor Grace in Siem Reap will have to be one of their favourites ever. The staff are the reason. Every single one of them. They were kind in a way you cannot fake. Always checking in, always asking if we were alright or needed anything, and nothing was ever a fuss. You feel looked after the moment you walk in, and that feeling does not let up. The food was fresh, clean and genuinely good. Not hotel buffet good. Actually good. We never had to worry about it, which when you are travelling with family for weeks on end means more than I can say. This place has been one of the highlights of our whole trip. If you are heading to Siem Reap, whether you are travelling solo or with your family, stay here. The team will take care of you like you are one of their own. Thank you to everyone at Tui Blue Angkor Grace. You gave my family something we will remember long after we have gone home."

"We stayed in the connected family rooms. The bigger room has a better view, is bright and spacious. You will be woken up by the roosters early in the morning, but our daughters did not mind. I stayed in the smaller room, which is a lot quieter, but it’s dimmer. Both rooms are well maintained and cleaned well, which is rare in Cambodia as we have experienced many overpriced but badly managed hotel rooms. The swimming pool is nice and cozy, and the food is great. We ordered a sandwich for snack and it is well made (Well done, chef!). Internet is great around the pool area, but really choppy in the room. We used our own internet data, so it’s fine for us. We paid for breakfast on the last day for convenience, coffee is above hotel average and they have a nice selection of food. However, the same front desk staff clearly gave us different information on the breakfast price before and after we ate the breakfast, making it a little annoying at the end of the trip and leave a bad impression on their professionalism. I will definitely come back for the rooms and the pool, but would recommend people pay for their food right away to avoid any bad feelings when checking out."

"Cannot thank or recommend this hotel enough. It’s away from the city but you’ll know that by looking on a map anyway. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. Go above and beyond. Helped us convert currency. We stayed for a whole day after we checked out and were made to still feel like guests. The food was so delicious. Both Cambodian and western style. Happy hour is 5-7pm! Rooms and very big and clean. Pool is gorgeous and salt water. Book this is you want quality, relaxation and a great nights sleep in such comfy beds."

"We stayed 5 nights at this hotel, the manager Khema is so lovely very professional approach to her job, being helpful, sugested hairdresser next door which cost 3dolllar for wash and blow👍 The hotel tuk tuk driver Nat is the best in Siem Reap, took us to the Angkor Wat and everyday when we need him was on time 👍👍 Well done Nat you made our staying Siem Reap . "I enjoy staying here for 3N4D. I surprised that what I have seen the room when prior booked is the same when I saw in real. The room is clean and the facilities also great. I love the environment in this room. The location also near to Pub Street that I can walk."

"The first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable. I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel. The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible. As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better. I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation. The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful."

Bathroom and toilet The bathroom is equipped with two types of showers. One is a handheld type that is easy to use and comfortable. The other is a rain shower that pours down from above, giving you a refreshing feeling as if you were in nature. There is plenty of shampoo, treatment, and body soap provided, and they are replenished every day, so you don't have to worry about running out during your stay. There are also a full range of bath amenities available. • Razors: 2 sets • Combs: 2 sets • Shower caps: 2 sets (convenient when you want to rinse your body without washing your hair) • Toothbrushes: 2 sets (easy to use and sturdy) • White bathrobes: 2 sets (soft to the touch, perfect for relaxing) • White slippers: 2 sets (clean and comfortable to wear) • Small sanitary bags: 2 sets (an essential etiquette when staying with a loved one, or even with other women) Water They will replenish two bottles of mineral water when cleaning your room, or every day if you request it. This is another nice feature. Tea and coffee A wide variety of teas and coffees are available. Please see the photo for the actual lineup. Refrigerator and air conditioner There is nothing in the refrigerator, but the temperature can be adjusted and it can cool things down well. Glasses 2 sets of glass cups suitable for brushing teeth (located in the bathroom) 2 sets of wine glasses 2 sets of regular tall glasses Air conditioner Designed for comfort and ease of use, it can be set up to 16 degrees, so it keeps the room cool even on hot days. Overall hotel atmosphere The entire hotel is surrounded by greenery, creating a comfortable space. The natural atmosphere makes this hotel even more special, helping you forget the hustle and bustle of the city."
