A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

I can only recommend this hotel. The room along with the equipment and decorations was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and cosy. They also have a small wellness centre with a gym, sauna and relaxation zone. The food was nice and the location too. Nice quality for a fair amount of money.

A company that has developed themselves on every matter. After things done, they do not appear to be missing.

Breakfast is okay, although not varied but it tastes well. Unfortunately had a room in -1 floor. This smells to smoke cigarettes, although it should be a smoke-free room. Air conditioning has not worked well or has not brought fresh air in. Location is very optimal to get into the center quickly.

Kesinlikle otelde boykot listesinden bir markaya rastlamadım.tebrik ederim kizilcahamamin en iyi oteli olmasına rağmen boykota destek vermesi mutlu etti.Otel 5yıldızlı otellere nazaran yeterli hijyene sahip değildi,yemek lezzet ve çeşit olarak orta seviyedeydi otelde sosyal olanaklar çok kısıtlı oda buyuklukleri yeterli cocuklar icin oyun alanlari mevcut spa merkezi yeterli fakat havuzlar soguktu cocuklar hep üşüdü termal havuz küçük 10 kişi ile doluyor, biz termal otel diye geldik ama termal.havuz 5x5x1.4 buyuklugundeydi...yanlizca termal havuzlarda termal su mevcut diger havuzlar standart. Havuzlar soguktu cocuklar durmak istemediler ayrica cok yuksek klora sahipti. Otel yarim pansiyon sabah kahvaltisi orta seviyede akşam yemeğide orta seviye çay saati yetersiz. Otelde yemek saatleri disinda hersey ücretli su dahil. Sadece 23.000a kadar çay ikram ediliyor. Kizilcahamamin en buyuk oteli biraz isim yapmış.otele göre fiyat yüksek.afyon taraflarında aynı fiyatlara üst seviye hizmet alınabilir. Personel güzel yüzlü hizmet kalitesi iyi seviyede.

It was a very good trip and the last stop of my stay in Turkey. The hotel is rather old but definitely has a 5 star standard, both in terms of customer service and the details of the rooms, I am very glad I booked this hotel. I was very happy that the hotel staff arranged a taxi and breakfast and wake-up call for me in advance as I was leaving from Ankara airport early the next morning. The only thing I was confused about was that the hotel was only 500 metres from the airport, but there was a detour of almost 10 kilometres and the taxi ride to the airport was about 100 lira and took 15 minutes. Everything else is fine.✨ 这是非常好的一次旅行，也是我在土耳其停留的最后一站。这个酒店虽然说设施比较陈旧了，但是绝对有五星的标准，不管是从客户的服务上，还是从房间的一些细节都能感受得到，我非常庆幸定了这家酒店。 由于第二天一早从安卡拉机场出发，酒店服务人员提前帮我安排好了出租车以及早餐还有叫醒服务，我非常满意。 只是疑惑的是这家酒店明明离机场只有500m，但是却有绕路将近10km，打车到机场100₺左右时长15mins。
