"The location is absolutely unbeatable. All the main attractions in the historic European Old Town are within a 1km walk, and it's also very close to tram stops and ferry terminals, making it super convenient to get to the European New Town and the Asian side. The room facilities are standard but perfectly adequate, and the cleanliness, from what I could see, had no obvious issues. Breakfast is mostly 'white people food' – beyond bread and eggs, there wasn't much else to eat. The service was very warm; I didn't feel any discrimination, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room. Istanbul has so many cats, and they're all so adorable! I definitely want to come back next time!!!"

"This is a superb hotel. We were given a room on the 18th floor with a wonderful view, partially overlooking the Bosphorus. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed: bathrobes, an ironing board and iron, a capsule coffee machine, and convenient refillable dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and lotion. Housekeeping cleaned every day, but at random times. We received one liter of water per person, and more was available at breakfast. Water was also provided in the sauna, or you could simply ask for it. The breakfasts were excellent. They offered red fish, blue cheese, a variety of freshly squeezed juices, fruits, and poached eggs. For the first time in Turkey, I found delicious cold cuts and a system for ordering omelets without waiting in line – a waiter would bring it to you, along with drinks. There were also yogurts, muesli, and pastries. The hotel has an excellent pool with comfortable sun loungers featuring thick mattresses and pillows. Staff would lay out towels and bring umbrellas. Nearby, there was a sauna and a hammam. There's a bar, but the prices are quite steep. The location is also excellent. There are plenty of places to eat around, a metro station, and bus stops. The Havaist airport shuttle stops across the street, and Taksim Square is nearby. I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. If I'm ever in Istanbul again, I will definitely return."

"Disappointed! Reviews were deceptive as they have selected the best pictures to lure in customers- rooftop restaurant of property. Breakfast was lovely and staff in restaurant lovely. Lobby staff would benefit from customer service training. They started well and showed the room - the room looked over at a demolition site and the construction was ongoing and loud. I called and requested another room and they said try tomorrow there is nothing else. I went down to talk to them and they appeared to get into an argument with each other in Turkish and then showed me another room with a tiny window. I preferred to stay in the one with the demolition noise- which they seemed to think was fine as the noise would stop at 6pm. They also told me the sauna was chargeable and swimming pool free. Again why advertise facilities without sharing this. We decided to stay as we had paid up and didn’t have much choice- nothing better was offered the next day- left after two days and upon check out no thanks or hope you had a pleasant stay- just a - did you consume from the mini bar- no?- fine you’re clear. We hadn’t argued or caused a scene but were made to feel very uncomfortable. As a frequent traveller - having visited three other hotels in trabzon- Rize- which were not four star but so much better and having visited Istanbul several times already- - these lot could Definitely could do with training and learn how to say thank you. I would not stay again."

"Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property."

"My partner and I stayed from April 6th to 10th. What we really loved was the hotel's excellent location! It's just a 7-minute walk to the main square, where the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are located. There's a local bazaar just 3 minutes away, and the Grand Bazaar is a bit further. On our second day, we discovered an inexpensive restaurant with fantastic home-style cooking and wonderful staff called Alkasik Lokantasi. We booked a room on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus! Now for the minor details. We checked in late, after 11 PM. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, some of the towels weren't fresh and had an odor, and the sink was dirty. We asked them to fix it, and they promptly replaced the towels and cleaned the sink. The next day, they gave us a complimentary box of Turkish delight and tea and apologized again. If you don't notice it, there's a railway line right below the windows! The electric trains start running around 6 AM. If you sleep with the windows closed, it's fine, but we slept with them open, and I'm a light sleeper, so I'd wake up. Also, the call to prayer happens several times a day, starting around 6 AM, but that's something you'll hear all over the city."

"This is a great small hotel. Our first choice was the room – when we initially booked, we liked the Deluxe room, which had modern renovations and soundproofing (which was very helpful). Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a room on the 4th floor with a street view (thank you for that), and the room matched the photos and our expectations; we were comfortable. I'd like to mention the wonderful bed with a soft mattress, crisp white linens, and clean towels, which were changed daily. When booking hotels in Sultanahmet, it's crucial to pay attention to soundproofing, otherwise you risk not getting a good night's sleep. This wasn't an issue here. The breakfasts were also excellent, everything I love at home – scrambled eggs and omelets of various kinds, coffee and juices, olives, cheeses, cottage cheese, honey, Nutella, and Turkish pretzels. Every morning, furry friends joined us for breakfast. One of the playful cats was named Artist, so say hello to him! ;) And most importantly, the location – we explored the streets in every direction, it was a fascinating experience! Topkapi and Hagia Sophia are just a stone's throw away. It was a pleasant experience in Istanbul, and I send my regards to all the staff at the Royan Suite Hotel! :)"

"The location is very good, very close to the blue halal color, we can't find it at night, we have to get in. The staff was very welcoming, and we arrived in the early hours of the morning! However, there are not many English speakers. Give you a bag, help plan to go out to play, find rental and so on. feels good! However, the hotel is not big, the infrastructure is average! The 4th floor platform overlooks the sea, the Sophia church and the mosque. Seagulls are always visible. Recommended, recommended! ! !"

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

This hotel boasts a distinctive Turkish design throughout. The building we stayed in had a small inner garden with a bar, which was lovely. Unfortunately, we visited in winter when it was too cold, so we couldn't truly enjoy the garden's ambiance. I imagine it would be very pleasant to sit there in the summer or when the weather is milder. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's about a 2-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, 2-3 minutes to the Blue Mosque, and 5-10 minutes to the Basilica Cistern. Most of the main attractions are concentrated nearby. We did almost all our sightseeing on foot: Hagia Sophia in the morning, then the Basilica Cistern, back to the hotel for a rest, off to a museum, another break in the room, and then the Blue Mosque. The entire itinerary felt very relaxed and convenient. You can also walk to the Grand Bazaar and Süleymaniye Mosque, so the location is a huge plus. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was quite spacious and comfortable. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: firstly, the ceiling was a bit low, which made it feel a little confining after a while; secondly, while the window could open, it only opened a small amount, and there was an ornate design outside, so the overall natural light and ventilation felt a bit lacking. Additionally, our room was close to a small street below, and the noise was quite noticeable. There were staff activities during the day, and pedestrians passed by in the evenings and early mornings, making it generally quite noisy. This was a significant downside of our stay. I suspect rooms closer to the inner garden would be much quieter. There's a Chinese restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The food was average, but it's an option for Chinese cuisine when abroad. There are other restaurants nearby, but we didn't try them all this time. It's worth noting that vehicles cannot pull up directly to the hotel entrance; they have to park in a nearby parking lot. Drivers contact the hotel in advance, and the hotel arranges a shuttle service, which was generally well-organized. Overall, the hotel's biggest advantages are its prime location and its distinctive design. It's ideal for those who want to explore the main attractions of the Old City extensively on foot. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend prioritizing rooms facing the inner courtyard or garden.

Mola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Also thank you very much Ms. Rahma and Nisanur for your patience, guidance and kindness for all time we stay..

Overall, my stay at the Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel was very good. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. I especially appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to enjoy a more leisurely departure. One downside was that guests are charged to use the pool, which I found disappointing. It would have been better if this was included in the room fee, as it felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Despite this, the hotel offers a convenient location and a generally positive experience. It’s a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.
