Hotels in Jiuzhou Old Town/Tianlong Fortified Village, Anshun

The decoration inside and outside the hotel is very distinctive, natural stone + solid wood is built, antique; 3. The hotel lobby on the first floor is very poetic, and the small fish and rockery green plants are very chic. 4. The front desk staff is very warm and attentive, so that the guests have the warmth of home; 5. The room area is enough, mainly clean and hygienic. The equipment inside is very carefully arranged. Xiaomi TV, beautiful small refrigerator, toto smart toilet, and there is actually a heated towel rack (more than 90% of hotels in China do not have it). The boss should be a young man. More attentive ...... 6. Although the breakfast is simple, it is clean, real, and the taste is not bad. The price of more than 300 is still quite high

在舊州古鎮旁邊2公里的地方，周邊都是大片的稻田，住在這裏非常安逸放鬆，店裡有一衹小狗狗特別可愛~房間非常乾淨，床品也挺舒服，還提供一次性洗臉巾和浴巾，這點很棒一樓和頂樓有泳池，小朋友可以玩，頂樓的水好像沒有一樓的乾淨，我們還是在一樓玩的小朋友也挺開心~店裡還提供自行車可以沿着稻田一路騎行吹吹風店裡可以配餐吃飯，我們吃了兩頓，一頓燒烤50一個人，菜品還挺豐富分量也足，第二頓吃的中餐35一個人，中餐一頓下來100多，一個葷菜都沒有，衹有茄子裏有幾根肉絲，這頓有點不太滿意

The space is very bright, the sun can be spilled through the wooden lattice window, and it falls on the big bed with cotton and linen bedding. The bedding is soft, like a cloud that has sunbathed, and I don't want to get up when I lie on it. The best thing is that outside the window, the eyes are the moths of Yunxi Ancient Temple. When I wake up in the morning, I can always see thin smoke floating on the blue tiles of Tunbao. The elders with bamboo baskets on the stone steps walk slowly. The practical comfort is that no matter how good the scenery is, I can't change it. The people in the hotel are also enthusiastic. As soon as I got off the bus, a girl in a blue shirt came to pick up the luggage, and smiled and said, ”You are a coincidence, there is a local play in Tuenbao tonight, I will point you a shortcut”; Breakfast is placed on the long wooden table, the green and flower bowl is filled with sweet wine, the steamed corn sweet potatoes are with the fragrance of the earthen stove, and the local green tea is drunk. The stomach is warm and comfortable than at home. This trip to Anshun, because of this hotel, because of the housekeepers Xiao Jiang and Xiao Shang, gave us a lot of memories of ironing. Come back next time, this carved wooden door, I will definitely have to pick it again.

Just in the ancient town of Jiuzhou, a homestay with a sense of design. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and waits for us to enter at the intersection very late. Suitable for us who live slowly. You can stay for a few days and feel the local slowness in the morning. The local breakfast is just a little bit, and it is sold out, and it is not done much. 💰 is not enough. The price is very fair, one bun is one dollar.

I was trapped for 😷 reasons when I got married. I spent a short honeymoon here. Now the baby is 10 months and revisits it four times. I really like this homestay. From the two-person world to a family of three, it engraves ”parent-child friendly” into DNA with details. The room was designed safely, and the bed was covered with anti-collision strips, as well as cribs, children's toothbrushes 🪥 and there were inevitably many mosquitoes in the countryside. The room had anti-mosquito screens, mosquito killer lights, and mosquito killers.
 I really recommend that friends who want to travel to Guizhou in the summer can come here to experience it, which can let you relax and take pictures and eat a good place for a whole day. Fantastic hotel situated in an incredibly well-preserved Ming dynasty village. Our hosts were very accommodating and the room was fantastic - very clean and a comfortable bed! There are many things to see here, including a Buddhist temple of 500 years one of the mountains the town in nestled beneath. Far different from the new old towns we saw in Lijiang and shangri-la, this village is the real deal and just unbelievable to walk through and explore. We also enjoyed walking down to the nearby town outside the gates. The Karst mountains in this area are extremely dramatic and beautiful to behold. There is a speciality coffee shop and a place to get breakfast near the gate - we suspect that we were visiting outside of peak time as it was generally quiet but that suited us just fine. The host made us wonton and dumpling soup in a vegetable broth which was very nice. The hosts are very kind and they have prepared a wonderful place from which to explore this very special village. It is about a 40 minute taxi from Anshun West station and 20-30 minute taxi into Anshun city. Thank you!

This hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful. The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking. I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

Hotel location is very good, the accommodation is very quiet, close to the surrounding attractions, parking is casual, although we just met a large team when we checked in, the check-in speed was a bit slow, but the boss arranged for us to entertain and rest. The place to wait is very comfortable. Special thanks to the owner of this hotel. One of our colleagues was sick and drove the colleague to a nearby clinic at 5 pm. See a doctor and buy medicine. The patient rested in the room until 12 pm and felt no good. So we went to Anshun Hospital, the boss was very patient to show us the way, we arrived at the hospital in the early morning to see the emergency, did a check, the boss also personally called to ask about the condition, but also worried that if you need to be hospitalized, you can help coordinate. Since the illness of the peers was not too serious, we returned to the hotel at four in the morning, and the hotel owner ran out of the house to open the door for us. Here, I am very grateful to the boss through the platform for his enthusiasm, and secondly I am also sorry. Because the peers are sick, the hotel owner has not slept all night. Due to our rush of trips, coupled with the illness of our peers, we didn't have time to take pictures of the hotel. So I can match some landscape pictures. All aspects of this hotel are really good and intelligent. Recommended and experienced

Not far from the ancient town, the surrounding area is very quiet; The only strange thing is who designed the bathroom with a large brain. It is not too small. The shower is not partitioned. It is too ”original ecology”. The typical ~ function is not to experience the sense of 👎 that kitchen is completely unnecessary. There is a lonely range hood, other ”pots and pans and stoves” mean ”did not see it”, Waste of space, too tasteless!

Staying in the room feels comfortable, relaxing, relaxing and comfortable. This should be the best homestay in the ancient town. There is also a pool room on the first floor. I have a tea chat with the boss on the first floor. The boss is sentimental and very enthusiastic. I recommend self-driving travel routes in Guizhou Province to foreign tourists. It is worth mentioning that this treasure town has not been commercialized, and the Aboriginal people here are really residents who are living in ethnic minority costumes. The price of eating food is even more surprising. If it is not far away, it is a good place worth brushing!
