The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around. It's clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, and the rooms are neat and tidy. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

The hotel is 1.7 km from the high-speed train station, and there's the Xinchian Night Market and Nanguan Snack Street nearby. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions about waffles or anything else. They're patient, attentive, and very accommodating. The hotel offers free parking with charging stations, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes that will satisfy everyone's taste, no matter where they're from. It's very quiet at night, and Xining's summer climate is fantastic; it's cool enough that you don't even need air conditioning.

My friend and I came here for the May Day holiday and booked this hotel because it was relatively cheap. I was a little worried beforehand, since it was inexpensive and near the high-speed rail station. But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The rooms were large and clean, and the front desk service was excellent! We stored our luggage here twice: once for two days (we went to Qinghai Lake and Delingha in between) and once for half a day (when we went to explore the city). The front desk staff didn't complain at all; they immediately agreed to our requests—very efficient! Overall, I highly recommend it, haha ​​(this is a bit of a hasty post, haha).

The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.

A newly opened budget hotel under the Home Inn brand. Located near the train station, the location is decent, convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, and hygiene is acceptable. We knew beforehand that there was no air conditioning (most budget hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning), but at least there should be a fan! There's none of that, so I'm giving it a bad review! The hotel doesn't provide breakfast… there's no parking, you need to pay for parking nearby. It might be worth considering for those in transit! Not recommended unless absolutely necessary! This is a genuine review based on my actual stay! Suggestion: If the hotel wants to develop sustainably, it should consider the needs of its guests more and solve some of their practical problems! Improve service levels and quality! The front desk lady was super helpful and even upgraded our room for free. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location near the train station was really convenient, just a short walk away. My only minor suggestion would be to improve the drainage in the bathroom and the showerhead. Overall, it's great value for money and I'd definitely recommend it!

I had a good experience in this hotel. It was previously booked by my tour and we extended our stay as our train to Lhasa was at 11pm. The staff were courteous and frequently checked in with us to check if everything is satisfactory. I was impressed by staff Jinjin (津津) as she noted that we were headed to the railway station and arranged a complimentary transfer for my family. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Xining in future.

Easy to find and super convenient location with great transport links! The area has so much character and plenty of food options. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly warm and efficient. She had such a great attitude! The room was clean and hygienic, with a really cozy atmosphere. The bedding was comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. Excellent value for money! This will definitely be my go-to place for future trips. A good night's rest here truly made my whole trip more enjoyable and happy!
