Banff Hotels with balcony

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is spacious, and it is convenient to travel on the street

The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for both driving in and out. The complimentary travel pass provided by the hotel makes it easy to get to the town center for dining and shopping, with a bus stop right outside. The hotel service is also very good, and the rooms are clean. The hot spring pool on the hotel's platform is very comfortable.

This hotel is located at the far end of Banff Avenue, about a 20-minute walk from downtown. There are two parking options: you can choose to pay for parking in their lot, or use the free parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, but the sink was a bit clogged, so the drainage wasn't very smooth. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel is a bit far from Banff Centre, but there's a bus stop right outside, and the hotel provides free bus tickets. We stayed in a room with a view and could see the snow-capped mountains from the balcony. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service; we stayed for two nights, and on the second day, our room wasn't cleaned, and toiletries and bar items weren't replenished. The air conditioning was also very noisy, and even though maintenance came to adjust it, there was no improvement.

Our stay at Caribou Lodge was perfect! Exactly what we were expecting. The proximity to downtown is great - 10 minute walk or you could take the ROAM bus straight downtown. The hotel has character and we had the perfect stay. All staff was super friendly and inviting. The front desk employee was super helpful and explained our ROAM passes and the other amenities perfectly. Loved that Rocky Mountain Soap Co was in all the bathrooms, too! All in all, a great experience for a great price and I would highly recommend it.

Have different hotel activities for us to join to understand more about the Hotel History and Banff, say Hotel History Tour, Twilight Walk. * hope more quota can be added There are different restaurants for our choices, I love The Rundal, Waldhaus, The Vermollion Room, all with good scenery at window seat. *advance reservation via online is suggested The yoga class, gym room, outdoor hot pool, indoor pool are also good for us to have some relaxation activities!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fireplace that was perfect for keeping warm when it was cold. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware, so we could easily prepare our own dinner and breakfast.

I originally wanted to book a hotel in Lake Louise, about a 30-minute drive away, but I could only get two nights out of three there, so I ended up booking one night here. The location is quite convenient, just a few minutes walk from the main street, and parking is easy. However, the room facilities were really poor. The room was tiny, and the dark gray duvet made me wonder if it was clean or not. Foreigners don't use duvet covers; they just put a sheet between you and the duvet insert. I kept worrying about touching the duvet insert in my sleep. The pillows were square cushion inserts, uneven and lumpy, and I had no idea what was inside them. Sigh, and it cost over 3000!

Everything about this hotel, from its facilities to its service, was impeccable. The room was wonderfully warm, and all the other details were almost perfect. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, and the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Banff's beauty really overshadows any flaws this hotel might have. Its advantages are clear: it's super close to the main street, has a balcony where you can get some fresh air, and I even saw a squirrel! There's a cafe right outside with delicious croissants. The microwave in the room was a pleasant surprise; it was great to be able to heat up some food. All in all, besides being a bit pricey during the summer holidays, everything else was perfect.
