"A lovely restful retreat. Great location and bus service. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and very nice toiletries, lovely friendly restaurant great menu and gd pricing , great jacuzzi and good area for walking."

"Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am, which is a ridiculous policy. Fortunately they're flexible about it. Room was nice and clean. Location is amazing; right in the middle of downtown Banff. The parking lot behind the hotel is where Flixbus and the Sunshine Village shuttle stop. Highly recommended."

"Felt like a good 10-15 minute walk from the centre to the hostel. Good security measures. Bar is a little small and no room to move around at breakfast time and people are hovering and it gave me anxiety looking for the breakfast food as it was overwhelming with so many crowded people. Although can’t complain as it’s free and comes with your booking. Decent rooms but 2nd night in there is no cleaning I.e vacuuming not done as of yet and there’s a dead bug on floor. Friendly staff at the counter. Spacious room for luggage (6 bed share) and you need a thick locker key set for the lockers. Byo shower mat, slippers, hangers. Great bedside sockets curtain privacy!"

"I stayed for three nights. The room was quite spacious and clean, and it was great that it came with amenities like a kettle. The location was a bit average, right at the end of the town's main street, but I figured there wasn't much to explore in town anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. The front desk service was quite poor; the staff were expressionless. The first room they gave me was two floors above the hot spring pools. I wanted to change, but the front desk said there were no suitable rooms. After Ctrip intervened, they offered me another room, but I declined after seeing it was too noisy, being next to the road. Around 9 PM, after showering, it suddenly became very noisy. I realized a group of Indians had come to the hot springs and were playing music loudly from a speaker. I reported it to Ctrip twice, but it kept happening. The hotel then called me multiple times, offering to immediately switch my room (implying the speaker wasn't theirs, but they weren't doing anything about it). Since I was already asleep, I declined and agreed to switch the next day. I'd like to thank Ctrip customer service for their help here. I didn't fancy a Western breakfast, so for convenience, I just ordered à la carte coffee and toast from the hotel's ground floor, which turned out to be delicious! The price wasn't expensive either, highly recommended! The hotel's bedding felt a bit rough, and the air conditioning unit made a loud humming noise. These are areas that could definitely be improved."

"Wonderful hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Parking garage was big but could use signage! The hot pools were refreshing. Lots of cozy areas to sit and relax- perfect for a couples retreat. Would have enjoyed a coffee and water station, and a spot to grab a muffin or fruit. Aside from that, zero complaints here! We’ll be back."

"Great location, just a 3-5 minute walk to the Goose, Bird and Lemon store. However, I don't feel Banff is very safe these days. Be careful of thieves – I was followed by a group of strange kids all the way to the hotel entrance."

"Best priced accoms in banff during summer, very well equiped with shower gel, hot water, hair dryer, laundry, cafe for breakfast and dinner. Hostel provides free roam transit bus pass for routes 1, 2, 4, 6 and is valid for 3 days, very useful to get to town and around even lake minnewanka, two jack, johnson and cascade ponds! Comfortable room, top notch service."

"The rooms have a certain design, but aren't particularly practical. The heated pool is nice. However, the room was a bit slow to be cleaned, requiring a wait of about half an hour upon check-in. The hotel has plenty of activities to enjoy."

"Very clean hotel, probably recently renovated because the hallways had that new car smell. Clara at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Location is also great within Banff. My only complaint is related to the temperature controls in the room. I like a cool room, and whatever I did, I could not get the temperature to drop. Even set at the lowest, with fan at maximum, the temperature stayed above 20c."

"The location was right at Banff Ave. Hotel has free parking, so I can explore downtown without any concerns. The room is sufficient. And the staff were just so sweet to celebrate our honeymoon with us. We are thankful for that. Highly recommend."
