"My stay at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Dalian, was absolutely perfect! The hotel is located right on Xinghai Bay, and its castle-like architecture is grand and magnificent. The room was spacious and bright, with unbeatable sea views – I could see the blue sea and sky right from my window every morning. The service was impeccable, from the concierge to the room staff, truly reflecting Marriott's high-end brand standards. It's also conveniently located next to Xinghai Square, making getting around very easy. During check-out, Dansey asked about my stay and resolved any issues very well. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!"

"The service here is quite impressive. If breakfast is included, they deliver it right to your room. Plus, you can choose to have coffee, honey water, or barley tea delivered daily. They even help deliver any packages to your room, which is a great touch. The room comes with a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, and they even provide laundry detergent. It's my first time trying an apartment-style hotel, and I find it really convenient. The hotel itself is a bit tricky to find, but the customer service team contacts you beforehand with a video to guide you there."

"A good hotel is key to a successful trip! This hotel is very close to Xinghai Square, and across the bridge is an amusement park. The paths are flat, perfect for strollers or 'baby walkers' (though the area right outside the hotel entrance has cobblestones, which can be a bit bumpy for strollers). The room environment is excellent. We are a family of five – four adults and one child – and stayed in the 'Star Blue' room, which was perfectly spacious. It had a 1.8m bed downstairs plus a tatami mat upstairs, and even a single sofa that could be used for sleeping. The space felt generous. There's also a private little courtyard where you can hang kids' clothes to dry (as long as it's not raining). The hotel has a laundry room with a dryer, so no more bringing dirty clothes home!"

"I highly recommend Yike Yijia Boutique Hotel (Dalian Xinghai Park Seaview)! There are so many attractions nearby, you can plan a day trip right outside the door. Butler Xiao Hang even helped me send a package, which was incredibly thoughtful service. Check-in was fast, and they were very responsive to my needs, even providing tips on how to avoid tourist traps. This is definitely my first choice for accommodation when traveling."

With a few improvements in comfort, cleanliness, breakfast options, complimentary recreational activities, and pricing, it would provide an even better guest experience."

"Honestly, the rooms themselves were really great. Both rooms had windows directly facing the sea, and each was beautifully decorated. The living room even had a ball pit and a climbing/jumping area for kids, which our child loved. There was also a circular nook where you could sit and watch projections. However, one of the rooms started to smell really bad in the early hours of the morning, like a foul odor. Opening the window didn't help at all. Regrettably, the whole guesthouse had a dilapidated feel to it. Right from the moment we got out of the car, we noticed the exterior was a bit grubby, and the front desk/lobby felt rather cheap. When we went to check out the beach from the lobby, we found the stairs and terrace looked like they hadn't been maintained in years. The terrace was very basic, with many cigarette butts overflowing in the ashtrays and not cleaned. The spiral staircase I'd seen in photos online for Instagram was also broken and dirty. The beach itself was rocky, a bit smelly, and had some trash. There was also a layer of scum on the sea, like the kind you see when blanching ribs. There were some past campers still around, but honestly, I don't understand how anyone would have the courage to go in the water. In summary, the room design and the sea view from the windows were genuinely good, but there was almost no external amenities or upkeep. It felt neglected and unmaintained, which is a real shame."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The rooms are relatively new, clean, and tidy. I've always loved Atour's deep sleep pillows; getting a good night's rest is so important when traveling. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they helped me extend my check-out to 2 PM and even gave me a souvenir. I'll definitely choose this Atour again next time I visit Dalian."

"The room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful, assisting with my deliveries. Water dispensers were conveniently located everywhere for guests to use. The front desk area was bright and full of sunshine. It's only a twenty-minute drive to the airport. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next trip. I'm 100% satisfied with the hotel staff's service attitude; even the cleaning aunties were very friendly and gave us many blessings when we checked out."

"The room was great – very clean and spacious, and having a fridge was super convenient for keeping our fruit. It's an easy walk to Xinghai Square, and there are plenty of places to eat downstairs. We stayed here for three days, and taking taxis to get around was really cheap. We'll definitely come back!"
