"Staying in Danzhou again, I chose this hotel, and the service was excellent. Xiao Mei at the front desk was very attentive and responsible during check-in. Seeing that we had a child, she specifically reminded us to sign up for membership so the child could enjoy free breakfast. The room was spacious, but there was a slight odor that improved significantly after turning on the air conditioning. Overall, it's still worth staying here."

The facilities are very complete, but I don't know what is in the washing machine. After taking a shower, there is a little smell in the sewer, not big, but the smell is always there. "We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels.
Cleanliness: overall quite clean.
Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island.
Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced.
Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."

When I first arrived, I told me carefully about the nearby places to catch the sea and take a walk. I will send detailed check-in tips for eating, drinking and having fun. I like it. For people like me who don’t like the plan, I will send a message and reply quickly. It’s not perfunctory at all. I also took a lot of photos for me. The photo technology is super good. The coconut chicken hot pot is delicious. I want to eat next time. There are handmade activities. I like to print the plants. It is very healing. Hygiene is my most satisfying point. Every corner of the room is cleaned, and the bedding smells very refreshing. The bathroom has no damp smell. The environment of the homestay is particularly comfortable, the yard is full of flowers and plants, quiet, and it is especially relaxing to sit in a daze with the wind. The facilities in the room are very complete, hot water, air conditioning, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and it is very stable. The swimming pool is the one in the residential area opposite. Its shape is similar to the one in the main picture, but it's not surrounded by sand; it's an outdoor swimming pool in the residential area. The water looked very clean, but it was a bit cold those days, so we didn't use it.
There are free buses on the island, and the bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. The internet is stable. If you don't need to cook, staying for a few days is a great option."

We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was spotless, modern, and super comfortable . The two-story layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us. The location — right across from Ocean Flower Island — was unbeatable .

"I have always been longing for Ocean Flower Island, so I just went there. The beautiful boss is very enthusiastic. I love you. She called us as soon as I made the reservation and helped us plan the transportation and precautions. It doesn't take too long to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, and it is quite easy to find after getting off. The surrounding area is relatively mature business districts, and it is very convenient for eating and living. Hearing that we came here for the reputation of Ocean Flower Island, the boss specially upgraded us to a sea view room with a good view. At night, we stood on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze and drinking a little wine. It felt so comfortable. The room facilities are complete, comparable to a star-level apartment. Manual five-star praise!!!"

MauveMHad a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc.
Some suggestions:
- Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool.
- For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests.
- I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

The total floor 26, the room is in the middle and upper floors, the view is really good, the next door neighbor is occasionally loud (mainly the door is not soundproof. But it didn't have a big impact. Quiet at night

There are supermarkets on No. 3 Island to eat and drink, and there is Rosen in the community! Shared electric bicycles are artifacts. Go far anyway, drive by yourself. Normal life is completely fine, that is, I feel that Haihua Island is still a little worse, maybe it is not a holiday.
Pet friendly!
The staff was very professional and the reply was very timely. The Haihua Island Raiders were sent when I checked in and listened to the surprise. The password door can't be opened for two minutes.
Also specially reminded animals to be safe when killing, intimate.

this was an amazing island for relaxation. many north easterners come here over the winter period, hence a lot of north east cuisine available even till late night. sea views are also great as our block was nearest to the shoreline. toilet is slightly small but is ok. the island shuttle bus does not arrive, best to pay the locals for a quick shuttle.

I spent a long time researching on Ctrip before finally choosing this sea-view apartment.
1. The owner was extremely friendly, and the apartment was easy to find.
2. Restaurants, supermarkets, and fruit shops were all conveniently located downstairs.
3. The apartment was very clean, and the room offered a full sea view.
4. It was also very convenient to travel between Island 1 and Island 2, with a free shuttle bus.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I rarely find such a satisfactory booking on Ctrip. Thank you again to the handsome and considerate owner!
