"Not great value for money, and the overall experience was pretty mediocre. The fact that the island was reclaimed from the sea, and the various buildings on it, are quite astonishing, but it's a real shame how many areas are neglected and falling into disuse. With over 5,000 rooms, the hotel had a high occupancy rate during the holiday, making the lobby feel like a chaotic market, packed with people and incredibly noisy. There were significant delays for check-in, and breakfast was practically a free-for-all, with extremely poor food quality. Room cleanliness was terrible; there were scratches all over the walls, and the bed runner was damaged and still had dried food crumbs from the previous guest on it – makes you wonder how long it hadn't been washed. The room itself was tiny, and when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told they didn't have any. We were a family of one adult and two children, both around six years old, but were told we had to purchase an additional child's breakfast, as two small children couldn't count as one adult. For nearly 600 RMB a night, with nothing included, it really wasn't worth it."

"We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."

"The hotel has a fantastic ambiance! Our room was clean and comfy, and the bedding was super soft. It's really convenient for getting around; close to the Twin Towers beach, and there's a vibrant food street nearby, making dining and sightseeing a breeze. The service was attentive and warm, truly a perfect experience."

The service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive. The food was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety for breakfast. The hotel environment was elegant and peaceful. Staying here was a real treat – highly recommended!"

"Self-driving, the security service was very enthusiastic when I parked at the hotel gate. They greeted me with a smile, opened the car door and helped me with my luggage. The parking lot is very close to the hotel lobby and parking is very convenient. The hotel lobby is quite grand and low-key luxury. The check-in procedure was quick and convenient, and the service was thoughtful. The room was also very large, and a family of three stayed there without feeling crowded. The scenery outside the glass window was beautiful, and you could see the swimming pool downstairs, the garden in the garden, the Lianhua Oilfield, the Beibu Gulf, the Yangpu Bridge and other scenery. The most surprising thing was the beautiful night view of the Lianhua Oilfield. When checking in, I also experienced the hotel's free gym, swimming pool and other places, which were clean, especially the swimming pool water quality was very good, and the free buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious. I was very satisfied with the overall stay. I like the services of Yangpu Guest House [strong][strong][strong]. I will choose Yangpu Guest House again when I come to Yangpu next time. "因為看了親愛的客棧，就和朋友約着一起來海南來個環島旅行，網上剛好有優惠套餐，就決定住在這裏的，因為行程比較多，所以在這就住了一個晚上，對這次的選擇我和我朋友都非常滿意，剛到銀灘站酒店的工作人員就已經在站口等着我們了，到酒店後也非常貼心的準備好茶點和下午茶，整體感覺非常愜意，放鬆，工作人員態度非常好，也很細心因為我們想利用一天的時間多體驗一點項目，他們會把整個行程給我們安排的很完美，我們也很滿意整個的體驗，正好趕上大退潮，趕海也抓到很多螃蟹，第二天還會做好螃蟹粥（自己抓的🦀）給我們，非常鮮美，海邊的日落也非常美，隨便抓拍都美美出片。晚上工作人員還給我們送了兩杯調酒，下次時間更充足的時候會再來！"
