"Having a washing machine is quite convenient. There's a supermarket nearby where you can buy laundry detergent and disinfectant at reasonable prices. The laundry room also provides free laundry powder. I have to give a shout-out to the tall, thin uncle at the restaurant; his service attitude was excellent 👍. The staff on the night shift at the front desk need some extra training in service awareness."

MauveMHad a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc.
Some suggestions:
- Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool.
- For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests.
- I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

The total floor 26, the room is in the middle and upper floors, the view is really good, the next door neighbor is occasionally loud (mainly the door is not soundproof. But it didn't have a big impact. Quiet at night

There are supermarkets on No. 3 Island to eat and drink, and there is Rosen in the community! Shared electric bicycles are artifacts. Go far anyway, drive by yourself. Normal life is completely fine, that is, I feel that Haihua Island is still a little worse, maybe it is not a holiday.
Pet friendly!
The staff was very professional and the reply was very timely. The Haihua Island Raiders were sent when I checked in and listened to the surprise. The password door can't be opened for two minutes.
Also specially reminded animals to be safe when killing, intimate.

I have lived in so many hotels, this one is really worth giving a good review. First of all, the hygiene is too good. From the lobby to the room, it is spotless. The sheets are white and clean, there is no smell, even the dead corners of the bathroom are polished, and the cleanliness patients are extremely comfortable. Besides the service, the front desk lady has been smiling since entering the door, and she took the initiative to pour warm water when she checked in, and asked where the surrounding area was delicious and fun to introduce patiently. Auntie cleaning is also very diligent, and will take the initiative to say hello when meeting. The big bed is particularly comfortable to sleep, moderately soft and hard, and the quilt is fluffy and warm. The location is also convenient, there are convenience stores and breakfast shops downstairs. In short, I lived very comfortably this time. I will definitely choose this one next time I come to this city. I have already recommended it to my friends.

this was an amazing island for relaxation. many north easterners come here over the winter period, hence a lot of north east cuisine available even till late night. sea views are also great as our block was nearest to the shoreline. toilet is slightly small but is ok. the island shuttle bus does not arrive, best to pay the locals for a quick shuttle.

Hygiene: clean and tidy, comfortable.
Environment: The hotel is located on the main road of the city, but it is very quiet. There are many shops and restaurants around, making shopping, eating and drinking convenient; it is only a few hundred meters away from the city center shopping mall.

I have chosen the Borman Hotel more than once, and I feel comfortable service every time I stay. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk of the hotel to inquire about the surrounding attractions. The front desk girl explained very considerately, which was very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, and guests staying in the hotel also have free parking. I will choose the Borman Hotel next time.

No room with breakfast, a lot of food nearby, a street across the north two intersections is full of breakfast. Across the road, the largest shopping mall in Zhangzhou, summer square, there are Haidilao and 18 bowls, and there are enough people to eat. Next to the folk bar, supermarket, Rosen convenience store, and a variety of petty bourgeoisie net red restaurant Internet cafe massage night market, there are many people in the night stall until three or four in the evening.
