"The architecture and environment are truly magnificent, definitely worth a deeper exploration. The 'Dongpo Academy' play was well-produced; it would be even better if there was transport in the evening to experience the immersive live show at Dongpo Academy! However, the service and transportation have significantly deteriorated compared to four years ago. The shuttle service to the high-speed rail station is practically non-existent: no clear signs, long waits between buses, and often no seats due to overcrowding – I couldn't get a ride both ways. The bus service to Haikou has also been cancelled. The most disappointing aspect is that many of the original attractions are closed, and those that are open charge exorbitant fees. A ticket to the Ocean World costs 160 yuan per person, and the mini-train, which used to be included in the accommodation fee, now costs 60 yuan per person! Such a large-scale resort, yet the management is so outdated! I have no interest in returning next time."

"This hotel is perfectly located right above a commercial street and a food street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, so you don't have to go far for anything. It's an ideal choice for a island vacation, offering easy access to explore, eat, and have fun."

"Overall it’s good! After all, it’s newly opened! The overall breakfast was very good and clean! The cutlery was great! Coffee machines are also available! The most satisfying thing is the gym! A complete set of brand new startrac equipment! It’s not a high-end product though! But it works! I also see Xingchi quite often when I am on a business trip in San Francisco! The West Coast is popular! And the new condition is still great! Nautilius's power zone is also pretty standard! But the laundry machines are not that great! Haier still can't use commercial machines! The meeting room is so messy that I suspect pillows are holding a meeting! The outdoor garden is too perfunctory! There is no romance at all! It doesn’t fit the concept of garden! I feel like the boss is very stingy when investing! But the gym and breakfast are ok! The room was ok too! It would be even better to organize some activities during the Spring Festival!"

"The sea view room I stayed in this time was clean and tidy, facing the sea. The spring flowers were blooming. The breakfast was rich and varied, and there were many types of fitness equipment. It would be perfect if there were two more sets of self-service laundry facilities."

"The hotel is newly opened, so everything is still very new, and the surrounding natural environment is fantastic. However, the human environment inside and outside the hotel is terrible. There's no staff member at the restaurant entrance to maintain order, and rude guests park their cars right in front of the entrance all day long – it's just unacceptable. The lobby inside is incredibly noisy, even more chaotic than a marketplace; it feels like a free-for-all with people shouting. The breakfast spread is good, but it turns into a scramble. Even after the initial rush, there's still plenty of food, but then another wave of hungry guests comes to grab more. The visible staff members at the hotel are all very kind, but some guests are just like rude monsters, making the experience unpleasant."

"The family suite is spacious, clean and has relatively new facilities. The front desk clerk was gentle and proactively reminded me to scan the QR code to register for free parking when leaving the store. It's just that the family suite facing the main road was too noisy, so I had to turn on the small music to resist the noise. The front desk also prepared earplugs. "The stay at the Danzhou Seaview Baili Hotel was very pleasant. The check in was convenient and all staff very friendly. The room had a quite modern appearance , was decently equipped and was quite big. Sadly we didnt get a sea/ port sided room, otherwise the view would probably have also been great. The roomservice came every day between 8 and 9 for cleaning and reequipping the room. My only wish would be that when they knock the door twice, they actually wait a little longer for a response. They always entered very quickly and didnt give me enough time to even reach the door and open. The breakfast selection is probably the only thing that was a little disappointing. Not that many choices and only some minor changes every day. Especially the limited fruit selection is a bit sad, given the availability on Hainan. But for the pricepoint of the hotel I dont want to complain much. The food was alright and will definitely get you full. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and streetvendors that provide decent choices for dinner. Now to the big plus point, the free of charge clothes washing service (basic washing and drying). Quick and efficient, and you always have fresh clothes given the hot climate. Lastly the hotel also offers a free afternoon tea and snack service at the top floor. Again the choices are very limited, but it is still a nice thing to have. Thanks for the stay."
