"The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!"

"I have always been longing for Ocean Flower Island, so I just went there. The beautiful boss is very enthusiastic. I love you. She called us as soon as I made the reservation and helped us plan the transportation and precautions. It doesn't take too long to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, and it is quite easy to find after getting off. The surrounding area is relatively mature business districts, and it is very convenient for eating and living. Hearing that we came here for the reputation of Ocean Flower Island, the boss specially upgraded us to a sea view room with a good view. At night, we stood on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze and drinking a little wine. It felt so comfortable. The room facilities are complete, comparable to a star-level apartment. Manual five-star praise!!!"

"Hainan Danzhou Resort Review | My Wonderful Stay at Hilton Ocean Flower Island🥳 I recently stayed at the Hilton Ocean Flower Island for a relaxing vacation in Danzhou, and it was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, and the security guard at the entrance was incredibly thoughtful and warm. He really embodied the simple kindness of the Hainanese people. Understanding that it's inconvenient to park and get around in the rain, he patiently guided us to a temporary spot to shelter from the rain, waiting for it to lighten up before directing us to a proper parking space. This personalized care truly reflected the warm service philosophy of a five-star hotel, and my impression was immediately boosted. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff with professionalism and composure; the process was smooth and efficient. During check-out, I encountered an exceptionally outstanding front desk employee. She had light yellow highlights in her dark hair and, from a distance, proactively looked up and acknowledged guests. Her smile was warm and generous, and she swiftly processed my room card with both hands. Her etiquette and demeanor were, without a doubt, the most standard and enthusiastic Hilton-style service I experienced during my entire stay. Her thoughtful and attentive service was a delightful surprise. Regarding dining, the buffet breakfast tasted very good, though the variety of dishes wasn't extensive. I assume this was due to it being the off-peak tourist season. The short-haired hostess and service staff in the restaurant were exceptionally well-mannered. From guiding me to my table to answering dining inquiries, they were poised and polite throughout. When I asked about directions to Twin Beach, they patiently and thoroughly explained everything. Overall, the restaurant's service level was excellent. The overall room amenities were very thoughtful. There was an emergency flashlight in the drawer, which is incredibly practical – most hotels don't provide such an item, and it's particularly useful in emergencies. However, I do have a few small suggestions: there was a noticeable stain on the room's sofa, which looked a bit out of place. I hope they can find a way to address it; perhaps look into how to clean such deep stains online. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, situated right at the entrance of Bridge No. 1 to Ocean Flower Island, making it incredibly convenient for both entering and leaving the island – a quick turn gets you off the island smoothly. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views; you can clearly see Gujing Street nearby, and Twin Beach is just a short walk away. In the distance, you can also spot the exquisite castle-style buildings, creating beautiful scenery and a strong resort atmosphere. Overall, despite a few minor flaws, the hotel is excellent. Its attentive service, prime location, and beautiful scenery make it a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Ocean Flower Island."

"*Amazing Stay!* We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was spotless, modern, and super comfortable . The two-story layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us. The location — right across from Ocean Flower Island — was unbeatable . Special thanks to Miss Lee 🙏 for her warm hospitality and for helping us visit the island at night to enjoy the beautiful lights and the spectacular panoramic view of the island . "The view is excellent, overlooking the bay between Baimajing and Island No. 2. You can walk to the beach opposite. There are many restaurants downstairs, including a self-service hot pot for 28 yuan, a Lawson convenience store that can meet most needs, and two large supermarkets nearby. The swimming pool is the one in the residential area opposite. Its shape is similar to the one in the main picture, but it's not surrounded by sand; it's an outdoor swimming pool in the residential area. The water looked very clean, but it was a bit cold those days, so we didn't use it. There are free buses on the island, and the bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. The internet is stable. If you don't need to cook, staying for a few days is a great option."

"Because of the Yongzhou, I accidentally booked the wood blossoms, and the experience really exceeded expectations! I really like it! I saw the stone painted by the Yong, and the ring gave me a film! 😍 The housekeeper is very enthusiastic. When I first arrived, I told me carefully about the nearby places to catch the sea and take a walk. I will send detailed check-in tips for eating, drinking and having fun. I like it. For people like me who don’t like the plan, I will send a message and reply quickly. It’s not perfunctory at all. I also took a lot of photos for me. The photo technology is super good. The coconut chicken hot pot is delicious. I want to eat next time. There are handmade activities. I like to print the plants. It is very healing. Hygiene is my most satisfying point. Every corner of the room is cleaned, and the bedding smells very refreshing. The bathroom has no damp smell. The environment of the homestay is particularly comfortable, the yard is full of flowers and plants, quiet, and it is especially relaxing to sit in a daze with the wind. "The hotel location is convenient for taxis, and the front desk staff arranged a high-floor room for us, which offered a great view. The hotel is spacious, and the room was very quiet with good facilities. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering good value for money. This was our first time bringing our family to Ocean Flower Island, and the weather was fantastic. There's an ocean and a beach here, and we had a wonderful time. My elderly family members really enjoyed it."

"This stay was pretty good overall. Being on a high floor, it was genuinely quiet – no noise at all at night. Lying in bed, I could even see the sea directly, the view was absolutely amazing! The price was also very reasonable, offering fantastic value for money. The room came with a washing machine and a fridge, which was super convenient for doing laundry while traveling. The only minor complaint is that the tap water had a faint rubbery smell, and when I tried calling the front desk from the room phone, no one answered 🤔. I hope the hotel can address this soon."
