"Another enjoyable stay! I specifically returned to this hotel, and once again, housekeeper Junyan was as thoughtful and attentive as ever, providing reassuring service. This time, I booked a family room which was a great experience – clean and comfortable, and my child had a wonderful time. The entire stay was very satisfying, and I always have a great experience when I come here. This was my second stay, and this time I booked the forest-themed family room, which again provided an excellent experience. Housekeeper Junyan's service was just as thoughtful and meticulous, making communication smooth and worry-free throughout. The room was tidy and comfortable, perfect for traveling with children. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will choose this place again if I have the opportunity. Housekeeper Junyan is truly excellent!"

"The room was a real surprise! Because of the scenery and the spaciousness. From the 11th floor, you can see the unobstructed river view, the No. 2 sea crossing bridge, the sparse crowds, and the residents singing loudly. The scenery is really good, and the location is convenient. There is a large supermarket on the first floor below, and there are small restaurants nearby (the price of vegetables is a bit high). The underground floor is the parking garage, which costs 5 yuan for overnight stay. The room is very large and suitable for a family of 4. Although the room is the last room facing the corridor, it looks a bit evil, but because the door faces the window view, the evil spirit should be empty; There is a room on the left and right, both with bathrooms, convenient for bathing, and convenient for two families to live in. The kitchen is complete with microwave ovens, kettles, and refrigerators, which are very convenient to use. The overall hygiene of the house is OK, because there are not too many complicated facilities and it looks simple. There is a little smell of hexachlorobenzene in the corner of the sofa in the living room. I wonder if it is used for insecticide? You need to open more windows for ventilation; the bathroom in the master bedroom has a serious odor; and the peephole of the door is open, so you must be sure to block it yourself. There is also a half-moon-shaped hole in the smart lock of the door, which also needs to be blocked by yourself. The privacy is a little poor: you can see the living room anyway (the last picture)."

"Hainan Danzhou Resort Review | My Wonderful Stay at Hilton Ocean Flower Island🥳 I recently stayed at the Hilton Ocean Flower Island for a relaxing vacation in Danzhou, and it was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, and the security guard at the entrance was incredibly thoughtful and warm. He really embodied the simple kindness of the Hainanese people. Understanding that it's inconvenient to park and get around in the rain, he patiently guided us to a temporary spot to shelter from the rain, waiting for it to lighten up before directing us to a proper parking space. This personalized care truly reflected the warm service philosophy of a five-star hotel, and my impression was immediately boosted. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff with professionalism and composure; the process was smooth and efficient. During check-out, I encountered an exceptionally outstanding front desk employee. She had light yellow highlights in her dark hair and, from a distance, proactively looked up and acknowledged guests. Her smile was warm and generous, and she swiftly processed my room card with both hands. Her etiquette and demeanor were, without a doubt, the most standard and enthusiastic Hilton-style service I experienced during my entire stay. Her thoughtful and attentive service was a delightful surprise. Regarding dining, the buffet breakfast tasted very good, though the variety of dishes wasn't extensive. I assume this was due to it being the off-peak tourist season. The short-haired hostess and service staff in the restaurant were exceptionally well-mannered. From guiding me to my table to answering dining inquiries, they were poised and polite throughout. When I asked about directions to Twin Beach, they patiently and thoroughly explained everything. Overall, the restaurant's service level was excellent. The overall room amenities were very thoughtful. There was an emergency flashlight in the drawer, which is incredibly practical – most hotels don't provide such an item, and it's particularly useful in emergencies. However, I do have a few small suggestions: there was a noticeable stain on the room's sofa, which looked a bit out of place. I hope they can find a way to address it; perhaps look into how to clean such deep stains online. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, situated right at the entrance of Bridge No. 1 to Ocean Flower Island, making it incredibly convenient for both entering and leaving the island – a quick turn gets you off the island smoothly. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views; you can clearly see Gujing Street nearby, and Twin Beach is just a short walk away. In the distance, you can also spot the exquisite castle-style buildings, creating beautiful scenery and a strong resort atmosphere. Overall, despite a few minor flaws, the hotel is excellent. Its attentive service, prime location, and beautiful scenery make it a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Ocean Flower Island."

"The Hai Tian Mei Su Design Hotel on Hainan Ocean Flower Island boasts well-equipped rooms, from open kitchens and en-suite bathrooms to refrigerators and dining tables and chairs—everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The separate wet and dry areas and readily available hot and cold water are a thoughtful touch. The balconies offer beautiful sea views, adding to the enjoyment of your stay. However, there are some minor shortcomings that the hotel needs to address. For example, room cleanliness could be improved, and some facilities are not ideal, affecting the overall experience. We hope the hotel will continue to strengthen room management, regularly inspect and maintain facilities, ensuring that every detail meets guest expectations. Furthermore, we look forward to the hotel continuously optimizing room decor and services, such as providing more personalized decorations and thoughtful services, so that every guest feels at home and creates more wonderful memories for their Ocean Flower Island vacation."

"3-Day Trip to Danzhou I spent a long time researching on Ctrip before finally choosing this sea-view apartment. 1. The owner was extremely friendly, and the apartment was easy to find. 2. Restaurants, supermarkets, and fruit shops were all conveniently located downstairs. 3. The apartment was very clean, and the room offered a full sea view. 4. It was also very convenient to travel between Island 1 and Island 2, with a free shuttle bus. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I rarely find such a satisfactory booking on Ctrip.
