"Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!"

"The staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here."

"We booked for a group of 8 women. The location was great, it was affordable, and spacious, which was fantastic! However, be aware that the circuit breaker trips very easily. We missed out on breakfast because you have to book it by 8 PM the day before, and we forgot two days in a row, which was a shame. The hotel staff who came to help when we had an issue were also very kind. You can borrow anything you need, so you can literally show up empty-handed. This is definitely the place to stay for large groups! Thank you very much. The view from the room was also superb!"

"Clean, but the room and bathroom are a bit small (especially the sink, which is tiny). It's a bit of a walk from the monorail station. After getting off the plane with kids and luggage, it was much more convenient to just call an Uber to get to the hotel. My booking was for 2 adults and 2 children, but the customer service said it was only booked for 2 people, so we only got two sets of amenities. I still don't quite understand why, but there's a supermarket right across the street where we could buy what we needed, so it wasn't a huge deal."

"The hotel is right next to Kokusai Street, and there's a Family Mart downstairs. They change towels daily, and the rooms offer a private space. The shower rooms require a code to enter, which feels very secure. There's a washing machine for 300 Yen and a dryer for 100 Yen for 30 minutes. Laundry detergent costs 50 Yen per pod. The soundproofing isn't great, but for the price, having a private space is well worth it. There are separate male and female toilets on each floor."

"I booked a basic compact room, and if the price isn't too outrageous, I highly recommend staying here! Here's why: 1. **Room Condition**: I stayed on the 6th floor. The tram line was right behind us, but it was very quiet and didn't bother us at all. 2. **Hotel Amenities**: They provide a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, and even heated eye masks. It really feels like a hotel that cares about its guests. Plus, there's a small pool, which is quite a luxury in Japan! I've stayed in over 10 hotels in Japan, and this one definitely ranks in my top 3 overall. I paid 600-700 JPY per night. 3. **Location**: Excellent. It's convenient for getting anywhere you need to go."

"I only took family photos, so I don't have any photos of the hotel itself, but I'll try to break down the pros and cons in as much detail as possible. The pros are: It's close to the airport and on the outskirts, so it's quiet. Personally, what I liked most was that the guests were mostly Japanese families, without any crowds. They were polite and respectful, and the atmosphere was great, allowing for a comfortable stay. The hot springs and sauna are open from morning until late. There's a souvenir shop and convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient. Breakfast offers a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, but the menu is the same for all three days, so keep that in mind if you're planning on having breakfast back-to-back. The cons are: Because it's an older hotel, the facilities are old and don't feel very clean. The carpets in the guest rooms, especially the ones connected to the hallways, are obviously dirty. You have to wear shoes or slippers anywhere except on the bed, which was inconvenient. There seem to be rooms without carpet, but you'll have to look into it based on your personal preferences. The most inconvenient part of the experience was the walkway. The walkway between the main building and the annex is long, and the elevators have different floor numbers, which can be confusing (in the main building, you press the 2nd floor button, and in the annex, you press the 3rd floor button). The annex also has elevators at both ends, one for floors 1-6, the other for floors 2-12. For example, if you're in a room on the 11th floor and want to get to the first floor, you have to take the elevator on the left to the 3rd floor, then the elevator at the opposite end, and then go back to the first floor. LOL The microwave is only on the first floor, and I had a really hard time using it once. I was a bit confused as to why they made it this way. And parking is 1,800 yen per day. There's also a private parking lot right in front for 700 yen. You can just park in the annex if there's an empty space... Instead, if you park in the paid mechanical parking lot, they'll check your ticket when you enter and exit, and it takes a long time. Absolutely don't do it."

"The hotel's location, service, transportation, breakfast, and overall condition are all excellent. It's very convenient to get around using the Asahibashi corridor. On the fourth floor, outside the reception desk, there's an outdoor smoking area. Afternoon drinks and all-day tea are provided. The room itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious."

"The apartment room has a sense of age, but the level of hygiene is good! "Stayed there for 3 night and it was very comfortable and convenient (i'm not easy on hotels). Every day had room-cleaning. Size of the room is common for Japan, won't make accent on it. Everything was very smooth and calm, lovely fresh atmosphere. Space and hotel itself is not very big but very presentable and pleasant. - minus for the breakfast. For me personally, couldn't choose much to eat there — used 7/11 in 5min of walk. Stayed satisfied, and would recommend. Breakfast time was from 7:0"
