"This hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. For departures, it stops at the departure level, and for arrivals, it stops opposite Gate 7 on the arrival level. The shuttle stop is about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel doesn't provide disposable toothbrushes. It's quiet and clean, but there's nothing much to do in the immediate area. A taxi to Ferrari World cost 26 AED."

If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa .
Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai ."

"Amazing stay! Staffs are all very polite and friendly. Intensive care of each guest by remembering our names every time arriving at the hotel.
Room was facing the pool with balcony which it was really nice to have this view. The lobby was soooo beautiful and it always smells good like all other ritz Carlton.
Breakfast was good but the Doha Ritz Carlton was slightly nicer.
Very clean room and it doesn’t feel like the age of the hotel. Daily cleaning also great.
Highly recommend to try the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel. Nice food nice shisha and excellent service. We went twice during outstay. Specially shout out to Ransit he looked after us so well each time.
Right opposite of the white mosque which it was beautiful but if you are looking for loads of shops and restaurants this isn’t the case. For us we liked the quietness and we uber everywhere easily from the hotel"

"Hotel located in very quiet area in outskirts of Abu Dhabi. It's only 30 min bus ride into city or Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Bus stop is outside the hotel. We had a great stay there. Breakfast selection was good.

"Great location and excellent service. Housekeeping was daily, and they provided a bathrobe, iron, and ironing board upon request. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The breakfast selection was quite limited, but we didn't leave hungry. For fruit, they only had apples, watermelon, canned pineapple, and peaches.
The pool was small but heated.
There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby where you can get a good meal."

"The location is absolutely excellent. It's right next to the large Al Wahda Mall, and there's a Lulu Hypermarket conveniently located downstairs, so you can find anything you need and dining options are plentiful. I booked a rate including breakfast, and it was incredibly rich and varied, with Chinese, Western, Indian, Pakistani, and Arabic options, all with Chinese names on the menu! The room was spacious, cleaned promptly, very tidy, and had a great view. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance."

"The hotel is located in the old town area of Abu Dhabi. The room was quite spacious. We arrived around 8 PM and checked in quickly. We were on the twelfth floor, which offered a nice view. It was my first time seeing toilet paper folded into such a cute bow 🎀, so I took a picture. I asked for an extra duvet, but they brought two blankets instead. You have to contact the front desk to get disposable slippers; they weren't in the room initially. Overall, it was clean. There's free parking, which was very convenient. The price was much cheaper than in Dubai, yet the conditions were better and the facilities newer. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!"

XXiaogongzhudemamaI can't recommend this Shangri-La enough! The hotel is directly opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque 🕌. The evening sunset, with the mosque visible across the water, creates an absolutely breathtaking view! While I've witnessed countless sunsets in many places, this one still managed to leave a truly profound impression on me! We were traveling as a family and had booked two rooms. One room had a good view, but the other was unfortunately facing a rocky, undeveloped area. After discussing this with the front desk, the staff member, while not overtly warm, was responsive to our questions. The issue was then escalated to a manager who swiftly offered a satisfactory solution: an upgrade to a suite! The view and spaciousness of the suite were truly unbeatable! Considering the price we paid through Ctrip, it offered incredible value for money.

It offers stunning views of the eight-star Emirates Palace Hotel and the Presidential Palace, especially from the hotel's 74th-floor observation deck, which provides a beautiful 360-degree panorama of Abu Dhabi. The lobby features a high-ceiling design and live piano music in the evenings, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The large pool connects directly to the beach, with two or three restaurants conveniently located nearby, adding to the comfort.
The guest rooms are situated on higher floors and are quite spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the buildings across the way.
The service is warm and meticulous. Staff proactively greet you and are always ready to help with luggage or call a taxi. They truly strive to assist with any request you might have.
Walking to the Presidential Palace takes about 15 to 20 minutes, which was very convenient for us, being seniors.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. Highlights include fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, propolis, and a DIY chocolate skewer station, which was fantastic.
The hotel's Italian restaurant serves authentic cuisine. The pizzas, baked fresh in a stone oven, were exceptionally delicious (unaffected by the strong flavors sometimes found in Middle Eastern cuisine). We ended up dining there twice.

SSam.TOur family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel.
Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties.
On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

CCinderalla travelingWhen I booked, I thought 2500 a night was a bit pricey. But after arriving, I realized that for a five-star hotel with great facilities and environment, breakfast for two adults and one child, four days' admission to the park for three people, and free shuttle service, the value for money was actually incredible. Highly recommend it! There was also a small incident where my child left a toy on the express bus from Yas Mall back to the hotel. I didn't expect to find it, but I tried asking at the front desk. The front desk manager was super nice and kept helping to contact the bus depot. Half an hour later, it was delivered back to the hotel. That was truly amazing! It really felt like the entire system operates efficiently and orderly.

AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed 5 nights at the Hawthorn extended stay hotel. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the location. It was very easy to use the local buses and there were lots of supermarkets nearby as well as some good cheap eats and happy hour at the Tavern pub.
I am a very light sleeper and asked for a quiet room which was on 7th floor. I could still hear noise from the hotel bar but my partner slept fine.

GGuest UserBeautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great.
The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

Ttomptchung1947Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell
The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well.
The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained.
Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant.
I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival .
It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
