"The room was quite spacious and the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the free tram. The hot water was good and the room was quiet. Breakfast was also very good. They took a AUD 100 deposit via credit card, and it still hasn't been refunded a week later. The room had kitchen facilities, including pots, pans, dishes, a gas stove, and an induction cooktop, which was very convenient for cooking our own meals."

"Great overnight stay. Was in Melbourne for business. Room was equipped with all that is needed for a sole traveller. Small room but room was sufficient. Service was good. Was a little noisy, may have been elevator near by or aircon, not sure, bit manageable. Would stay again. Had a titanic feel from the decor and loved it."

"I loved the location — it’s set in a comfortable part of the Docklands with a shopping centre nearby. The room and bed were very good, providing a comfortable stay. However, my only disappointment was the cleanliness: many surfaces, including the cups, had fingerprints and grease marks, which suggested a lack of proper cleaning. I ended up cleaning them myself. That said, the staff were excellent — especially at the front desk, where they were professional, welcoming, and very helpful."

"Good: Great location near china town, trams, and attractions. Very friendly staff that is happy to help you. Easy to get to and from the airport. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Not so good: The shower open design makes it difficult to have a pleasant warm shower. Everything will get wet so make sure to get extra towels."

"This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again; check-in was super smooth. The room and bed were really small, but it's newly renovated and has everything you need, plus a nice city view from the window. The price was fantastic, and the location is super convenient – you can walk everywhere you want to go in the city. The only downside is that it's a bit close to the train tracks, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. The air conditioning kept showing errors and wasn't working very well."

"This hotel definitely deserves five stars. The location is excellent, very close to the outlet mall, so you can bring your purchases back to your room right away. And the fact that Coles is open until 11 PM really blew me away! We stayed here on our last night, so it was a brief experience, but overall, it was genuinely great. The front desk staff were super friendly, mostly Chinese, so I'm guessing they offer Chinese language service. The manager was also very nice; when we wanted to see the inside of the secret door in our room, she immediately came to unlock it for us to inspect. Our room was upgraded, probably to a balcony room, so the overall space was quite large. The design is grand and stylish, with black pinstripe frames that look fantastic. The room feels very new, and all the appliances are top-notch. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The bathroom features large marble tiles, which are incredibly expensive – I know from asking about prices when I renovated my own home. They're flawless except for the cost, so it's clear the hotel invested a lot in its decor. The shower water was very comfortable, and the toiletries were also from a good brand. It was quiet at night, which was excellent. I booked it for one night to try after seeing it recommended on Xiao Hong Shu. I booked quite late on the day, so it cost over 200 SGD, which was a bit pricier than usual."

"The location is fantastic. Most major city attractions are within walking distance, and the free tram stop is just around the corner. Australia's two main supermarkets, Coles and Woolworths, are also only a short walk away, and it's right next to the library. The room I booked came with amenities like a microwave and a kettle, which made it very convenient for heating up groceries. The room was perfectly adequate for two people. For those booking a small group tour to the Great Ocean Road via Ctrip, hotel pick-up is available. Overall, despite the room showing its age, it was perfectly sufficient and served its purpose well – definitely good value for money. Breakfast was quite good. For check-in, a basic command of English is necessary."

"Decent hotel, some odd in house policies but otherwise a nice stay.  Buffet breakfast was good with the usual bacon eggs, fruits juices coffee omelettes.  Plenty of restaurants near by hotel about 3-4 min walk around the corner near the Hoyts. Urban Brewery. Asian, Greek, delicious ice cream, kids adventure and entertainment, Woolworth and Dan’s Murphy’s are a short walk in the opposite mall as well about 2 mins with a chem warehouse. Roof top pool was lovely, with the heated spa. Nice view and it can get cold but in a hot day is lovely. I wouldn’t go swimming on the cold day. Had a free welcome drink in the sunset bar but did not have food. Did not try room service.  Check in and out was as expected. Pay $100 deposit per night, best to use CC as they charge you triple with cash deposits.  Complex across the road Also do remedial and foot massages there.  Rooms are a nice size with big bathrooms, beds are comfy. Staff seem to be friendly and smiling. Rooms We’re cleaned on time everyday. Had no issues with the room or cleanliness.  Overall nice area in the Dockland! 12 min u er to the casino and DFO south whalf mall where you get some fantastic bargains.  Dont catch taxi EVER. Uber are quick and very efficient.  Taxi wanted to charge me $95 from domestic to hotel, Uber $59 in comparison. Stay away from taxis as they rip you off."
