"I was very satisfied with the location's convenience. It's very close to the station and city center, also the Rottnest Island ferry is only about a ten-minute walk away. The front desk staff were also very friendly. On my first day, they probably saw I arrived early and was tired, so they arranged a room for me early. However, perhaps because the hotel itself is a bit old, there were some stains in the room, and the curtains weren't fully closed. I need to confirm the room's condition with the hotel to avoid being held responsible. But the bathroom was very clean, and I liked the shampoo and body wash very much. The room was also cleaned very well every day! The only thing that bothered me was the environment near the hotel. On my first day, I saw homeless people, which made me a little uneasy. Maybe can improve the appearance of the hotel to make guests feel more at ease."

"In a great location near Elizabeth Quay, and Langley park for Australia day fireworks and other events. We stayed in a Premium room with river view. It was spacious, modern and with a great shower. The view was nice, but would be great if the windows weren't so narrow. The walls were way too thin for a luxury hotel though. We could hear the conversations of the guests in the room next to us, and they woke us up when they came back to the room at 1am. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"The place was really spacious, which I loved. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very clean. It was okay that there wasn't an elevator, but since the ground floor is a bar and cafe, just like its name suggests, there was some noise. Now I understand why they provide earplugs! I personally wasn't bothered by it at all and had a great stay, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're sensitive to noise. It offers amazing value for money, and I loved that you could take as much drinking water as you wanted. Plus, you can order one complimentary beer or coffee per day, and they taste really good. I had a delicious chocolate latte with plenty of cocoa powder and whipped cream. Everyone was so friendly, so I definitely recommend it!^^~"

"Excellent hotel at excellent location for excellent price. I’ve stayed for 2 weeks and liked every day there. Big and comfortable bed, air conditioning perfectly adjustable. Hotel is quiet and clean wherever you walk, guests you notice only at lobby/breakfast area. King’s park just across the street, city center 20 minutes on foot, 20 minutes to train station. Taxi (Uber) always around and arrives within less than 5 minutes. The only thing I could say it was issue is lack of shelfs/drawers in the room to arrange 2 week clothes 😬"

"Staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge was a fantastic experience! Right upon arrival, I was greeted with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie, which was a lovely and comforting treat. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect – just a few minutes' walk from Perth Train Station, surrounded by countless restaurants and Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring. Elizabeth Quay is also not far away. The room itself was modern and clean, with comfortable bedding and quality toiletries. From the higher floors, you can even enjoy city views. The hotel offers an outdoor pool and a 24-hour gym, perfect for unwinding in your free time. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The free WiFi was also consistently stable. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't have its own dedicated parking, so you'll need to use nearby public parking. Overall, it offers great value for money, and it's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Perth!"

"We arrived at the hotel around 9am and had wanted to deposit our luggage but was told that our room  was ready and we could check in! Thanks Marcia and Marjaa-lis! The room was clean, shower pressure was good, fridge was cold  , beds were comfy and you had everything you need for a good stay. The towels could be softer though, but overall I am happy. Breakfast was nice with a good spread and coffee  and tea were were fantastic. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks Binisha and Laura for the warmth and welcoming smiles. See ya soon!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. The location was very convenient, especially for getting around the CBD—everything was close and easily accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space after a long day. I also enjoyed the buffet food; the variety and quality were satisfying. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider returning"

"The location is really convenient, very close to many tour meeting points and major five-star hotels. It's also near the beach and the mint! The service was great, quick and efficient! I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews, but it turned out to be much better than expected. The dining table was nice, even though we didn't use the kitchen. There's a small balcony with excellent light."

"The hotel is surrounded by a ton of food options, from Asian and Western to international cuisine. It's super convenient for dining. There are also public parking spots available outside the hotel. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to Perth Station, so the location is really good. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. If you book the most economical room type, you might not be able to fully open a large suitcase. However, it's still excellent value for money."

"We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!"
