"Nice hotel, rooms were true to the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. 20min walk to the cbd but plenty of food options and a few shops within 5 mins.
One minor thing but it can’t exactly be changed is that the toilet was too close to the wall. Could have placed them more into the room or even rotated it and had it central looking into the bathroom and it would have given the space needed when sitting."

"Quest is a nice and clean service apt with good location however, I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience on the last day when I checked out.
I had booked via Trip and had fully prepaid for the stay but hotel staff, Pablo, informed me curtly that the stay has not been paid. He threatened that the cost will be deducted against my security deposit if the hotel does not receive the payment.
This is an issue between Trip and the hotel but I am being harassed for the supposed non-payment. Pablo was extremely rude and condescending and marred the whole service experience."

"Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of CBD, close to shopping, dining, attractions and public transports. A heritage building with a pub/ cafe downstairs and accommodation upstairs. I enjoy the old fashions of the decor, wooden staircases and small rooftop garden. Thanks for upgrading my room to a Queen size bed room with a window facing the street. Generally is clean and tidy. Service is good. Thanks to Mark and all other Receptionists, they were friendly and helpful."

"Had a wonderful stay at this property.
The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall.
The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent.
Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor.
It is a good choice for Perth travel.
But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!...
I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked.

"The hotel is not far from Jay Chou's Blue House, facing Kings Park, with a good environment, new interior decoration, clean and sanitary, and a parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for parking. There is a small restaurant in the hotel. I haven't eaten there, but it looks neat and clean. You can have breakfast here when you are in a hurry."

"All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and classy. I love the beautiful interior colour and design, sofa and bed. Both the sofa and bed were very comfortable. It is very comfortable to sit on the sofa and have the food which was delivered by the in room dining service. Both the room and the toilet are very spacious and luxurious. Toilet interior is very classy with the marble finishing. I love Pan Pacific's Jo Love's Mango Thai Lime toiletries (body lotion, body wash and hand wash). I have to admit that I fell in love with the smell. It was so rejuvenating whenever I smelled it . Pan Pacific Perth's Hainanese Chicken Rice and Red Snapper dishes were so tasty. Overall, my stay in Pan Pacific Perth was a very comfortable and memorable one. I will stay in Pan Pacific Perth next time. I would like to thank the hotel for creating a very pleasant memory for me."

"Checking in was a breeze even when we reached the hotel at night due to flight timing. There was a free upgrade of room which was a pleasant surprise. Room service every morning was impeccable. Place was clean and staff were courteous. Of course, location was fantastic, within walking distance from 2 train stations."

"I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Yagan Square and Perth Train Station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities, including a 24-hour Chinese restaurant that serves really good food. "Close to CBD, and easy to take neighboring free buses. The building is a little of age. People are nice both in the front desk and service sector.
One thing I do not understand is that the genitor knocked my door every morning before 9, just to ensure if I need my room clean.
The food was good at the lobby restaurant. I had salmon dish."

"The environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space"

CCharm-Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing.
Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent
Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc
Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room.
Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter.
Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

GGuest UserThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

MM40929****Great location, right next to the pedestrian street. Lots of food options nearby, and it's close to the beach. They have a 24-hour front desk and three fast elevators. There's a kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, two pots, a knife, and a cutting board, so you can cook your own meals. The cleanliness was just okay; they didn't come to clean during my three-day stay. I'm not sure what the two plastic sheets on the toilet seat were for; I'd need to sanitize it before feeling comfortable using it. There's also a 1 yuan deposit, and I'm not sure when I'll get it back.

Service excellent, gym and pool quite reasonable.
Not 5 star room wise, more along the country comfort motel style but reasonable, with poor soundproofing and cheap interior.
Restaurant quite good and staff excellent, breakfast the same as most, bacon eggs and a few extras etc.
Not outstanding by any stretch but a comfortable stay.

Can buy Day rider pass from train station on weekdays and Family rider on weekends only which is more value as it is for 2 person for the price of 1 and usable on all train, bus and even trans Perth ferry to Mends street from Elizabeth Quay.
Hotel is walkable from train station and most of the attractions is nearby the hotel.
Hotel is clean with simple breakfast. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.
