"1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros. 2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast. 3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory."

"Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on. My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes). Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time"

"I was looking for a hotel for one night because I made a mistake on the flight day I have to stay in Airbnb after I have been close. But because of this. Found this good hotel. How good is it? The location is a tourist area that seems to be very European Though I don't know the canals or the river There are many bars and restaurants on both sides. There's another morning-to-night market on Saturday. Very lively Hotel location is very close to Metro This Metro station is also very convenient for other tourist spots. The taxi is also close. The hotel staff is very polite Good English Easy to communicate Room design is complete Breakfast is a lot of choices (compared to many Milan hotels) There is a very complete Supermarket opposite the hotel. "Conveniently located near the Metro, and just a 15mins walk away from Duomo area. The hotel is also located along the main street, near supermarket and restaurants. The rooms are immaculate, and I had a wonderful stay over 3 consecutive nights. We had some teething issues, but the hotel receptionist attended to us immediately and resolved the issue very promptly. We are extremely pleased with the service that was provided, and will definitely recommend this hotel to any one who visits Milano."

"About 700m walk from Milan Central Train Station. Subway station is just at the side of the hotel, which makes it convenient to commute to major attractions. Breakfast is good with sufficient variety for a start of the day. Coffee is a plus. Mattress is averagely good. Gym room is small. In conclusion, a business hotel upto 4 star standard, good for travellers that use Milan as a hub and need frequent use of train services daily to elsewhere."

"The worst hotel on this trip! Barely one! The hotel room is completely different from the one in the picture. Even the international student who sent us said that it was just like a homestay. It was good to occupy a location~ The room I booked has a carved wall and an external balcony in the picture~ It is completely different from my room. I went to the hotel front desk to ask about this issue. The front desk said that these are all display pictures. I said, but I showed you the room picture on my order, not the picture on the hotel introduction page. Then he contacted me and told me that the room in the picture on my order was occupied and he could give me another one. So he looked at the picture at my request. I was planning to change it.
