"This is a hotel that I will definitely come back to. I am very glad that I chose Yunsong among many Aranya hotels. It was worth the trip. There are many hotels with good hardware strength, but the service of this hotel is really comfortable and reassuring, which is really rare. In terms of basic services, during our stay, all our meals and travel were arranged by the hotel, with good recommendations and timely responses. Let me talk about a few small things that made us feel very warm during our stay. The first thing was that it happened to be my husband and I’s wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel did not bring out pre-made products, but made fresh cakes for us. I have eaten welcome or anniversary cakes in many hotels, but the high level and good quality of the desserts at Yunsong Hotel are what I am willing to pay for. It is definitely not inferior to any high-end dessert shop in Beijing, leaving us with very good memories. The second thing was that there was a slight bulge on the door leaf of the hotel’s shuttle bus. My husband accidentally bumped his leg when he got on the bus, and he said something casually after getting on the bus. Less than ten minutes after we returned to the hotel, the waiter knocked on the door and brought Yunnan Baiyao, saying that the waiter went to the pharmacy to buy it after seeing my husband hit. Fortunately, the medicine was applied in time, and the swelling subsided the next day. The third thing was that it was a little rainy on the second day of check-in. After dinner, we thought it was just right to avoid the rain, so we went to Liangzi for a massage. After the massage, we found that the hotel sent a message to remind us that it was raining heavily outside, but seeing that we had not returned to the hotel yet, they were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to return to the hotel without an umbrella, and asked us if we needed to send a car to pick us up. It was already more than eleven o'clock in the evening, but the hotel still sent a car immediately. A few minutes later, the car arrived and we went out and found that it was raining heavily. The hotel staff brought two oversized umbrellas and protected us all the way to the car, so that we returned to the hotel safely without getting a drop of rain in such a heavy rain. "I kept hearing about the new Lanxi opening and wanted to check it out, but it turns out I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. **Location:** It's in Phase 10, not in the main resort area. It takes about 30 minutes to walk there from the beach. **Parking:** There aren't many parking spots next to the hotel, and the signs are unclear. I had to drive all the way around to get to the lobby, only to find out later that I could have just walked through the Sea Restaurant. **Note⚠️:** You *can* drive to the main resort area, but it's not free!!! **[No one informed me of this during check-in.]** **Room & Environment:** The sea view was decent. However, there were mold spots on the walls in the room, and the balcony door was broken; it needed an engineer to fix it. The fixed showerhead in the bathroom sprayed water in various directions, and the water pressure was low. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear the strong sea breeze outside in the middle of the night and even the sound of toilets flushing in surrounding rooms. **Shuttle Bus:** To go from the hotel to the main resort area, just wait for the bus at the hotel entrance. To return to the hotel from the main resort area, you need to contact your butler to arrange a car. **Sea Restaurant:** This was the only restaurant available near the hotel. The cashier lady's service was good. The overall food quality was not good and couldn't compare to the restaurants in the main resort area. I saw a restaurant manager (perhaps) asking for feedback from diners. I thought they would ask everyone (there weren't many tables occupied at the time), but they clearly only asked the property owners. Perhaps the opinions of hotel guests aren't considered important. **Conclusion:** For this price point, if you want a sea view, stay at Club Med. If you want convenience, stay at Anlan. You can even park for free in the main resort area. This place truly isn't good value for money."

The rooms facing east offer stunning sea views, while the west-facing rooms are Loft style. I was initially worried about noise, but after staying for two nights, it was fine. I booked a room with breakfast, and there's a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, which was convenient as it saved us a trip to the canteen. The hotel provides free shuttle service for transfers, and the room came with complimentary fruit and various beverages – a very thoughtful touch. If you don't manage to get a sea view room, you can still catch the sunrise from the public terrace on the second floor. A special shout-out to our butler, she was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service – a definite plus! "8位大人，1個孩子入住。 （一）預訂。和房東很充分地交流了房子的情況和我們具體的需求，一一解答，溝通很順暢。 （二）到達。阿那亞整體管理還算不錯，入住民宿需要在園區外面辦理手續，之後擺渡車送進園區。這一點需要提前有思想準備，特別是長者孩子，都需要排隊。不過，遇到特殊情況，也可以和前台辦入住的地方申請開車入園，有時也是可以申請到的。我們因為有長者行動不便，因此服務人員也幫忙辦了一輛車入園，很配合。這樣會方便很多。 （三）房間位置。房東知道我們有長者，於是幫我們安排了四期南的房子，距離西門和停車場都不遠，距離小鎮中心也很方便。園區很大，建議大家入住前還是溝通好房間的大致位置，這一點還挺重要的。 （四）房間情況。獨門獨院， 4室3衞，一層有一間卧室和洗手間，方便長者。二樓三間卧室，兩個洗手間，一家人入住的話，還算方便。三層有閣樓，天氣熱閣樓基本上沒去。房子獨門獨院，上午長者在院子裏乘涼聊天，很愜意。 （五）屋內設施。房子裏面有基本餐具杯子、電熱水壺、洗漱用品、防蚊液、籃球、小摺疊自行車、書籍，還有野營推車。總體夠用。入住時還送了一箱玫瑰香葡萄，我們全家一起，很快就吃完了哈。唯一一點提醒的是房子的熱水，如果幾個衞生間同時洗澡，肯定是供應不上的，建議分時哈。 （六）園區餐飲。房間不提供餐食，但園區內配套非常全。建議自己帶些喜歡吃的東西和酒水，其他可以在園區內點外賣或者外食，都完全沒問題。 （七）整體感受。總體來説，非常滿意，很愉快的週末。房子很舒服，房東也很好。全程僅僅在統一辦理入住時有些感受不便，其他都很好。這個週末趕上戲劇節，園區人挺多，看短視頻有很多明星都在，同時也不期而遇了好朋友，很歡快，很滿意的一次旅行。 希望下次冬天再來感受一下。"
