"This was my first time visiting Aranya, and the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew I'd made the right choice. First off, the environment is very new and the design is super modern. Every single staff member, including the housekeeping team, was incredibly friendly to guests, which made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all very polite and helped answer all my questions. They also offer a shuttle service within the hotel. You can contact the hotel for a ride anywhere in Aranya. I didn't think much of it until I saw people waiting at designated stops for the Aranya shuttle – that's when I truly appreciated how convenient the hotel's shuttle service is. There's also a DECK Bistro & Bar in the lobby. The manager there had a very friendly and gentle demeanor; he's handsome and incredibly nice. The boss should definitely give him a raise! Visiting Aranya is either a 'never' or a 'hundred times' experience. Next time, I'm definitely booking Noa again!"

"We checked in to the giraffe interactive area, but we arrived late and parked far away. Check-in was smooth, with facial recognition and easy access via facial recognition, which was very convenient. Grapes and peaches were provided as welcome fruit. We checked in at 3:00 PM, just in time for the giraffe interaction, which ended at 5:00 PM. There were many performances, and I highly recommend Animal Broadway, Dr. Octopus's Secret Laboratory (110 tickets per show, requiring two hours' notice; for a good viewing experience, it's best to queue 40 minutes in advance), Light Up the Fishing Fields, and Thousands of People Sing-Along (the atmosphere was great, and you could get a free atmosphere stick). For the interactive feeding of the raccoons, I highly recommend the small animal area. The manta ray interaction was also very good, and my children loved it. There are many water activities, so be prepared with clothing and equipment. Bring disposable towels, and wearing flip-flops is recommended."

"This was the most satisfying Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Aranya is a perfect balance of tranquility and activity. There were playgrounds for children both in front of and behind the rooms, and the kids had a blast. The owner's canteen served delicious and reasonably priced food, which my parents and children enjoyed. We even found the pizza place we'd been craving in the Phase 9 commercial street – a taste we hadn't had in ages! This time, we had four adults and one child with us. We booked a two-bedroom room. The bedding and amenities were of good quality, and the room was very quiet. Even though the outdoor temperature wasn't high during the Qingming Festival, the room was warm and cozy. The housekeeper and staff were very welcoming and provided timely tips and reminders. We were extremely satisfied."

I personally adore this kind of atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle. Drinking tea, meditating, reading – immersing myself in relaxation was incredibly comfortable. But my family found it too remote and inconvenient, and they'd head to the main park as soon as it was bright out 😂. If you love peace and solitude, go for it. If you like excitement, shopping, and dining, weigh your options carefully (actually, the shuttle service is very convenient, it just gives a different impression). 🌿 Environment | Elegant Zen, a Vibe That Struck a Chord with Me The overall environment really resonated with me! "I genuinely feel this is one of the best hotels, if not the best, in the Beidaihe area. **Resort Layout:** It's a self-contained resort located south of Aranya, boasting a private beach. What's more, it features its own picturesque lake and mountain scenery within the resort, along with a complete 'town' area offering various amenities. The lake views are absolutely stunning, on par with the sea views, which are just a short walk away. The resort includes an InterContinental Indigo Hotel, offering a variety of rooms and private hot spring suites (akin to stacked villas). There's also the more budget-friendly Rushi Apartments. Apparently, a new high-end hotel is under construction and should be ready for occupancy by summer. Additionally, the resort is equipped with various restaurants and entertainment venues. While not as extensive as Aranya, its main advantage is fewer crowds. For shorter stays, it's perfectly sufficient. **Transportation:** Driving to the resort requires parking in one of the main parking areas: near the hotel lobby, Rushi Restaurant/private hot spring suites, or the town's dining area (closer to the beach). Notably, the resort has ample parking spaces and charging stations, including both fast and slow chargers. This is incredibly convenient and distributed across different parking zones to meet the needs of guests in various areas, making it extremely friendly for electric vehicle users traveling from Beijing. Furthermore, there are electric shuttle carts that run every ten minutes, very punctually and conveniently, and both people and dogs are welcome aboard. The resort also offers rentals for bicycles, parent-child bikes, pet bikes, and even electric bikes, catering to everyone from kids to seniors, including pets. **Amenities & Services:** The hotel offers excellent spa, yoga, and sound bath healing services/classes. The spa rooms are very spacious, with meticulous facilities. All toiletries are from POLA (Japan), and sound bath therapy is fully equipped. The yoga and dedicated sound bath healing classes have a wonderful environment, and the instructors are excellent. These are definite highlights of the hotel. There are also kayaking and various other water sports available. During the Qingming Festival, it wasn't quite warm enough, so more indoor activities and kayaking were observed. **Room Facilities:** The hotel facilities are very new, and the design in all areas is well thought out. The lake-view private hot spring rooms are fantastic; they're small suites with beautiful views outside the window, and you can also soak in a bath within the room. The ground floor has a small courtyard, and the second floor has a small balcony. **Hotel Service:** The hotel service is excellent and very professional. Staff actively inquire about guests' stay experience and various needs, almost always accommodating requests. **Pros:** The biggest impression is the tranquility. Compared to the bustling crowds of Aranya, it's a much more pleasant experience. You can genuinely stroll around the scenic area quietly with your kids and dogs, watching the sunrise and sunset, and gazing at the starry sky (the hotel provides detailed information on sunrise/sunset times and locations, and both the lake and sea are perfect for stargazing). **Areas for Improvement:** The breakfast is quite ordinary, and the number of good restaurants within the resort is limited. There's room to improve the variety and quality of breakfast, and perhaps attract more high-quality restaurants. In summary, it's a worthwhile and honest hotel that I'd happily revisit."

The rooms facing east offer stunning sea views, while the west-facing rooms are Loft style. I was initially worried about noise, but after staying for two nights, it was fine. I booked a room with breakfast, and there's a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, which was convenient as it saved us a trip to the canteen. The hotel provides free shuttle service for transfers, and the room came with complimentary fruit and various beverages – a very thoughtful touch. If you don't manage to get a sea view room, you can still catch the sunrise from the public terrace on the second floor. A special shout-out to our butler, she was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service – a definite plus! I've stayed in B&Bs in the park twice before, but this hotel experience was great, particularly due to the meticulous service."

"The room was incredibly spacious. The special drink at the front desk was delicious, and it was fun to DIY cocktails in the room, even if my first attempt tasted awful, haha. The hotel's location is very quiet; even the seagulls choose to stop and rest here. The architecture has a beautiful, linear aesthetic. Carson provided excellent service, and I kept thanking him. The food at the sea-view restaurant was also quite good, and they had my favorite soup. If I'm in China next spring, I'll definitely come back to Aranya and choose The Azure again. "This is a hotel that I will definitely come back to. I am very glad that I chose Yunsong among many Aranya hotels. It was worth the trip. There are many hotels with good hardware strength, but the service of this hotel is really comfortable and reassuring, which is really rare. In terms of basic services, during our stay, all our meals and travel were arranged by the hotel, with good recommendations and timely responses. Let me talk about a few small things that made us feel very warm during our stay. The first thing was that it happened to be my husband and I’s wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel did not bring out pre-made products, but made fresh cakes for us. I have eaten welcome or anniversary cakes in many hotels, but the high level and good quality of the desserts at Yunsong Hotel are what I am willing to pay for. It is definitely not inferior to any high-end dessert shop in Beijing, leaving us with very good memories. The second thing was that there was a slight bulge on the door leaf of the hotel’s shuttle bus. My husband accidentally bumped his leg when he got on the bus, and he said something casually after getting on the bus. Less than ten minutes after we returned to the hotel, the waiter knocked on the door and brought Yunnan Baiyao, saying that the waiter went to the pharmacy to buy it after seeing my husband hit. Fortunately, the medicine was applied in time, and the swelling subsided the next day. The third thing was that it was a little rainy on the second day of check-in. After dinner, we thought it was just right to avoid the rain, so we went to Liangzi for a massage. After the massage, we found that the hotel sent a message to remind us that it was raining heavily outside, but seeing that we had not returned to the hotel yet, they were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to return to the hotel without an umbrella, and asked us if we needed to send a car to pick us up. It was already more than eleven o'clock in the evening, but the hotel still sent a car immediately. A few minutes later, the car arrived and we went out and found that it was raining heavily. The hotel staff brought two oversized umbrellas and protected us all the way to the car, so that we returned to the hotel safely without getting a drop of rain in such a heavy rain. Although it was not a big deal, I could feel that the hotel was paying attention to the safety and comfort of every guest. "I’ve had Anlan Hotel on my radar for years, and I finally got to visit! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Aranya, making it super convenient to get around. The in-room amenities are also great, and the snacks were delicious. My only minor gripe is that the water pressure in the faucet wasn't very strong, but that's a small detail. What truly stands out, though, is the incredible service throughout the entire Aranya resort. It truly makes you feel at home. Every staff member across all departments at the hotel provided service with a smile and a patient demeanor. The Guest Relations department, in particular, is the best, most prompt, and most thoughtful I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. Even in the current market, they always respond immediately and provide comprehensive care and assistance to guests. They truly embody the idea that service is the primary productive force. "The room had a sea view with Shaun the Sheep decor, which my child absolutely loved. We could even watch the sea from the balcony. They provided a children's toilet, and kid-sized toiletries and slippers. The restaurant food was quite good, and there's a kids' play area. The hotel has its own lawn and a private beach. Both the lawn and the sea were very clean, and there were many water activities available. We came the weekend before May Day, and even the speedboat rides were already running."
