"Just got back from a vacation at Yutian Qilihai, and I have to give it a rave review! Traveling with kids this time, I was most worried about the service and the kids' enjoyment, but it completely exceeded my expectations! First, the service: It truly made us feel at home! From check-in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful, answering every question with remarkable efficiency. The housekeeper even added me on WeChat ahead of time to let me know what to do. And finally, the kids' water fun: This is a dream destination for water lovers! Our little water monster had a blast! The resort has so many water activities: various courtyard pools, a giraffe 🦒 water village, and the kids had plenty to do all day without having to go to the island. The water seemed clean, and the lifeguards were very responsible and on duty, making it reassuring for parents to watch over them. The kids played from morning till night, and couldn't be pulled away. I probably even dreamed of paddling in the water! The fireworks during the fireworks festival were also amazing. Summary: If you're a family with children, especially one with a water-loving child, Yutian Qilihai Resort is definitely worth a visit! The attentive service is worry-free, and the water park is large and fun enough for kids to let loose while adults can relax and enjoy their vacation. We're already planning a return trip! "The room was generally clean. The bathroom had a 'caution hot water' sign, but the white font wasn't very noticeable; I'd suggest changing the font color. From the room to the kitchen and then to the balcony, the entire place felt just like home. What I loved most was the incredibly comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the kitchen auntie and other staff members were also incredibly friendly. Since I was the last one to have breakfast, I felt quite pampered. Overall, I had a great stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, big and small!"

"I was very satisfied with the service. I added the butler, Mona, on WeChat, and she was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The hygiene was decent, and the hotel environment was spacious. We booked a standard room but got upgraded to a family room, a Peppa Pig themed one! I was very happy with the location because my friend lives in a guesthouse in Aranya Phase 4. Since there wasn't enough space there, I stayed at this hotel with my child. It was less than a ten-minute walk to my friend's place. My name was registered under my friend's guesthouse, which made entering and exiting Aranya very convenient."

"With a ten-month-old baby, we were extremely careful when choosing a hotel. The family room at yinplus was absolutely fantastic! The unbeatable panoramic sea view meant we could watch the sunrise right from our beds – everyone knows that joy. The moment we walked in and saw the sea view from the living room, all my worries just melted away. Even more impressive than the superb facilities was the warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive service. Compared to the bustling South Shore city center, I much prefer the tranquility of Phase 7, and yinplus gave me the confidence to choose it, thanks to their well-established shuttle service. Due to the strong winds by the sea these past few days, we called for the shuttle almost every time we left the room, except for going to the cafeteria. Both the front desk staff and our butler were incredibly responsive and never seemed bothered by our frequent requests for rides. Every day, our room had a fresh flower arrangement, a fresh fruit platter, and a restocked mini-bar. Most importantly, our family of four drinks an incredible amount of water, and they were so generous, constantly replenishing our supply [crying emoji]. They thoughtfully installed bed rails for us, and even though our child is very young, they provided a kids' toiletries set – truly super detailed. I really want to extend my heartfelt thanks to every staff member at the hotel 🙏. 90% of the credit for this perfect trip goes to the hotel!!"

"When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well."

Getting around was super convenient, with a dedicated shuttle service for hotel guests. A hotel staff member even came to our room to help inflate our child's swimming ring ❤️ The front desk staff also kindly helped us print some papers ❤️ They even managed to find and mail back a toy our child had lost! ❤️ The hotel's attention to detail is truly amazing. Things like borrowing sand toys and free drinks and ice 🧊 were wonderful bonuses 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 These value-added services are something you just don't get at B&Bs! 👍"

"I stayed for one night, thinking this would be my go-to hotel for future visits. The service was so good, I was almost sad to leave! It's right across from the ocean, and much less crowded than the auditorium area. There's a small room on the second floor perfect for watching the sunrise, and the view is absolutely stunning. Downstairs, you'll find a coffee shop and restaurant. They offer free and enthusiastic pick-up and drop-off services for wherever you need to go, which was a huge plus! 🫶 (I'm not a shill, I promise. I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. And no, I didn't get anything for this review 🫶)"

"My love for Rushihai has grown even stronger. Before my trip, I called and got in touch, and they meticulously arranged everything from location and vehicle information to activity registration, room selection, and other check-in procedures. After checking in, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast and staff registration. At check-out, they even helped with the payment process. The whole experience was incredibly detailed and attentive, with quick responses and extremely proper arrangements for everything. The park facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's lawn everywhere you look. The beach and sea are spotless, and each visit brings new artistic sculptures, making it perfect for photos. It's very pet-friendly, with a well-designed pet park area and well-maintained facilities. I can't wait to come back to Rushihai soon!"
