We arrived quite early, and the front desk not only helped us check in ahead of time but also upgraded our room. The room was very comfortable and suitable for a longer stay. Plus, the breakfast was excellent. It's a shame the pool wasn't open yet, otherwise, we would have loved to try it out."

"We traveled as a family with kids and booked a twin room. It was quite spacious and well-equipped. The environment was clean and pleasant, and we even had a garden view from our room. The hotel has its own hot spring, beach, and various recreational facilities, which the kids absolutely loved. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I'd like to specially commend the service – the parking attendants, front desk staff, and other service staff were all very warm and polite. They were happy to answer any questions we had, and even helped us find answers from other colleagues if they didn't know themselves, making our stay very comfortable. It was a really good travel experience."
