"The service was quite good; my water bottle went missing but they found and couriered it to me. The room was average, and the value for money was just okay. Breakfast was also average. Compared to the hotels I stayed at earlier in my tour, this one was more expensive but the facilities weren't as good. However, hotel prices around Fuxian Lake do go up during the summer holidays, and the Chengjiang Fossil Natural Museum was very crowded."

"The environment - The view from the lakeside room truly is stunning. If you're lucky enough to visit on a clear day, you can enjoy panoramic views of Fuxian Lake right from your room.
Facilities - The room facilities are comprehensive. On the first day, the showerhead made a strange noise, but it was fixed quite promptly. The 24-hour gym, accessible with your room card, is a thoughtful touch. The indoor kids' play area is a bit small and not really suitable for a 6-year-old, so my child barely played there.
Hygiene - No complaints, definitely up to standard.
Dining - My only minor gripe is with the buffet dinner. For two nights, not a single dish changed, and there was no Chinese food section. There was also no salad at dinner, which was quite odd. However, the desserts were very abundant, and some of the dishes tasted pretty good.
Overall, I would still recommend staying here when visiting Fuxian Lake."

"Facilities: The mattress was incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully for all three nights. The shower room design showed great attention to detail, with the controls placed far from the showerhead. All three showerheads could be turned on simultaneously, making it feel like showering in a waterfall.
Ambiance: This was absolutely unbeatable. The landscape design was incredible, truly a different view at every turn. Located right on Fuxian Lake, it was perfect for photos. A five-minute drive up the mountain at night offered views of the Milky Way, and I was lucky enough to catch a meteor shower during my stay.
Service: This was the only somewhat disappointing aspect of the hotel, starting with the food. The breakfast menu didn't change for three days; not a single dish was different. I basically filled up on eggs and noodles every day. The buffet dinner was also just average. The buffet was really poor value for money; you'd honestly be better off ordering à la carte at the Chinese restaurant next door. The Chinese restaurant's food was fantastic; I ate there three times and every dish was a delightful surprise, exceeding expectations. The most inadequate part of the hotel's service was that, for a resort costing over a thousand yuan a night, many rooms faced a construction site. Why wasn't this disclosed when booking? They only mentioned it during check-in. The room felt dusty as soon as I entered, and it almost ruined my vacation mood on the first day. Thankfully, they eventually moved me to a different room."

The room has a large balcony paddling pool, and the children have a great time. The boss is a real person. When I left, he took the initiative to refund me the money, saying that I booked early, and later they adjusted the price, so they refunded the excess money to me."

In fact, I have always preferred staying in hotels because many B&Bs are scams. There are countless B&Bs with similar hotel quality but located in beautiful scenery... But I didn't make any mistakes this time! The actual check-in experience is very good, with thoughtful decoration. The room quality is very satisfactory to the children and family. It is clean and cozy. The view overlooking the mountains and the distance gives you a full sense of vacation. It is a quiet place in the bustling Spring Festival! ! Very satisfied! Guest UserEvery detail of the homestay reflects the taste of the store and the online aesthetic, which is amazing! The service was super intimate, and the little girl took the initiative to help us carry the box. Breakfast is awesome! The rice noodles are delicious 😋, and the homemade snacks are really fragrant. The location is in the middle, in Guanglong Town, it is convenient to go to Ruichong Park, Star Fish Cave, Fossil Museum, Sun Bay, and Sakura Valley. I guess the boss is doing art. On May 16, there is Guiyi music playing 🎶 Unfortunately, we are going back to Kunming. Have the opportunity to come to Fuxian Lake and live in his house!

My friend selected the hotel based on the reviews. The quality is really extraordinary. I like the decoration style of their bathroom very much. The tiles are also marble blue, which I like. The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appoin**ent with the housekeeper in advance. Whether it is to go to the foot of the mountain to eat fish or to the lakeside beach and plank road, it is very convenient. 📍Excellent location: Whether it is attractions, food or transportation, it is very convenient, especially the lakeside is within walking distance, the surrounding is quiet and romantic, and it is super pleasant to take a walk at night~
🎨Full of design sense: From the lobby to the room, every detail is full of artistic sense! Log style + minimalist design, you can't stop taking pictures at all, even the lighting is full of atmosphere, it is completely in line with my aesthetic point!
💁Service is so considerate: The boss is gentle and enthusiastic, communicates needs in advance, and recommends super niche local ways to play! The room supplies are all high-end brands, even disposable toilet covers are ready, it's really as warm as going home~
The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious
I have recommended it to all my friends, and I will definitely go there again next time I travel! 🔥

Guest User1. The two young ladies provided very good service, were warm and thoughtful, helped carry the suitcases, and even packed away iced coffee after check-out.
2. The view from the room is pretty good, but compared to the Hilton, it is still blocked (the circular building in front).
3. Hygiene is acceptable; afternoon tea is delicious.
4. The location is relatively remote, but luckily you can drive by yourself.
5. What I want to complain about the most is the breakfast. It is too terrible. The variety is the same every day. The snacks are steamed and hot frozen food. It is not worth the price of 1,611 nights. The next day I accidentally discovered mold spots (two) under the dim sum, but was explained that it was due to contact with other ingredients. In fact, just saying sorry is fine, and no additional services are needed, but this explanation makes people quite uncomfortable.
6. Overall, it’s a good experience. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast deserves improvement.

A perfect score for this hotel! The overall experience was impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive, handling any needs efficiently and worry-free. The hotel is newly renovated with a stylish design and high-quality materials. Most importantly, there was absolutely no unpleasant odor throughout the room, making it a very safe and comfortable stay for families with children. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with soft bedding and a clean, bright space. We were pleasantly surprised when they helped decorate for our family's birthday. The restaurant window view was beautiful and photogenic, making breakfast a very pleasant experience. What impressed us most was the cute and functional mini combs provided with the vanity. Several of us checked out and everyone took one home – such thoughtful details! A top choice for family trips, we'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel has generously reserved space for the common areas, which are beautifully designed and well-maintained, making it easy to take stylish and beautiful photos. The rooms are a bit small, but very unique, and the amenities are all from Appelles. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

The decoration of the hotel is very unique and full of literary style. The boss is kind and enthusiastic, and he helped us recommend the route. In addition, our car ran out of power this morning and couldn't start. The boss helped to contact the master to start the car, and he didn't charge any fees. Otherwise, I really don't know what to do in an unfamiliar place. There is also the Lao Shuai Kitchen Restaurant next to the inn, which you must try. I ate two meals, the dishes were delicious, and the boss's family was also very enthusiastic. When traveling, you should find such a caring inn with good service. You can stay at ease.

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
