I live on the 9th floor. The staff of this B&B hotel are very friendly and answer all questions. The hotel is easy to find. I can buy a car on site at the passenger terminal opposite Kunming South Station. The ticket costs 50 yuan to go directly to Moon Bay Wetland Park. It takes 5 minutes to get off the car and reach the hotel. We also upgraded to a half-side lake view room. You can enjoy the lake view of Fuxian Lake without leaving the room. There are many restaurants around, and there is one underground room in the hotel. There are snack bars all over the floor, so you don’t have to worry about breakfast, lunch and dinner. You don’t need to order breakfast at the hotel. The bus is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. 環境：位置優越，在小灣村山頂，周圍有很多網紅咖啡廳，走路幾分鐘就到，很多人上來看日落，山下也有很多吃飯的地方。喜歡他家的花園，正如多蘿西的名字一樣，整個民宿充滿歐式童話色彩。衞生：每天打掃很乾凈，房間佈置温馨整潔，當然鄉村民宿免不了有小蟲小壁虎，這是正常的，孩子還挺喜歡。服務：服務很好，因為窩訂的大床房，小妹見到我們孩子，主動給我們升級了親子房，還幫我們把那麼重的行李箱提上四樓。每天都有果盤和熱牛奶，讓人感到温暖。設施：床品和裝潢都很舒適，衹是提一點建議，屋頂露台和二樓露台可以重新翻新打造一下，看風景很好，衹是現在可能少有人去，沒有配套休閑設施。小小提醒：因為處在網紅民宿街，晚上可能會遇到搞活動的民宿，有喧鬧，我們有一晚就遇到旁邊一棟民宿幾個人搞個分享會，晚上11點過還拿着話筒公放講話，面對面説是聽不見嗎？很奇怪。這和本民宿無關，是整個環境的問題，如果習慣安靜早睡的人需要注意。

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled. Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good. Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room. Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
