The room decor is simple yet elegant, with great natural light and a comfortable view from the balcony. The cleanliness was impeccable, even for germaphobes like me. Service was prompt and friendly, and the breakfast offered a rich selection. It's truly great value for money. Just quietly gazing at the lake view and unwinding, the vacation vibe was absolutely perfect. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Fuxian Lake."

"During the Spring Festival, all hotels were full, and I searched this homestay by fate, which exceeded expectations! In the overcrowded tourist destination, it is like a quiet harbor, especially everyone's staff here. The little brother at the front desk is very attentive and gentle, and responds to every request you have, just like family. There is also the sister who prepared breakfast. I ate Yuanbao on the first day and specially prepared millet porridge for us... Many details are very warm, so I don’t lift one by one. The staff here is not completing the work, but like family members. The Spring Festival is here for the New Year. Feeling at home.
Let's talk about the hardware facilities. The room not only has a sense of design, but also has a good sense of use. The details are in place. The designer must have been attentive and must have a life.
We can walk 5 minutes to the lake, we fed the seagulls at 8 am (the seagull dam did not feed too many people, no one is rushing to feed you). Don't go in the afternoon, it's best to go early in the morning, remember to bring bread.
We also saw the dragon dance team at the moment we opened the window, and it was really a surprise everywhere.

"Very suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. "The last stop of our trip to Yunnan was Fuxian Lake. Choosing Guanglong Town to stay was a very good decision, and choosing this hotel to stay was even better. After the summer vacation, it is considered a small off-season, and the town is quiet and leisurely. Although the room is not very large, it is well designed and the bathroom is separated into three parts. What’s even more surprising is that the hotel supplies at this price range use Acca Kappa, which smells great. AAnonymous UserDeveloped by Vanke, the air conditioner is Mitsubishi, but the house is big but not warm, and the toilet is small but slightly warm. In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

The Mediterranean style is very distinctive, like in Greece, very beautiful.
The place is very small. Many places for taking photos are set up with limited space, which can be said to be fully utilized.
Room:
Santorini round bed room, the room is not very good.
1. The whole room is very short and narrow, and the window opposite the bed is very short and cannot be opened, which feels depressing.
2. The room is not well ventilated. There is only a small window at the back of the room for ventilation. After entering the room, there is an obvious smell of lime mixed with mold (sensitive to smell).
3. The room is divided into one floor and two floors. The first floor is a bathroom, and there is no place to put open boxes. If you put it at the door, it is inconvenient to take things at night because the door is a fully transparent glass door and it blocks the way. It is easy to get wet when taking a shower on the ground, and it is troublesome to carry it up the stairs. Finally, it is placed on the shelf, but it cannot be fully opened.
4. The price of the room in the peak season exceeds that of many five-star hotels in the peak season of scenic spots, but the details and facilities of the room are not as good as those of ordinary regular hotels of 200-300. There is only one hook on the shelf, which is inconvenient to squeeze with the box, and there is no basic thing such as a small mirror. There are many safety hazards, such as the stairs have no handrails and no anti-slip design, so you need to be careful when going up and down the stairs in slippers; the protruding stairs at the toilet have no foam cushioning, which makes it easy to hit your head; the ground is uneven, and water will accumulate locally, and there is a piece of it just in front of the sink; the glass next to the sink will hit your elbow, and the bathroom is not designed to be anti-slip, etc. It is recommended to deal with the uneven edge design.
Some facilities are still OK, such as the toilet is very good, and the same smart toilet lid is installed at home. The TV is Xiaomi.
Other rooms:
1. There is an endless sea view hot spring king bed room on the first floor. The peak season price is more than 1,300, but the room is small and the floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly to the courtyard without privacy. Tourists coming and going can see the room at a glance. It feels very tasteless. If you live in it and draw the curtains, there is no lake view and hot spring, only an ordinary small room; if you don’t draw them, it’s a public place.
2. There are various lake view rooms upstairs, and there are also rooms with terraces. They look beautiful in the pictures, but the prices are too high. They are completely Internet celebrity prices. Consider going to Hilton.
Service: Very good. The room comes with afternoon tea (milk tea + fruit + dessert) and 6 travel photos. The value-added service is very good and included in the room price. The travel photos are really good. There are many travel photos here, and they are very well done.
I have my own milk tea shop, and the lemon tea is delicious.
Location: On the mountain, very close to the foot of the mountain, just walk uphill for a while, very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the front row of Sun Mountain Town (a villa residential project of Vanke), and you can see the Fuxian Lake from a distance, but it is a certain distance from the water. This place is suitable for people who drive their own cars, otherwise you have to take a taxi to go out, because there are no buses and shared bicycles. We stayed for 3 days and took a taxi to the Dolphin Bay Hotel every day. It is better to stay in the B&B in Emerald Bay (a community near the Dolphin Bay Hotel). The rooms facing the lake view in the hotel are okay. Our twin room is on the shady side, and the balcony faces the outer wall. If the lights are not turned on, it is a dark room. The lights need to be turned on during the day. The hotel breakfast is simple but can meet basic needs.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
