"The location here is quite convenient, very close to Red Earth Beach, about a 20-minute walk. Wetland Park is a 10-minute taxi ride away.
The room decoration is excellent, and the amenities are top-notch, with lots of smart features. It's also very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, there's afternoon tea with good milk tea and cake.
The only downside is that cars pass by downstairs, which can sometimes be a bit noisy.
However, overall, I still found it very comfortable and satisfying."

XimenningyanThe room is on the fourth floor, clean and sanitary. The four-piece suit and bath towels are very comfortable. There are two kinds of pillows with moderate hardness and softness. The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. In short, it is a homestay worth coming again.

My friend selected the hotel based on the reviews. The quality is really extraordinary. I like the decoration style of their bathroom very much. The tiles are also marble blue, which I like. The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. It's very close to Moon Bay Scenic Area, and there are convenient restaurants in the village. The owner warmly recommended some good restaurants at reasonable prices. The guesthouse is tastefully decorated in a traditional Chinese style. However, the hot water was broken when I checked in, and there was no hot water from the evening until the next day. The Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working the next morning. Breakfast was rather simple.

After watching Liang Bo and the escape plan concert, I took my parents and my child's husband to Fuxian Lake. This hotel is really the right choice! The whole process is picked up by someone, no need to worry about traffic, too worry-free. The boss upgraded the room type, the room was clean, bright, spotless, and the details were well done. The environment is warm and comfortable, the facilities are complete, the elders feel quiet and comfortable, and the children like it very much. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the overall experience is full. It is a perfect parent-child holiday. I really recommend it to family outings!

Objectively speaking, the price/performance ratio booked during the Spring Festival is really not high! The location of the room is good, the view on the balcony is very good, but the bedding, especially the pillows, is really uncomfortable. The uncomfortable place is that the refrigerator in the room booked at this price is broken. Although the housekeeper has been actively solving the problem, it has not been repaired in the end. Breakfast is relatively simple. Traveling must be more convenient to have a car by yourself. There are also many scenic spots around the community, but except for the beautiful lake, everything else is not satisfactory.

Guest UserUnexpectedly good! My husband and I are quite picky when booking hotels for our road trips, especially since there aren't many high-end options around Fuxian Lake. We wanted something closer to nature, so we looked into B&Bs. After a long search, we settled on this one without much expectation. To our surprise, the lake-view balcony room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The owner personally greeted us, which was a heartwarming touch. We had a pleasant trip around the lake and will definitely visit again.

The room is quite big, but the details are average. The bedside tables are crooked and I don't dare to put things on them for fear of falling.
There is a bathtub, which the kids love.
There are also small tents and small wooden horses, so the two children can play for a long time.

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

I originally booked the room for the sunrise, but I was completely blown away by the room itself – the cave-like design was incredibly stylish, and the lighting was warm and inviting. Opening the balcony door revealed a shimmering lake. It's only a 2-minute walk to the lake; Fuxian Lake in the off-season is simply idyllic! The butler was also incredibly attentive! Sitting on the terrace, enjoying a meal while admiring the scenery, and the coffee was excellent – truly authentic Yunnan coffee – it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave! The off-season price was also very reasonable; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fuxian Lake.
