"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Sun Mountain Town. The scenery is simply amazing. It is recommended to come to this place! Personally feel that it is the best environment on the east side of the lake.

"The receptionist, 021, was incredibly welcoming and patiently introduced us to nearby attractions. To our delight, she even provided a map of Fuxian Lake Scenic Area – such a thoughtful touch! It was a very pleasant stay. We also received tickets to the petting zoo with our baby, who had a wonderful time. The petting zoo is right across from the hotel, super convenient! When we returned in the evening and couldn't find a parking spot, someone showed us how to park. Before we left, they even gave our little one a small sticker, which made him very happy. We'll definitely come back!"

I had a sudden trip during the Spring Festival and many hotels were sold out. After choosing for a long time, I accidentally saw this newly opened B&B. In fact, I have always preferred staying in hotels because many B&Bs are scams. There are countless B&Bs with similar hotel quality but located in beautiful scenery... But I didn't make any mistakes this time! The actual check-in experience is very good, with thoughtful decoration. The room quality is very satisfactory to the children and family. It is clean and cozy. The view overlooking the mountains and the distance gives you a full sense of vacation. It is a quiet place in the bustling Spring Festival! ! Very satisfied! (It would be even better if the breakfast was richer ~ haha)

XimenningyanThe room is on the fourth floor, clean and sanitary. The four-piece suit and bath towels are very comfortable. There are two kinds of pillows with moderate hardness and softness. The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. My friend selected the hotel based on the reviews. The quality is really extraordinary. I like the decoration style of their bathroom very much. The tiles are also marble blue, which I like. The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It's very close to Moon Bay Scenic Area, and there are convenient restaurants in the village. The owner warmly recommended some good restaurants at reasonable prices. The guesthouse is tastefully decorated in a traditional Chinese style. However, the hot water was broken when I checked in, and there was no hot water from the evening until the next day. The Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working the next morning. Breakfast was rather simple.

Guest UserFacilities: The homestay is small and exquisite, not too big. The facilities in the room made me feel that the boss was an environmentally friendly person, for example, the clothes hangers and trash cans were all made of wood. The homestay is clean, simple and tidy.
Attitude: They communicated with us in advance and understood our needs. They helped us change to a better room and carried a heavy crib to the third floor for us because of some of our needs. I was very touched by this.

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
