"The service was quite good; my water bottle went missing but they found and couriered it to me. The room was average, and the value for money was just okay. Breakfast was also average. Compared to the hotels I stayed at earlier in my tour, this one was more expensive but the facilities weren't as good. However, hotel prices around Fuxian Lake do go up during the summer holidays, and the Chengjiang Fossil Natural Museum was very crowded."

The hotel is close to the lake, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the beach. "1. The two young ladies provided very good service, were warm and thoughtful, helped carry the suitcases, and even packed away iced coffee after check-out.
2. The view from the room is pretty good, but compared to the Hilton, it is still blocked (the circular building in front).
3. Hygiene is acceptable; afternoon tea is delicious.
4. The location is relatively remote, but luckily you can drive by yourself.
5. What I want to complain about the most is the breakfast. It is too terrible. The variety is the same every day. The snacks are steamed and hot frozen food. It is not worth the price of 1,611 nights. The next day I accidentally discovered mold spots (two) under the dim sum, but was explained that it was due to contact with other ingredients. In fact, just saying sorry is fine, and no additional services are needed, but this explanation makes people quite uncomfortable.
6. Overall, it’s a good experience. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast deserves improvement."

"It is close to Moon Bay, on a high ground, with a beautiful sunset view, a terrace, and a restaurant facing Fuxian Lake. It is a great choice for a vacation. The hotel facilities seem simple, but nothing is missing, including important facilities such as showers and air conditioning. The owner helped with luggage and other things. "The whole hotel is more satisfied than the photo taken. The room is clean, comfortable and tidy. When the hotel reception staff is very warm and friendly, they take the initiative to help us with our luggage. We will check in directly at 3 pm and prepare exquisite afternoon tea for us. Coffee is freshly ground. The pull is Li Bai culture. The rooms are named after Li Bai's poems. It is very poetic.

Two days ago, I came to Fuxian Lake. I lived in the Hilton on the east bank. I drove around the lake by myself. The lake was very big. I wanted to find a special hotel or a homestay to change.
Finally chose this one, Fuxian Lake North Bank, to see a different lake view.
The hotel is close to the national park on the north shore of Hubei, Red Beach.
During the day, you can go to the opposite park to play. At night, you can visit the Star Night Market in Guanglong Town where the hotel is located. All kinds of special snacks are available. This day of staying in the hotel is the best day I have had on this trip to Fuxian Lake.
Speaking of the hotel, it is very new, the decoration is very design, all kinds of supplies, are willing to spend money, the quality is very good, the projection use Philips, generally hotels will not be so willing to budget. Parking is also convenient, directly park on the edge of the hotel building.
The hotel provides afternoon tea, the service staff is very warm, and also provides a very, very detailed Fuxian Lake play guide, which can provide good reference and help to everyone who comes out to play.
If you come to Fuxian Lake to play, this hotel is undoubtedly one of the best choices, convenient transportation, new hotel, good facilities and good service.

My friend selected the hotel based on the reviews. The quality is really extraordinary. I like the decoration style of their bathroom very much. The tiles are also marble blue, which I like. The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. This ”Waiwai B&B” really amazed me! ✨
📍Excellent location: Whether it is attractions, food or transportation, it is very convenient, especially the lakeside is within walking distance, the surrounding is quiet and romantic, and it is super pleasant to take a walk at night~
🎨Full of design sense: From the lobby to the room, every detail is full of artistic sense! Log style + minimalist design, you can't stop taking pictures at all, even the lighting is full of atmosphere, it is completely in line with my aesthetic point!

It's very close to Moon Bay Scenic Area, and there are convenient restaurants in the village. The owner warmly recommended some good restaurants at reasonable prices. The guesthouse is tastefully decorated in a traditional Chinese style. However, the hot water was broken when I checked in, and there was no hot water from the evening until the next day. The Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working the next morning. Breakfast was rather simple.

After watching Liang Bo and the escape plan concert, I took my parents and my child's husband to Fuxian Lake. This hotel is really the right choice! The whole process is picked up by someone, no need to worry about traffic, too worry-free. The boss upgraded the room type, the room was clean, bright, spotless, and the details were well done. The environment is warm and comfortable, the facilities are complete, the elders feel quiet and comfortable, and the children like it very much. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the overall experience is full. It is a perfect parent-child holiday. I really recommend it to family outings!

Guest UserUnexpectedly good! My husband and I are quite picky when booking hotels for our road trips, especially since there aren't many high-end options around Fuxian Lake. We wanted something closer to nature, so we looked into B&Bs. After a long search, we settled on this one without much expectation. To our surprise, the lake-view balcony room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The owner personally greeted us, which was a heartwarming touch. We had a pleasant trip around the lake and will definitely visit again.

The so-called lake view room was a far cry from the promotional photos. You could only see the lake in the distance if you stood on the balcony. Breakfast was very simple, with only one vegetable dish. Boiled peanuts in their shells counted as one dish, and boiled edamame in their shells counted as another. This doesn't match the price at all. There are no shops or supermarkets nearby, which is very inconvenient if you don't have a car. Fuxian Lake itself is beautiful.

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

Guest UserThe experience of staying alone far exceeded expectations! The front desk lady is still patient and gentle even if the passenger flow is large. Any questions will be answered in detail. There are many waiters but the whole service is thoughtful and thoughtful. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes very good. The B&B sits on the excellent sunrise observation deck of Fuxian Lake. You can enjoy the beautiful lake view from the roof. The inn is only tens of meters away from the lake.
