"This hotel is definitely among the best in Fuxian Lake when it comes to facilities and service. It's newly built with modern amenities, offering a variety of swimming pools, including options for kids. It’s also very picturesque, great for photos. Sitting by the pool at night, enjoying the breeze, is incredibly relaxing. It's perfect for families with children, highly recommended! My only suggestion, which I hope management sees, is to add some warm water to the outdoor pools. Otherwise, once summer is over, it’s practically impossible to swim. Yuxi isn't Hainan, where the sun alone can heat the water sufficiently. Even in summer, swimming is barely tolerable, and it's mostly children playing in the outdoor pools, and they're even more sensitive to cold water and prone to catching colds. If the water were heated, I'm sure even more moms would choose to stay here again and again. 🙏🙏"

"First, regarding the location of the guesthouse, it's situated in the Taiyangshan Resort Town, which is quite inconvenient to get there by taxi or public transport unless you have a car. Furthermore, it's located halfway up a mountain, requiring a lot of climbing stairs, which is particularly difficult for women traveling alone with luggage. Secondly, regarding the service, the guesthouse did contact us in advance with their location and directions, which was good. However, upon arrival, there was no one to greet us; it was entirely self-service – an experience I've only encountered with Airbnb bookings abroad. Next, regarding the room environment and facilities, the room size was acceptable, but while clean, it wasn't tidy. There was only a large bed and a table, making it inconvenient to put things away. Also, the air conditioner emitted a very unpleasant odor. In conclusion, the guesthouse was okay, not bad, but I probably wouldn't stay there again."

"Better than expected! We booked a standard room, but at check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a lake-view room, which was fantastic and very clean. Service from staff member 038 was excellent; they even gave our two kids tickets to the children's playground. The hotel has plenty of activities and facilities, and the price was just right. The bubble party lasted a long time, and the kids absolutely loved it. There's also a warm pool, perfect for children. We'll definitely choose Dolphin Bay Hotel again when we come back to Fuxian Lake."

"During my stay, I found that some of the hygiene details in the room did not meet my expectations, which made me a little disappointed. Specifically, you can smell a distinct pungent odor in the room the moment you enter the room, which is slightly alleviated by opening the window for ventilation; secondly, the sink is not clean, and it feels like it was not cleaned up after the previous guest left. After my family cleaned the sink ourselves with the hotel's hand towels, the hotel accused me of having stains on the towels that could not be handled after I left, and they wanted me to pay compensation. What I want to say is that you still need me to help you clean your own stains, and in the end you still rip me off. They are such good business people! I understand that hotels are busy, but hygiene is the most basic and important part of the accommodation experience. We hope that the hotel can pay attention to these feedbacks, strengthen the supervision and training of cleaning work, and ensure that every guest can enjoy a clean and tidy accommodation environment."

The whole is a simple and elegant Jiangnan wind courtyard, white walls and tiles with water scenery and green plants, quiet and elegant without noisy crowds, and the atmosphere is directly full. The oversized viewing terrace on the top floor is the finishing touch, and the whole blue Fuxian Lake is the eye. At sunset, the orange sunset is spread across the lake, and the photo is a huge film. The rooms are quiet, the space is open, the whole house is smart, the mattress is soft and sleepy, the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly from dry and wet, the quality of washing and care is online, the sound insulation is superb at night, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The most plus point is the butler service, arriving to take the initiative to help with luggage, any demand response is super fast, intimate and not disturbed.
