Hotel near East Railway Station Area,Hangzhou
"This hotel apartment is really close to the East Station – just a short walk after exiting, which is super convenient for anyone catching a high-speed train! The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. There's a convenience store downstairs for easy shopping, and a Vientiane City Mall right across the street with plenty of food options. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling by train. Five stars!"

"When visiting Hangzhou, I chose this hotel near West Lake, and its location truly saved me a lot of hassle. It's just a short walk to the lakeside, so I could stroll along the lake at my leisure, enjoying the views of West Lake. If I wanted to visit Duanqiao Bridge or Hubin Pedestrian Street, I didn't even need a taxi – getting around was incredibly convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was smooth, and the staff were friendly and patient when answering any questions. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was neat and dry, and the bathroom had no strange odors. All the daily appliances and the internet worked perfectly. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any street noise outside, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to try local specialties. The overall accommodation experience made my trip very comfortable, and I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit West Lake. The front desk staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Entering the room, you could tell it had been meticulously cleaned; the bed was neatly made, the bathroom had no odors, and even the corners were spotless. All the room facilities worked perfectly, the internet speed was fast, and with the windows closed, the environment was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep undisturbed by outside noise. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around; going out for food or a stroll required no detours. When I needed assistance with a minor issue, the staff handled it promptly and patiently. The check-in process was quite smooth and hassle-free. The value for money in this area is quite impressive."

"The front desk kindly upgraded me to a larger deluxe single room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was super comfortable, though the room lighting was a bit dim. It had a smart speaker (Xiao Du) which was a nice touch. All the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic; their service truly deserves a perfect score. However, the hallway carpets could use some improvement. Overall, I'd still recommend it. It's very close to Wulin Night Market, and a ride-sharing service to West Lake only cost 13 yuan. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient."

I booked a single room, which was small, charming, tidy, and comfortable. The shared bathrooms and common areas were spacious, and kept exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly helpful and warm! The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to Fengqi Road subway station. Wulin Night Market is just a 3-minute walk away, making it super convenient for meals and late-night snacks. It's also only a 7-8 minute walk to West Lake. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

My three-day, two-night stay was the perfect introduction to a resort-style hotel. Both the hotel's facilities and services were impeccable! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 ✅ First, let's praise the hotel's excellent location: who knew the exclusive access to Xan Shan Peninsula was such a privilege?! (Pictures 1-16 show the hotel facilities and surroundings, unedited photos) The hotel also boasts a very large garden and surrounding attractions perfect for photoshohoots. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Xan Shan Botanical Garden (honestly, not much to see, but there are daily parent-child activities), Lover's Gorge (great for couples to take photos), the hotel's exclusive lighthouse (Picture 7, very atmospheric), and the hotel's seasonal fruit orchard (high parent-child interaction, with different fruits available for picking in different seasons). When the weather is good, you can take many beautiful scenic photos. When it's cloudy or rainy, you can experience the unique humidity of the Jiangnan region and the fresh air provided by the lush vegetation. ✅ Next, let's talk about the hotel facilities. The hotel is divided into three buildings, A, B, and C. Building B offers the best lake views, with a complete panorama of the lake's beauty. The layout is very reasonable, with convenient connections between all areas. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The indoor and outdoor pools are regularly disinfected with chlorine balls, and the water is clear and sparkling, perfect for children to play in. The hotel also has a swim shop with affordable items, which is very convenient for guests who haven't brought all their swimming gear. Every day, the hotel has an activity schedule listing the names and locations of various parent-child activities at different times throughout the day. There's a wide variety to choose from. There's also a super large indoor children's playground, which is cleaned very, very thoroughly. I really want to thank the cleaning staff for their hard work here. ✅ Dining (Pictures 18-19) The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection. Set meals can also be purchased in advance on your phone. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to nearby farmhouse restaurants (PS: the prices are very, very, very affordable, and the vegetables are freshly grown and incredibly fresh). The most commendable aspect of the dining is the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety is incredibly extensive, and they even adjust the dishes daily to better cater to different guests' preferences. Soups, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, freshly made guokui (griddle cakes), mini-hamburgers, and more! You can also scan a QR code to order noodles and freshly made wontons. I always end up eating too much every day, darn it! ❗️They even consider the need for liquid food for infants and provide various flavors of rice cereal. In addition, whether it's the minibar in the room and the complimentary welcome drinks (Qiandao Lake beer), the incredibly seasonal, crisp, and sweet fruits, or the thoughtful turndown service, every detail showcases the hotel's humanistic care. It's truly commendable (Picture 17). ✅ The absolute most praiseworthy aspect is the high-end, meticulous, and thoughtful service staff. Special thanks to: Ada and Joey at the front desk for check-in, Connor and Cindy from concierge, and our butler Landy. As soon as we got out of the car, concierge Cindy greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage, leaving a deep impression. The young man at the front desk who handled our check-in was also very enthusiastic in confirming our booking and upgraded our room for free. Throughout our stay, Connor drove us to and from nearby restaurants, the lighthouse, and Lover's Gorge. He was practically on duty all day until 10 PM, driving steadily and with a truly excellent attitude. He was super cool! Finally, and most importantly, our very, very responsible butler, Landy. She first introduced us to the locations and functions of the different venues, and informed us of the breakfast times. From the moment we added her as a friend, she consistently upheld her initial message: ”Please contact me anytime with any questions.” Whether it was day or night, she would respond and answer immediately to any query, booking vehicles, and even introducing nearby attractions and routes (with accompanying pictures for us to decide whether to visit). During our stay, there was a miscommunication during the cleaning staff's shift change. We had requested no cleaning the day before, but someone still entered the room and tidied it thoroughly. This unannounced entry made us a bit anxious when we returned to the room in the evening. Our butler immediately called us to calm us down and quickly contacted housekeeping. Soon after, we learned it was a thoughtful turndown service. We had initially considered contacting the duty manager to investigate, but we declined. This butler Landy truly, truly deserves praise. Her immediate contact and quick resolution smoothed over the issue, and left us with an extremely satisfying three-day, two-night experience. Her warm and thoughtful greetings every evening and morning made us deeply feel the hotel's excellent staff training and abundant humanistic care! 👏🏻 See you next time, Freedom Intercontinental Palace!

There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is surrounded by a quiet environment with beautiful scenery, and the Qiantang River view is particularly captivating. We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices. We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim. The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful. The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus. Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too! We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts.

Staying at the Hilton Riverside for two nights was a perfect vacation! The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony directly overlooking the clear lake. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff provided thoughtful and meticulous service. The hotel has its own pier where you can try kayaking; paddling on the lake with a gentle breeze, you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Thousand Island Lake up close, which was a fantastic experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the accompanying swimming pool and recreation areas were well-equipped. It's a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip.

The room was fantastic, exceeding my expectations by a lot. I was a bit worried when I booked it, fearing it might not be good, but as soon as I opened the door, I knew it was worth it. The room is quite spacious, and the 1.35m bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is great, quite close to Jinsha Tianjie, where the Yinji Rice Noodle Rolls are both delicious and affordable. The hotel's afternoon tea sunflower seeds were tasty, and there's a terrace on the sixth floor where you can enjoy the night view. Truly a sincere, elegant, and comfortable stay!

There are so many fun activities inside the hotel that you won't get bored even if you stay all day. The exquisite afternoon tea was delicious, and taking photos on the flower boat created such a beautiful atmosphere – every shot turned out like a masterpiece. The hotel even thoughtfully provided three free travel photoshoots, and the pictures turned out incredibly beautiful. This stay was perfect, highly recommended!

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I really have to. I habitually book Holiday Inn, but this hotel must have been converted from a smaller guesthouse or something similar. The room and bathroom were pathetically tiny; I could barely turn around, and the door wouldn't close properly. When I booked, I didn't notice it was right next to Hangzhou Station. Staying on the 16th floor, the window wasn't soundproof at all. There was constant car honking and people talking from downstairs early in the morning. The room was very old, and the air conditioner was incredibly loud. I didn't get any good sleep for the two nights I stayed.

This hotel is located right by the beautiful West Lake. Even though I hadn't booked a lake view room, the lovely guest relations team understood my request and quickly pre-assigned me a room with a view of the West Lake. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very professional during check-in. The gym on the second floor is spacious with professional equipment, and it overlooks a charming, old-style pedestrian street, making for a beautiful workout environment. Breakfast on the first floor offers a diverse and rich selection, including many Western dishes. The smoked salmon was delicious, there was a great variety of salads, and plenty of yogurt and juice options. They also had authentic local Hangzhou breakfast items like Pian'er Chuan noodles, beef brisket noodles, soup dumplings, and wontons – all very tasty! The custom-made rice noodle bowls also looked delicious, but I was simply too full to try them all. The value for money here is excellent; to enjoy such exceptional service and experience for just over 1,000 RMB is truly worth it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

I came here for a vacation with my parents and children. Before arriving, I saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but after getting here, I realized it was absolutely worth the price. Facilities: All the necessary amenities and services are available. There are many things for children to play with, such as rock climbing, archery, basketball, and swimming. We barely had time to try them all. They also host various activities, and I saw the kids participating happily. Environment: The Club Med environment is truly impeccable. As it's a newly opened hotel, everything is very new. Air purifiers are provided, and the toiletries are the same reliable brand as always. Service: There's really nothing to fault about the service. From the beginning, when I accidentally booked the wrong room and contacted the hotel through Ctrip, they responded promptly. On the way to the hotel, staff members greeted us with smiles. Before check-in, the hotel's concierge added me on WeChat. A special mention goes to Cling; we could basically communicate any issues via WeChat at any time. We happened to arrive during a typhoon passing through Hangzhou. Before our stay, they politely inquired about our check-in plans and informed us that we could cancel without penalty. Check-in itself was quick and smooth. Cling arranged the entire itinerary very well and even informed us about party start times. It's worth mentioning that breakfast was indeed excellent, and we also had the buffet dinner, which was priced as expected. Breakfast had everything you could want, and dinner also offered a good variety. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you can go tea picking, there's a town within walking distance, and it's easy to order takeout for milk tea, coffee, or go out to eat.
