"The room was quite spacious and very clean! There was plenty of room for all five of us to hang out without feeling cramped. All the room amenities, including the towels, were disposable, and the shower had amazing water pressure, making for a really comfortable wash. They even had a small mirror with a white vanity light, which was great for putting on makeup. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to City Station Exit D, and only two stops from Longxiang Bridge. Sending packages was also very convenient, as the delivery people came with trolleys to collect them."

"I didn't take pictures of the guesthouse, but the actual place looks pretty much like the photos. The room was clean and tidy, and came with complimentary toiletries. There's a small stream by the entrance with a mist effect, and in the evening, the lights and fabric decorations hanging from the trees looked beautiful swaying in the breeze. The owners, a handsome guy and a lovely lady, were incredibly warm, polite, and hospitable. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing routes. They also offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) rentals and drinks, and if there are enough people, you can even play a ****** mystery game. The cleaning auntie was also wonderful; she'd greet us every morning. It was a fantastic experience, a really authentic guesthouse vibe. Even as a guy, I highly recommend it; it just felt so comfortable and relaxing."

"Hotel is well located and very near to Metro station (just right next door). It is located very near to a clothing wholesale Center which you can find lots of reasonable price clothing. The hotel is centrally located to all HZ places of interest. Most importantly, it is very reasonable priced."

"Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately captivated! It's absolutely stunning! Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. I called ahead to ask about the hotel's location. It's inside a scenic area, so taxis can't drive directly in, but it's just a two-minute walk and not hard to find at all. The location is super convenient; I could walk to breakfast in three minutes every morning. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding was so comfortable that I even asked the front desk for an extra pillow, which was delivered very quickly. They even thoughtfully brought my takeout order up to the room. Falling asleep to the sound of rain in Hangzhou during the plum rain season was incredibly soothing. During the day, the staff even offered umbrellas for going out ☔️ – so thoughtful! Plus, the front desk ladies also provide laundry service; guests don't even need to do it themselves, and it includes drying! You can just pick up your clothes when you get back from your outing!! The front desk is also staffed 24/7, so solo female travelers don't have to worry about safety. I will definitely recommend this to friends planning a trip to Hangzhou! Because Mulan Dao is absolutely worth it!! 🩵🩵🩵"

"I stayed at the Feihua Apartment by West Lake for three nights, and I was a bit sad to leave, so I wanted to write a review. Its location is truly the biggest advantage. West Lake is right downstairs; it's not one of those places that claims to be 'close to West Lake' but requires a kilometer or two walk. You literally turn a corner and you're at the lake. Every morning, I'd go for a stroll by the lake after breakfast to digest, and in the evening, I'd go back to watch the sunset. West Lake felt like my backyard. It's also incredibly close to Wulin Night Market, which is just downstairs. Every night, I could try different foods, so I never had to worry about what to eat, although it wasn't particularly amazing, haha. There are also many bus stops nearby, making it super convenient to get to places like Lingyin Temple and Broken Bridge. Staying here saved a lot of travel time for my Hangzhou trip. While there are many guesthouses in this building, Feihua Apartment has an office where you can store luggage, which is incredibly practical. On our last day, after checking out, we wanted to visit Hefang Street, so we just left our suitcases at their office instead of dragging them around, which made things much easier. Someone was always on duty at the office, so storing and retrieving luggage was convenient and free – such a thoughtful service. The room is newly renovated, and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. The overall color scheme is warm white and wood, making it look clean and comfortable. All the furniture is new – wardrobe, nightstands, and a desk are all there, making it easy to put things away. The windows are well soundproofed; even though it was lively downstairs at night, it was very quiet once the windows were closed. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet covers and pillowcases smelled like they had been dried and aired out, making for a restful sleep. I even saw people from 'West Grass' (西部草) packing up the linens when we left, which shows they're not using a small, local laundry service but send them out for professional cleaning, which gave me peace of mind. I have to specifically praise the toiletries. Guesthouses usually don't pay much attention to this, but the shampoo and body wash provided by Feihua Apartment truly exceeded expectations. The toothbrush was soft-bristled, the toothpaste was a branded, individually packaged one, and even the comb was good quality, not one of those flimsy plastic ones that break easily. These details make you feel like the host is genuinely committed to providing a good experience, not just doing the bare minimum. The host, Auntie, was a highlight of our stay. She was incredibly warm-hearted. We arrived close to 9 PM, and she was still there, taking us upstairs and patiently explaining how to use the air conditioning and adjust the water heater. One day, it rained in Hangzhou, and Auntie even messaged us to ask if we had an umbrella, offering one from the office if we needed it. These small gestures really warmed our hearts. All in all, our stay was very comfortable. The location, environment, and service were all impeccable. I would confidently recommend this place to anyone visiting West Lake."

"Parent-child travel chose this family room, the experience is very good. The room is large in size, there is plenty of space for activities, and the lighting is transparent. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was comfortable, and the rest was very stable. The surrounding travel is convenient and the service staff are friendly and patient. "I highly recommend this hotel! The location is truly unbeatable. It's incredibly close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. There are tons of shopping malls nearby, offering everything you could want for dining and entertainment. Mixc City is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for shopping and grabbing a bite. Plus, it's only one subway stop directly to Hangzhou East Station, so you don't have to stress about catching your high-speed train. It's absolutely perfect for business trips or tourism. The staff are warm, patient, and very responsive to requests, providing truly thoughtful service. My overall stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm in the East Station area next time!"

"I stayed in the capsule room, and the room was clean and comfortable. However the room did not have a door, only a curtain, which I found a little bit strange and uncomfortable because you could hear everybody walking in and out. Though everyone was mostly quiet and very nice. Furthermore the female bathroom was really clean and had a beautiful smell. On the down side the location was ok but a little far away from the lake and other nice areas, and the reception could not give any recommendations.. since they weren’t from Huangzhou. Though one receptionist with blonde hair was very nice and helpful!"
