"Overall, a very positive experience staying here. Location-wise - moderately convenient, as it was a short walk to train station, shopping centres, tourist attractions, eateries etc. Good for working out all those extra calories from eating. Service - the service staff were very friendly and helpful. As foreigners visiting for the first time, they helped lots! Thank you! Facilities - Really made use of that washing machine, and the reception lady provided us with washing powder too! Plus a large balcony for drying the laundry meant that we didn't have to bring so much change of clothes. Nice view of the lake and surrounding buildings..... watching the misty rain..... Morning came early, like 3am, where it was bright......."

"Choosing this hotel was an incredibly smart decision! The hotel offers a peaceful and tranquil environment, away from the city's hustle and bustle, making it perfect for relaxation. The rooms are very spacious, featuring complete and brand-new facilities that are a breeze to use. The window view was also lovely; pulling back the curtains in the morning instantly lifted my spirits. Check-out was super efficient, and I didn't have to wait long at any point. The overall experience was simply perfect, and I've definitely added it to my list of go-to hotels! The staff were incredibly thoughtful; upon arrival, even though it wasn't check-in time yet, they offered me iced drinks and other cooling refreshments. Their service attitude was truly outstanding. The location is fantastic for getting around. It's right next to Qinghefang, Hangzhou Museum, and Wushan Square. West Lake is also within easy walking distance. Plus, both the subway and taxis offer super quick and convenient travel. My only slight regret is not having had the chance to properly explore Wushan Yunshe, which I heard is a beautiful Ming and Qing dynasty architectural site. Well, that just gives me another reason to come back!"

"I booked this guesthouse right by West Lake for my trip to Hangzhou, based on a friend's recommendation. The location is superb, the surroundings are lovely, the facilities are brand new, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. It's extremely close to West Lake and the art museum. The owner mentioned it's just a few minutes' walk to the lakeside, so I went to see the West Lake night view that very evening – it was absolutely stunning! Getting to Broken Bridge and Wulin Night Market was also very convenient; I took a taxi there and the subway back. I'd highly recommend this place to fellow travelers."

"I booked a small room, and the landlord took the initiative to upgrade the room type for me because I was traveling with two babies. He is a very nice landlord. There is a convenience store downstairs, which makes it very convenient to go downstairs to buy things. The transportation here is also convenient. It was a super pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel for traveling with children. The service is really considerate."

"Facilities: Well-equipped. Small but complete. The room is a bit small, but fortunately there are two large beds. Adults and children can rest well after playing. Hygiene: Very clean. No hair was found on the bed. Much better than some express and business hotels. Environment: A very quiet homestay. You can smell the fragrance of osmanthus when you go out. It is less than ten minutes' walk from West Lake. Leifeng Pagoda, Huagang Fish Viewing, and Su Causeway are all within walking distance. It is not very convenient to eat. But you can order takeout. The homestay is next to a restaurant with cooking skills that are not inferior to those of big hotels outside. I especially recommend their scallion-fried mullet. It is not ordinary and delicious. Service: The service is very good. The boss is very enthusiastic. When we arrived late, he was afraid that we could not find it, so he went out to pick us up. He also turned on the air conditioner in advance. Every night he asked if we needed breakfast the next day. He also gave us a detailed explanation of the surrounding tour routes. Very enthusiastic."

"The staff are very helpful, friendly and super-courteous. Booking and check-in were easy. The room was an attic with small windows on the third floor, fine for one but probably too cramped for more. It has a small adjacent shower room with pedestal toilet and basin. It was quite hot in the afternoon in late October but the aircon was great. A cleaner replaces the ”eco-friendly” disposable towels (compostable? in plastic? I don't know), water bottles, etc. and empties bins daily, so it is well serviced. There is a little shopping neighbourhood further to the northwest (keep walking to the end of the little Boulevarde and keep going through the plaza with the dancer statue), handy for basics and dining. This minsu has a lovely little cafe downstairs. There is also a washing machine. The bed was firm and very comfortable. If you are more than about 1.65m in height the attic room may be uncomfortable. The minsu is on the road leading to the 灵隐寺庙 complex, which is about a five hour mountain walk and well worth exploring --- just not on the weekend when it is SO crowded."

"I usually choose regular hotels when I travel, but this time I decided to try something different and stay at a B&B. To my surprise, it was unexpectedly good! The room was very spacious (much more so than a typical hotel room), and the bed was large (the bedding was clean and the mattress just right). The projection screen was also huge (watching a few movies felt like a private cinema with excellent visuals and sound). Wulin Night Market is right downstairs, which was super convenient for browsing and eating. The B&B even has tables and chairs for dining, which was a nice touch. It's also a very short 5-minute walk to West Lake Scenic Area. Getting to Fengqi Road Station (Exit F) on Metro Line 1 took less than 10 minutes on foot, making it easy to go anywhere I wanted. The housekeeper was also very friendly, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this B&B again next time I'm in Hangzhou! 👍"

"The B&B is located at the foot of Yuhuang Mountain. It is relatively quiet and I slept well at night. The room is clean and the small garden is lush and prosperous. It is suitable for a quiet stay. The proprietress is kind and kind, and she replies to messages very promptly. Finally, I would like to thank the Henan aunt who made breakfast. She is very nice and the food she made is delicious!
