Breakfast is served at the Xinxin Hotel, allowing you to experience its Republic of China era charm. For a buffet lunch, you can dine at the West Lake Villa, featuring specialty braised pork served with a small bowl of rice, the unique stir-fried eel with sizzling oil, and an endless supply of crayfish. This package is an absolute steal! Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

The location and natural surroundings are, as expected, outstanding. Compared to Wang Zhuang where I've stayed before, this place is smaller and more refined. The rooms are a bit small, but the big advantage is the direct view of the most scenic part of the garden and West Lake. Opening the window to see the greenery is truly refreshing. Breakfast is exquisite. The hotel staff are also very professional, with the exception of one male receptionist at check-in who was a bit inflexible and spoke rather stiffly. All other staff were smiling, polite, and provided excellent service. The beautiful waitress at the Chinese restaurant even remembered me from dinner the night before when I came for breakfast the next day and greeted me warmly. Mr. Sun Wei from the concierge helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. Mr. Zheng from the car team drove us to the most scenic part of Jiuxi and patiently waited for us while we enjoyed stream tracing; my child was happy, and I was relaxed. The coffee shop is tranquil, and the female staff there are thoughtful. I'm already planning for my parents to visit again!

The hotel was fully booked on the day of our check-in, and we arrived over an hour early. Several staff members introduced us to various activities to pass the time, including a dedicated room for movies, board games, and a swimming pool. While waiting for our room, the service and amenities at InterContinental Danyang were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The room was a family lake-view suite, accommodating four people. The hotel's location, far from the central lake area, was incredibly tranquil, with no tourists by the lake. Away from city light pollution, we surprisingly saw the Milky Way on our first night, a rare sight in East China. The swimming pool offered different children's activities daily. The botanical garden had a vast array of flowers and butterflies, along with a koi and swan pond where we could feed the fish. The hotel's two wings also featured a lighthouse and an observation deck. The buffet dinner had everything we could ask for, and on Chinese Valentine's Day, they even gave out roses. The fish head dish at the Chinese restaurant was absolutely superb. Breakfast deserves special praise; despite the hotel being fully booked, we could order noodles via our phones, and the staff proactively asked about our coffee preferences. This is exactly the standard expected from an established InterContinental brand, and even with the summer crowd, the service and quality were uncompromised. Finally, a special shout-out to our thoughtful butler, Emily. From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly attentive. On our last day, we had an early morning departure for a yacht in the central lake area. Without hesitation, Emily helped us arrange a late check-out, even during the busy summer season. To be honest, when I heard that the InterContinental was being rebranded, I had some reservations, worrying about a potential drop in service. However, after staying here, I can confidently say that this is by far the best hotel in China, in terms of both quality and service, that we've stayed at with our child during the summer season. Both its hard and soft assets are top-notch, and its service easily rivals that of established luxury hotel brands. I rarely choose to stay at the same hotel twice in the same location, but InterContinental Danyang has made me eagerly anticipate my next visit.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The location is exceptional, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and sightseeing, especially the breathtaking lake view at sunset. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, with soft linens and a dry, well-maintained bathroom. The service team was highly professional; every step, from check-in guidance to a farewell greeting at check-out, was smooth and welcoming. This will definitely be my first choice again when I return to the area.

Our stay this time was extremely satisfying! The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and a tranquil environment, offering excellent overall privacy. The room had high ceilings and was spacious and grand, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was rich and abundant, and the taste was on point. All staff members provided warm and attentive service. A special thanks goes to Manager Lily Hu, who, considering the dampness common on the first floor, thoughtfully arranged for a dehumidifier – full of thoughtful details. Our entire stay was very pleasant, and it's definitely worth coming back!

Despite the many 'avoid this place' posts online, my overall experience from check-in to check-out was fantastic, even exceeding my expectations! For families with kids in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, Club Med Longwu is an absolute must-go. My recent stay with my child was wonderful; it truly takes the stress out of parenting, and both adults and children had a great time. The resort's architecture features Song-style white walls and dark tiles, nestled amidst tea mountains. The environment is serene, the air is incredibly fresh, and beautiful Jiangnan garden views are everywhere, making it perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious, even the basic room type. The front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded our room to one with a scenic balcony, offering incredibly soothing views. Room details are very family-friendly, with kids' slippers, children's toiletries, and clean, hygienic wooden floors, which is great for allergic babies. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The most significant aspect is the all-inclusive package, covering food, accommodation, and activities. Our schedule was a bit tight this time, but I look forward to fully experiencing it on our next visit. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, along with Hangzhou-style tea snacks. There's a dedicated children's dining area with all sorts of snacks, fruits, and desserts that kids love. Afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks are available anytime, so you don't have to worry about where to eat for three meals a day. The park's recreational facilities are comprehensive, so there's no need to worry about rain. There's a heated indoor water park, an indoor children's playground, and a sports hall where you can play basketball, badminton, and table tennis. The kids burn off so much energy that they sleep soundly at night. During the day, you can experience tea culture family activities like tea picking and tea ceremonies. In the evenings, there are G.O dance and song shows and interactive family parties, where both adults and children can participate, creating a fantastic atmosphere with different fun experiences every night. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and responses to issues were prompt. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful. Special thanks to the concierge for the welcome gift, which included an adorable raccoon plush toy and a Baby Care infant care set. This resort is perfect for both short weekend getaways with kids and longer family trips during holidays. Adults can relax, and children can have a blast. It offers excellent value for money and has already been added to our family's repurchase list. I highly recommend it to all families!

Firm bed, big spacious room with no lingering smell of cigarette despite smoking is allowed in certain rooms. Received a complimentary breakfast from front desk staff Alex, very nice of him. Breakfast is good, offering mostly local food and a few western pastries but if I have to pay, I would rather eat out for more authentic experience. The washing machine in room is definitely helpful amenity so I don’t have to queue at the laundry room to sort out washing and drying. However, the washing machine is very noisy so staff should let guests know best to wash during the day or before they head out and not at night like we did as we have to paused the drying as the loud noise is preventing sleep. They can improve the staffing during day time because I arrived around 1pm, no one helped with luggage, the door was very heavy so it’s one thing to manage luggage up the curb side and it’s another to drag the luggage through the heavy door and then I realised there was only 1 staff working at that hour, and he was overwhelmed with requests left and right from guests, calls to delivery service so staffing need to be adequate during day time as through the day there will be a lot of guests interactions and having staff to respond timely improves experience and impression of hotel. This hotel is nestled by the water, surrounded by abundant natural beauty. Its design cleverly blends nature and a sense of divinity, with lakeside rooms offering incredible tranquility, perfect for a relaxing and healing getaway. The overall style is modern and chic, and the rooms are warmly furnished with excellent natural light. The specially designed lighting and color palette create a comfortable ambiance. The butler service is meticulous, with thoughtful arrangements before and after check-in, and they are always available when needed. They are very attentive, warm, and friendly. We were traveling with our child, and the butler got along wonderfully with our baby, so I highly recommend it for families. The service is efficient and problems during our stay were promptly resolved. They also offer wellness programs and activities like sound healing, spa treatments, and afternoon tea. The hotel's cuisine is vegetarian, with exquisite and delicious dishes. In short, I highly, highly recommend it! It's a charming hotel I'd definitely visit again.

The hotel's service was excellent, and the lobby was beautiful. Check-in was on the first floor with a great view. The hotel staff was very good, and after checking in, there was complimentary tea available. The room was spacious, lovely, clean, and tidy. Parking was very convenient in the underground garage, and there was a supermarket nearby for easy shopping. West Lake is also very close, making it convenient to visit. After checking out, Alan, the concierge, kindly helped me store my luggage, which was very helpful.
