"The accommodations here are very comfortable, but the traffic is terrible. During our trip around Northwest China, we passed through Lanzhou both ways. Lanzhou was the most congested city we visited, and the traffic lights were incredibly confusing. When the light turns green at an intersection, cars going straight, turning left, and turning right all rush in from all directions, and then within two seconds, the traffic grinds to a halt. The traffic police are scrambling, and the traffic is still jammed. The local driver told us that their city is jammed from morning till night."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff smiled during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were new, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"Extremely satisfied with my stay! Hilton's professionalism is unquestionable; the room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"

NNamucuodeyuWe took our parents and kids on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel was located in Xigu District, just a short walk from the highway exit. It's a bit far from the city center, but parking is convenient. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and Chen Ji Lanzhou Beef Noodles, which is delicious, is downstairs. As for the hotel environment, it's one of the best I've stayed in among many branded hotels. We booked a family room and a double room. The family room had a children's play area, a small toilet seat, a bathroom footstool, and children's slippers—they couldn't have been more considerate of our little one. It was very cozy, and our child had a great time and said they wanted to come back. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. After showering and washing away the fatigue of our trip, we lay in bed and asked Xiaodu (a smart speaker) to turn on the TV and change the curtains. We also asked the butler to bring us a bowl of porridge for dinner—it couldn't have been more comfortable. Although it was just a short stop in Lanzhou, the hotel experience was very satisfying. One last suggestion: the breakfast could be more varied; not every customer wants to go out for beef noodles. 😀

After finishing the race, the enthusiastic young men and women at the front desk of the hotel will congratulate you. The emotional value is full, and there are candies after checking out. The most important thing is that the hotel is really too close to the starting and ending points. You don’t have to get up early to participate in the race, and you can go back to the hotel to take a shower in seconds after the race. The price is also OK, better than the Ruyi Huaxixiang next door! I will choose this hotel again in the 26th Lanzhou Marathon. I hope the hotel will not raise the price randomly.

KK-taoziI booked this hotel in a rush the night before my business trip, and it was my first time staying here. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff was efficient, and check-in was quick. Their attitude was also very thoughtful, and they even proactively recommended good local restaurants, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My one-night stay was quite hassle-free, with no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the most pleasant surprise was the local specialties like Jiangshui Bantang and Tianpeizi. They tasted very authentic, not like those perfunctory buffets – it was really satisfying in the morning. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The value for money is great, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, very clean, and very comfortable.
Environment: Since it was included in the flight ticket, I wasn't expecting the ambiance to be so nice. The large windows were amazing. We were on the 7th floor, and when we woke up in the morning, the sunlight streamed in, creating a beautiful light.
Service: The service was also excellent. They took us to the 7th floor and opened the door. We landed at 12:00 PM, and they picked us up. We were also catching the high-speed train that morning, so they took us directly from the hotel to the station.
