"The hotel is a bit out of the city center, a 20-minute drive from the West High-Speed Railway Station. Aside from being close to the Yellow River Tower, there aren't many other attractions. My husband checked in alone, lugging two large suitcases, and there was no bellhop to assist him at the gate after we got off the train. The room was standard, business-style, with only one sink, which was a bit inconvenient. Dinner was in the executive lounge, where the menu was limited and every dish was spicy. The only meat dish was chicken wings, and there was no hot noodle station. Because my child had a slight fever, I asked if we could have a bowl of vegetable noodles. One of the waiters coldly said they only had simple fare, leaving me speechless. Later, a woman named Chen approached to check on the child and offered to cook a bowl of noodles from the buffet restaurant downstairs. This was truly commendable; they finally restored the service and standards expected of an international chain hotel. While we were dining, a hotel promotional video was being filmed nearby."

She also patiently provided us with detailed recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, including the best places for authentic Lanzhou ramen and nearby attractions. I found the ”Horse Stepping on Flying Swallow” sculpture at the Gansu Provincial Museum truly captivating, a true classic. After a stroll, you can even purchase a cup of their specialty yogurt, available in a variety of flavors. The rooms are also clean and tidy, and come with a humidifier. Don't miss this place if you're visiting Lanzhou. Beyond that, the location is simply fantastic and incredibly convenient."

"What truly impressed me most about this stay wasn't just the hotel's facilities, but the incredibly thoughtful service from all the staff! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. When I got out of the car, Xiao Wang at the front desk proactively came over to help with my luggage. He smiled the whole time, guided me seamlessly, and thoughtfully pointed out local restaurants and attractions, demonstrating real professionalism. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly efficient and patiently answered all my questions. When she learned it was my first time in the city, she even specially printed a hand-drawn sightseeing guide for me, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! My room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Every day, the cleaning staff would neatly arrange my belongings and discreetly replenish the toiletries I used frequently. They even tidied up my headphones that I'd just left on the table – the attention to detail was exceptional. At breakfast, the restaurant staff would proactively ask about my dietary preferences and promptly refill cutlery and food."

"The accommodations here are very comfortable, but the traffic is terrible. During our trip around Northwest China, we passed through Lanzhou both ways. Lanzhou was the most congested city we visited, and the traffic lights were incredibly confusing. When the light turns green at an intersection, cars going straight, turning left, and turning right all rush in from all directions, and then within two seconds, the traffic grinds to a halt. The traffic police are scrambling, and the traffic is still jammed. The local driver told us that their city is jammed from morning till night."

"We took our parents and kids on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel was located in Xigu District, just a short walk from the highway exit. It's a bit far from the city center, but parking is convenient. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and Chen Ji Lanzhou Beef Noodles, which is delicious, is downstairs. As for the hotel environment, it's one of the best I've stayed in among many branded hotels. We booked a family room and a double room. The family room had a children's play area, a small toilet seat, a bathroom footstool, and children's slippers—they couldn't have been more considerate of our little one. It was very cozy, and our child had a great time and said they wanted to come back. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. After showering and washing away the fatigue of our trip, we lay in bed and asked Xiaodu (a smart speaker) to turn on the TV and change the curtains. We also asked the butler to bring us a bowl of porridge for dinner—it couldn't have been more comfortable. Although it was just a short stop in Lanzhou, the hotel experience was very satisfying. One last suggestion: the breakfast could be more varied; not every customer wants to go out for beef noodles. 😀"

一進大堂就感覺很有設計感，燈光和氛圍都很有電競那味兒，前台服務也很熱情，辦入住速度很快，態度特別好，讓人第一印象就很棒。
房間整體乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位，沒有一點異味。電腦配置很給力，顯卡、內存、顯示器都很專業，玩大型遊戲非常流暢，不卡頓不掉幀，鍵盤鼠標手感也很好，外設都是大品牌，用起來很順手，對電競玩家來説真的很友好。網速也很快，下載遊戲和在線對戰都很穩定。
床很舒服，枕頭也很軟，隔音效果不錯，晚上玩累了休息得很好，不會被外面的噪音打擾。洗浴熱水很足，水壓穩定，洗個熱水澡特別解乏。
位置就在蘭州中心附近，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，樓下就是商圈，出行也很便利，離地鐵站、公交站都不遠，去哪裡都很方便。

🛋 Surprise room type upgrade: When we checked in, the front desk staff took the initiative to inform us that we had upgraded the room type for free.
