"This hotel is located in Lanzhou Old Street, offering a quiet retreat amidst a bustling area. We were upgraded to a quieter room, which really made for a comfortable night's sleep. The facilities are good too; it would be even more convenient if there was a coffee table to place things on. What truly impressed me the most was the hotel's service. All the staff members were warm and friendly, including the cleaning aunties, who provided timely and attentive service. They even thoughtfully prepared a 'cheer-up' kit for us participants of the Lanzhou Marathon, which included various snacks, cooling patches, and band-aids – something I've never encountered before! There was also a special backdrop in the hotel lobby, showing how much effort Lanzhou as a city put into making this event a success. It was truly touching. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Matan Metro Station, with plenty of bus routes nearby. I really enjoyed Lanzhou Old Street; it has everything for dining, lodging, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lanzhou."

"I had a great experience staying on Tianshui Road before, and the service here is just as excellent! The front desk even gave me a free room upgrade. Every staff member was very polite, and even the auntie on the 36th floor greeted me warmly in the morning, which was a lovely touch. "I traveled over a thousand kilometers to Lanzhou for a weekend getaway, and this hotel truly warmed my heart! Arriving late at night in the snow, the handsome receptionist was incredibly welcoming. He not only upgraded my room but also lent me an umbrella and patiently explained super practical sightseeing routes, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. The location is absolutely amazing! It's a 5-minute walk to Nanguan Ethnic Street and a 10-minute walk to Zhengning Road Night Market, making it impossible to stop exploring and eating. There's an authentic Lanzhou noodle shop right across the street from the hotel, so a bowl of noodles in the morning is a complete energy booster! It's also super close to the Eighth Route Army Office (next to Nanguan Ethnic Street), making it easy to walk back to the hotel after visiting the attractions. This time, I happened to be there during a rare snowfall in Lanzhou, and the city center was surprisingly quiet. The hotel felt like a little haven hidden in the heart of the city. Sipping coffee, watching the snow fall, and looking out the window created a wonderful atmosphere that instantly cured my fatigue! The room was spotless, the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up, and the service was incredibly attentive and responsive. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was delicious – perfect for a satisfying meal before heading off to explore! Stay here when visiting Lanzhou; the experience on a snowy day was simply divine! Not only is it great value for money, but it also made you feel right at home. "Staying at the Huanghe Yinran was an absolutely fantastic experience! Located right by the Yellow River scenic area, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the majestic river, both day and night. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, thanks to the front desk staff. The room itself was spotless, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the smart amenities you could wish for. The bedding was incredibly soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I loved that I could still grab an authentic bowl of Lanzhou beef noodles late at night – it was such a comforting touch. Its proximity to Lanzhou Center and Zhongshan Bridge makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. With its unique Silk Road charm, this hotel is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Lanzhou!"

"The Sheraton Lanzhou has been the best hotel experience on my Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip so far! The hotel boasts top-notch facilities and a beautifully designed, comfortable atmosphere. The scenic rooms offer stunning views of the Yellow River banks, encompassing the entire Lanzhou skyline. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with specialty dishes like beef noodles made fresh on the spot. The cakes from the in-house bakery are especially delicious, easily rivaling those found in Shanghai. In the past, whenever I visited Lanzhou, I always stayed downtown, where traffic was incredibly congested and parking was a hassle. This Sheraton, being away from the bustling city center, is much quieter. Plus, getting to the city center is super convenient with a metro transfer right on B1. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou."

"The best hotel in Lanzhou! Service: Check-in is handled at the 51st-floor reception. Staff member Zhang Meng patiently assisted with the check-in process, thoroughly explaining the afternoon tea and breakfast/dinner times, and even noted these times on the room card holder. This meticulous and thoughtful service was truly heartwarming. Other front desk staff, the concierge, and the parking attendants were equally attentive. Service response was also very prompt. We truly felt like honored guests. Facilities: The executive room is located high above, offering expansive views. The room is spacious, featuring smart appliances and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The linens were clean and odorless. Dining Experience: The executive lounge's afternoon tea was exquisite and offered panoramic views. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, perfectly balanced for nutrition. The beef noodles, especially, were freshly pulled and cooked, with an authentic taste that was unforgettable."

The in-room office facilities are complete, and the internet signal is stable with fast speeds, making it very convenient for handling work. "This location was very convenient for exploring Lanzhou with two subway stops within walking distance about ten or fifteen minutes and several snack streets and many restaurants as well as shopping in all directions. The room was very comfortable and felt modern and updated. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast area did not have a lot of seating but the food choices were good. Mostly Chinese dishes but there were some western options with a made to order noodles and someone frying eggs. I thought it was a good value and would recommend it for the location if you need something centrally located. About a ten or fifteen minutes ride to Lanzhou train station. You can take the subway but there are quite a few stairs and the sidewalks have a lot if ups and downs as well so not very easy to manage with heavy bags."

"Very amazing stay experience! The hotel is quiet in the middle of noisy. If you look at the photos, no one will believe that this is Lanzhou. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk are too intimate. There are night yogurt and fruit gifts every day. They fill in various washing and skin care utensils in time. When you check out, you will rush to Zhongchuan Airport's high-speed rail 🚄. The younger brother and sister at the front desk helped to see the online car appointment over and over. While we put our luggage, the brothers and sisters asked the driver master to ensure safety and must hurry up to send it. After 36 years, we will revisit the old place.
