Hygiene: Very good, quite clean.
Environment: The location is excellent, about 8 kilometers from the ancient city. It has a large parking lot, perfect for self-driving. Taxis are also readily available, making it a great value-for-money option.
Service: The front desk staff and cleaning aunties were all very friendly and welcoming.
Executive Benefits: We were out sightseeing and didn't get a chance to redeem them. From the pictures, it seems like the coffee is the most worthwhile part."

"The hotel environment is quite good, and the breakfast offers a mix of Western and Chinese options, catering to different tastes. The front desk staff, especially G.J.X., provided excellent service – warm and attentive. However, the room hygiene was concerning. When I stayed here last year, it was spotless, but this time, the hotel linens were noticeably old and yellowed, looking rather shabby. When I went to put the cover on the toilet seat, I found hair that hadn't been cleaned, which is completely unacceptable for the price point of this hotel. There were also patches of stains on the cushion under the TV, which made for a very unpleasant experience."

Really very satisfied with a stay. This stay experience is full marks! From the beginning of the hotel, I felt the intimateness of the hotel. After booking the hotel, I provided a reminder to drop off the plane for free, so that the fatigue of the journey was swept away. The room was clean and tidy, and the details were all quality. The robot delivery is particularly scary. The breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western dishes. The vegetables and fruits, fried eggs and local specialty snacks are super delicious and provide nutrition for the whole day! The Zen courtyard is quiet and elegant, and you can see the clouds and mist of the green mountains by pushing the window. You can listen to the birds in the morning, smell the breeze at night, and integrate with the tranquility of the whole Wutai Mountain. The room was incredibly spacious, and the value for money was exceptional. The room service and customer service were also absolutely fantastic; they brought us everything we needed. The front desk had self-service mints and snacks, and there was even a massage chair. The hotel has its own parking lot; you just need to tell the front desk, and they'll let you in – no hassle, just your ID is fine.

Guest UserI came to Wutai Mountain with my friends. I chose this one to bring us a lot of surprises. The chess and card room, KTV facilities are super new, and the night gathering is super fun. The room is spacious and distinctive. The mattress is moderately soft and the service is super meticulous. Even the toiletries are complete. There is also a hot pot restaurant in the hotel. After climbing the mountain, I will have a friend at night. Eat hot pot, the taste is super good, super recommended

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy, and even proactively recommending nearby attractions. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and I slept wonderfully. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with great pressure, and the toiletries smelled refreshing. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly made wontons and fried eggs were delicious. When I returned in the evening, I found the room had been cleaned and I was even given small snacks – the attention to detail was impeccable! With such great value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is very convenient; you can check in on the second floor and eat on the first. The landlady was very welcoming and helped us find a driver to take us to Foguang Temple and Nanchansi Temple. The only downside was that the water heater and faucet in my room were broken, so I used the ones from the next room. They're definitely fixed now.
